- HelpMeLogin operates no balance checker and has no login form. It cannot look up, restore or refund any card.
- MyBalanceNow is not for Target GiftCards. It serves the prepaid Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards sold at Target. Entering a Target GiftCard number there will not work and may not be safe.
- Type target.com. A search on 19 August 2026 returned pages on .us.com, .it.com and .page all presenting themselves as MyBalanceNow, several of them describing it as the Target gift card checker.
- Gift cards carry no chargeback protection. Once a number and Access Number are submitted to the wrong page, there is no issuer to dispute it with and nothing to reverse.
Target publishes no survey reward, and that single omission is why third-party guides quote anything between $25 and $1,500 for the same form. The gift card side has the mirror-image problem: MyBalanceNow handles Target's prepaid Visa and Mastercard, not the Target GiftCard, and Target's own GiftCard help page never mentions it. A Target GiftCard needs a 15-digit number plus an Access Number hidden under a silver strip. Both facts take a minute to check, and most guides get one of them wrong.

The survey with no published reward
Undisclosed is a real answer, and it is this one.
InformTarget at informtarget.com takes the store number, transaction number and date from a receipt and asks about product availability, pricing clarity, staff helpfulness and checkout speed. It runs in English and Spanish, and takes a few minutes. What Target Corporation does not do, anywhere on target.com, is say what completing it pays.
With nothing to copy, the third-party guides invented a range. Checked on 19 August 2026, one set states a $25 Target gift card handed over on completion; another states entry to a $1,500 sweepstakes; a public code repository titled informtargetsurvey describes itself as Target's official guest feedback survey and promises the $25 card. That is a 60-fold spread on the only number anyone is deciding on, and not one of the figures is sourced to Target.
Whatever the official rules screen inside InformTarget says at the moment you open it is the only figure with any standing. If it names no prize, then for this period there is no prize, and a page that supplies one anyway has made it up.
MyBalanceNow is the other card entirely
Two products here get called a gift card, and they run on separate balance systems.
A Target GiftCard is checked at target.com, in the app, or on 1-800-544-2943, which reads out the balance and the last five transactions. Target's help page states the online requirement plainly: enter the 15-digit card number and the Access Number or PIN, found by gently removing the silver strip on the back. MyBalanceNow appears nowhere on that page.
A prepaid Visa, Mastercard or American Express gift card bought at Target is a different product with a fee starting at $4 and rising with the load amount, a delayed activation period printed on the receipt, and a cap of 5 per person per day. That is the card mybalancenow.com serves, and it is Target's prepaid help page — not the GiftCard one — that names the address, for setting a PIN.
Search results do not respect the distinction, and neither do most guides. Getting the product right before typing anything is the whole of the advice.
RedCard is now the Target Circle Card
The store card was renamed. Its own help page says the Target RedCard has changed its name to Target Circle Card, covering the debit card, the credit card and the Mastercard, all carrying 5% off in store and on target.com. A separate paid membership, Target Circle 360, costs $99 a year or $10.99 a month, falling to $49 a year or $4.99 a month for Circle Card holders and verified groups, with a 14-day limited trial.
None of that touches the receipt survey or a gift card balance. The three get conflated because all of them come off the same checkout, and because guides written before the rename still say RedCard as though it were a separate product.
What this site does not do
HelpMeLogin runs no Target survey, operates no balance checker and has no login form. It cannot enter anyone into a sweepstakes, issue a gift card, read an Access Number or tell you the current survey reward, because Target has not published one. Target Corporation runs more than 2,000 company-operated stores from Minneapolis, Minnesota and sets every one of these terms centrally, so nothing here varies by store.
