Three portals, one login, and the wrong turn everyone makes
Same password, entirely different contents.
MyInfo — reachable at ess.kroger.com and at myinfo.kroger.com, which are the same system under two addresses — is where pay stubs and W-2s live. MyTime, powered by UKG, handles schedules, time punches and shift swaps, and shows no pay stubs whatsoever. FEED is the news and training app.
That split causes most of the trouble in this category. Someone hunting a pay stub inside MyTime will not find one however many times they reset the password, because it is not there to find. The login is working; the content simply does not overlap. MyInfo has also been called ExpressHR, SecureWEB and Associate Connect over the years, and stores still use the old names in conversation, which adds a second layer of confusion on top of the first.
One EUID, two dozen banners
The Kroger Co. is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. Its annual report for the year ended 31 January 2026 counted 2,697 supermarkets in 35 states and the District of Columbia, staffed by more than 403,000 full- and part-time employees and trading under roughly two dozen banner names. Ralphs, Fred Meyer, Harris Teeter, King Soopers, Smith's, Fry's, Dillons, Mariano's, Pick 'n Save, QFC, Metro Market and Baker's associates all use the same portals, with division-specific content loading after sign-in based on your store assignment.
Your EUID is an Enterprise User ID in a fixed format: 2 letters followed by 6 digits. You cannot create one — HR issues it during onboarding and self-registration does not exist, which is why new hires searching for a sign-up page find nothing. Records typically take 3 to 7 days to sync after a start date, and passwords expire every 90 days.
The customer survey nobody can agree on

KrogerFeedback is entirely separate from the employee portals and shares nothing with them. It runs at kroger.com/feedback; the older krogerfeedback.com address now redirects there. It pays 50 fuel points, worth 5 cents off a gallon, credited to your Kroger Plus Card, and a monthly prize draw of $5,000 plus $100 gift cards has run alongside it in some periods.
The Entry ID printed on the receipt is where the published guidance falls apart. It is variously reported as 15 digits, 18 digits and 26 digits, and a real receipt quoted in a reader comment matched none of the three. Receipts that carry no Entry ID at all take the store number, date and time instead. Count the digits on your own receipt before you trust any of the figures circulating; the receipt has to be under 7 days old either way.
Access ends at termination, not 90 days later
Most large employers leave a grace period after a last shift. Kroger does not: portal access is disabled at termination, which means the day you stop being an employee is the day MyInfo stops opening. Anything you have not downloaded goes through the former-employee records process or your store's HR office instead.
That does not affect your W-2. The January 31 furnishing deadline binds the employer whether or not you can still sign in, and a W-2 covers every banner you worked under inside the same company.
What this site does not do
HelpMeLogin runs no Kroger portal and has no login form. It cannot issue or look up an EUID, reset a password, or retrieve a W-2. It also cannot tell you how many digits your Entry ID has, which is rather the point of the section above.
