Lowe's publishes a code, 11116, that pulls a W-2 out of The Work Number with no Lowe's login at all. It also publishes two gift card rules that sit awkwardly together: an e-gift card has no expiration date, and a card left at a $0 balance for 90 days is deactivated and returns an Invalid error. And the 2026/2027 survey rules award five $500 prizes every month, not the single winner most guides describe.

A five-digit code retrieves the W-2 with no Lowe's login
Lowe's publishes it. Nobody puts it on a leaver's checklist.
A public former-associate page is maintained, which is more than most retailers this size manage. On it sits the fact that settles the most common W-2 problem outright: the code is 11116, and it retrieves the form through Equifax's The Work Number at mytaxform.com without any Lowe's credential whatsoever.
First-time access uses an eight-digit default PIN — the last four digits of the Social Security number, followed by the two-digit month and two-digit year of birth. The published support lines are 1-877-325-9239 and 1-888-481-5721, staffed Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Central and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central.
The 2025 form went online on 1 February 2026, or on 15 January 2026 for associates who had opted into electronic delivery by 7 January 2026. A two-and-a-half week head start is the entire reward for opting in, and it is not mentioned anywhere an exiting associate would look.
13 months of Workday, and the email address that decides everything
Access does not stop on the last day. Lowe's gives former associates 13 months from termination, through the Workday app or the former-associate login at wd5.myworkday.com. Two automated messages from noreply@workday.com go to the personal email address held on file when you leave, and those messages carry the credentials.
The failure is inside that sentence. Lowe's states that all communications to former associates use the contact information stored in Workday, which means the personal email and postal address recorded there govern whether the tax form and the final paycheck reach you. If the address in Workday is a work account, or one nobody reads any more, the two setup emails land somewhere unreachable — and the 13-month clock starts anyway.
Correcting the personal details in Workday takes about a minute before the last shift. Doing it afterwards requires the login that those two emails contain.
No expiration date, and deactivated after 90 days at $0
Two current Lowe's statements about gift cards pull in opposite directions. The e-gift card FAQ says there is no expiration date on an e-gift card. The gift card balance help page says that if a card remains at a $0 balance for 90 days the card number is deactivated and an Invalid error code appears.
Both are accurate, and the reconciliation is the useful part. A card does not expire while it holds money. A card spent down to zero — or emptied by somebody who copied its number off the rack before you bought it — is switched off 90 days later, and from that point it returns the same Invalid error whether the money was legitimately spent or stolen. One message, two very different situations, and no way to distinguish them from the response.
The balance check itself runs on a stored-value host rather than on lowes.com. That is ordinary for the industry, and it is precisely why spoofed Lowe's balance checkers work: shoppers are already accustomed to being sent off-domain. Type the retailer's address and follow the link from there rather than reaching a checker through a search result. The card number is on the back; the PIN is under the metallic strip.
Five prizes at $500, and a correction to what this site used to say
The Lowe's 2026/2027 Customer Satisfaction Monthly $500 Survey Sweepstakes runs from 31 January 2026 to 29 January 2027. Each month awards five prizes of $500, paid by check — not the single winner most summaries describe. Entrants must be 18 or over. The sponsor is Lowe's Companies, Inc. of 1000 Lowes Blvd., Mooresville, North Carolina; the administrator is Cohen-Friedberg Associates LLC of Falmouth, Massachusetts.
On one widely repeated point the current rules contradict the guides, and contradict an earlier version of this page. The rules state that once the survey has been completed you automatically receive one entry into that month's sweepstakes. No separate opt-in step is described anywhere in them. Anyone saying that finishing the survey leaves you outside the draw is describing something the 2026/2027 rules do not contain — and this site said it too, until the rules were re-read on 19 August 2026.
The remaining figures: online entries must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the receipt date, and the cap is one entry per person or email address per month regardless of method. The mail-in entry is a hand-printed 4 by 5 inch card sent to a P.O. box in Falmouth, Massachusetts. The stores are company-operated rather than franchised, so these terms hold nationally in a way restaurant-chain terms never do.
What this site does not do
HelpMeLogin runs no Lowe's portal, survey or balance checker. It cannot reset a Workday password, look up a sweepstakes entry, reactivate a deactivated card number, or retrieve a tax form. Employer code 11116 and The Work Number do the last of those, and they do it without any help from this site.
