The prize is where the sources part company. Published figures include a $5,000 cash prize and a $10,000 cash prize, both stated as fact. As with every draw covered here, the official rules linked from the live survey are the only current authority, and a prize quoted without a date is describing a period that has probably closed.

AutoZone, Inc. is headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee and operates company stores rather than franchises, so survey terms do not vary by location. Duralast is its in-house parts brand and AutoZone Rewards the separate loyalty programme; neither connects to the receipt survey.
