McDonald's Corporation publishes McD Connect itself, and the app's own description lists news, team chat and recognition alongside learning resources, but not pay. That is the wrong turn most crew make. On the customer side, MCDVoice wants a 26-digit code from the middle of the receipt and caps you at five surveys per restaurant per month. Around 95% of its restaurants in the United States are franchised, so prices and portals are both local decisions.

MCDVoice: 26 digits, six boxes, five a month
The limits are printed on the portal, not buried in terms.
Checked on 19 August 2026, mcdvoice.com asked for a 26-digit survey code from the middle of the receipt, split across six input boxes of five, five, five, five, five and one. The page carries a link for receipts without a printed code, which routes you through the store number and the other header details instead — worth knowing, because thermal paper loses the code long before it loses the header.
The same page states that customers may take up to five surveys per month per restaurant. That cap is published where it can be read rather than in a terms document, which is more than most chains manage. The survey is operated by Service Management Group rather than by McDonald's directly, which is why it lives on mcdvoice.com and not on mcdonalds.com, and why the pages for several unrelated chains look identical to it.
McD Connect holds news and schedules, not pay
This is the single commonest wrong turn for McDonald's crew, and it can be settled from the app listing. McD Connect is published on the app stores by McDonald's Corporation, and the description names news and announcements, team chat and calling, recognition and learning resources. Checked on 19 August 2026, it makes no reference to pay, pay stubs or payroll anywhere.
Pay is somewhere else. Corporate and company-restaurant staff use account.mcd.com. Everyone else uses whatever system their franchisee bought — Proliant and paystubportal both appear across the US franchise base — because the franchisee, not McDonald's Corporation, is the legal employer of everyone in the building. A login that fails in McD Connect is usually a login in the wrong place rather than a wrong password.
A Big Mac has a five-dollar spread
Published figures put a Big Mac near $5.91, and one tracker stretches its own national range from $3.99 to $9.50, more than five dollars of spread on one sandwich. By state, Texas comes in near $5.05 and Alaska near $7.39. Airport, motorway and city-centre restaurants sit consistently above their local market.
Franchisees set those prices within limits, which is why a Quarter Pounder meal can differ by a dollar between restaurants a few miles apart, and why the Egg McMuffin follows the same pattern at breakfast. App pricing is a separate layer again. Any single figure published online is an average at best, and treating it as a quote for your own store is the mistake.
McDonald's contradicts itself on the secret menu
McDonald's has promoted the Land, Air & Sea — a Big Mac, a Filet-O-Fish and a McChicken stacked together — while McDonald's UK has publicly denied that a secret menu exists. Both positions are defensible, and holding them at once is the honest description of what is actually going on.
There is no hidden list. What exists is the grill order: a modification to a standard item, which the kitchen system already supports. Almost every so-called secret item is a grill order with a nickname attached, and ordering it by ingredients rather than by name is the difference between getting it and confusing the counter.
What this site does not do
HelpMeLogin runs no McDonald's portal and has no login form. It cannot reissue an expired MCDVoice validation code, cannot tell you which payroll system your franchisee bought, and cannot retrieve pay records. Your general manager can answer the second of those in about 30 seconds, which is faster than any guide including this one.
