Popeyes runs the strictest receipt survey of the major chains, and on two axes at once: a 48-hour window, and a limit of one survey per month no matter how many receipts you collect. It also requires the validation code to be handwritten on the paper — counter staff routinely refuse a photo held up on a phone, and that catches people out constantly.
Customer guides
The survey, the window, and the handwriting rule.
TellPopeyes asks for the survey code printed on your receipt, along with the store number, date and time. The code expires 48 hours after your visit. At the end you receive a separate validation code, typically 5 to 7 characters, which is not the same thing as the code you started with. Write it on the receipt in pen — showing the screen at the counter is commonly refused. The usual reward is a two-piece chicken and biscuit with the purchase of a large drink. The monthly limit is 1 survey regardless of how many receipts you have collected.
Prices and the menu
What the chicken sandwich costs where you are.
Popeyes began in New Orleans, Louisiana and now sits under Restaurant Brands International in Miami, Florida, but the restaurants are franchised and price locally. The chicken sandwich that made the brand famous varies by a dollar or more across a single metro area, and combo pricing moves with it. The survey reward — typically a two-piece and biscuit with the purchase of a large drink — is likewise set per promotion rather than nationally.
Working at Popeyes
Franchise portals under Restaurant Brands International.
Popeyes sits under Restaurant Brands International alongside Burger King, but franchisees run their own payroll, so the staff login depends on your operator.
What we don't do
HelpMeLogin runs no Popeyes portal and has no login form.
