Starbucks runs the most forgiving receipt survey covered on this site: 14 days to take it, against the 7 that most chains allow and the 48 hours Burger King gives you. The oddity is where things are printed — the customer code sits at the end of the receipt while the offer you will receive is printed at the top.

MyStarbucksVisit at mystarbucksvisit.com wants the customer code from near the end of your receipt, plus the date and time of your visit. It runs about 5 to 7 minutes and is open to residents of the United States and Canada.
What you actually receive is not a fixed reward. It is whatever offer is printed at the top of that same receipt — typically a free beverage. Reading the top before you start tells you what the survey is worth to you, which is not something most guides mention.
About the company
Starbucks Corporation was founded in 1971 and is headquartered in Seattle, Washington. Alongside company-operated stores it licenses locations inside supermarkets, airports and campuses, and a licensed store does not always run the same promotions as a company store — which is the usual explanation when a receipt carries no survey invitation.
Starbucks Rewards is the separate loyalty programme where stars are earned on purchases. It can be used as an alternative entry route to the survey if you have no recent receipt, but it is otherwise unrelated.
What we don't do
