- HelpMeLogin is not Lowe's and is not your employer. It hosts no login form, cannot reset a password and cannot release a pay stub or a W-2. Only Lowe's can.
- No legitimate portal charges a fee to show a pay stub already there. Never enter your Social Security number on a page reached from a text or a search ad.
- Do not use a pay stub generator. Checked 19 August 2026, six of the eight leading results for this search were companies selling fabricated documents.
- Submitting one to a landlord, a lender or a benefits office is fraud — the checkable kind, because Lowe's verifies through The Work Number under the same code.
Lowe's pay stubs sit in MyLowesLife under My HR, then See My Payslip. But if the reason you want them is proving income to a landlord or a lender, there is a better route most guides skip: The Work Number, on 1-877-325-9239, issues a verification letter using Lowe's employer code 11116, and most of them prefer that to a stack of stubs. It works after you leave, when the portal does not.
What you need
12 itemsHow to get it
Sign in and go to My HR
MyLowesLife takes your sales number, not an email. My HR then See My Payslip lists the current pay period and past ones; select one and download or print it.
Read the three numbers that matter
Gross is what you earned before anything comes out. Net is what lands in your account. Year-to-date is the running total, and it is the figure a landlord or lender actually cares about — a single fortnight tells them very little.
Expect net to look wrong the first time
The gap between hours times rate and what arrives is deductions, not an error. Withholding accounts for most of it; pre-tax items like retirement contributions reduce taxable pay as well as take-home. Each is itemised.
Download as PDF, every time
Save each stub to your own storage as it appears. The final stub of the year matters most: it carries the year-to-date wages and withholding Form 4852 needs if a W-2 goes missing.
For proof of income, use The Work Number instead
The part most guides miss. The Work Number, operated by Equifax on 1-877-325-9239, issues an employment and income verification letter using Lowe's employer code 11116. Lenders prefer it, because it comes from a verification service rather than the applicant.
If you've left, both routes still work
Lowe's own Former Associate page, checked 19 August 2026, routes former staff to Workday for pay stubs — select Former Associate rather than signing in as an employee — and gives 11116 for The Work Number.
If something goes wrong
My net pay is far lower than hours times rate
- Cause
- Deductions: withholding plus pre-tax items
- Fix
- Compare gross rather than net. The deduction lines itemise the difference; store HR explains an unfamiliar code.
I can't find See My Payslip
- Cause
- It sits under My HR, not My Wealth
- Fix
- My HR holds pay stubs; My Wealth holds the W-2. The split catches people out both ways.
A landlord wants six months of stubs and I've left
- Cause
- No portal access
- Fix
- Use The Work Number on 1-877-325-9239 with employer code 11116. One document covers employment and income, with no login.
My hours are wrong
- Cause
- A missed punch or an unapproved timecard
- Fix
- Raise it with your store manager immediately. Corrections usually apply to the following period rather than being reissued.
I need a stub from two years ago
- Cause
- Portal history may not go back that far
- Fix
- Ask store HR to escalate to the Associate Care Center. Payroll records are kept beyond what the portal displays.
A site offered to make me a Lowe's pay stub
- Cause
- You are on a generator, not a portal
- Fix
- Close it. Verification runs through The Work Number under code 11116, so a fabricated stub is checkable in a minute.
What’s fixed, and what actually varies
Lowe's runs company-operated stores, so this is consistent for all 300,000-plus associates. The variable is which document the person asking actually wants.
Fixed
- Pay stubs live under My HR, See My Payslip
- MyLowesLife authenticates on your sales number
- The Work Number uses employer code 11116
- Gross is before deductions, net is after, year-to-date is the running annual total
- Verification letters work without portal access
Varies
- How long portal access survives after you leave
- Whether a lender wants stubs, a verification letter, or both
- Which deduction codes appear, since benefit elections differ
- How quickly the Associate Care Center responds in January
- Whether final pay arrives by deposit or by post
Ask whoever wants the document what they will accept. Most lenders take a Work Number letter, which is faster to produce and harder to dispute. People assemble six months of payslips when one letter would do.
How Lowe's compares
The same shape recurs across large employers, and the proof-of-income route is where they differ most.
| Chain | Where stubs live | Pay cycle | Proof of income route |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lowe's | My HR → See My Payslip | Biweekly | The Work Number, employer code 11116 |
| Walmart | Me → Money → Paystub | Biweekly | The Work Number, or OneWalmart stubs |
| KFC | UltiPro, ADP or Workday | Biweekly, set by operator | Stubs from your operator's payroll contact |
Pay cycles and portal routes are set by each employer and change without notice.
Lowe's is the only one of the three that publishes its employer code, which is what makes the verification route usable without a phone call. Walmart participates in the same system but you must find the code; KFC has no central answer, because the franchisee employs you.
The letter nobody mentions
Almost every page about Lowe's pay stubs explains how to reach them in the portal and stops. That answers the mechanical question and misses the real one, which is usually that somebody has asked for proof of income.
For that, a verification letter beats stubs. The Work Number, run by Equifax on 1-877-325-9239, issues one using employer code 11116. It states employment and income in one document, it comes from a third party rather than the applicant, and lenders prefer it for exactly that reason. It also works after you have left — as does the Workday route Lowe's publishes for former associates, which almost nothing written about this subject mentions.
There is a sharper reason to know this. Checked on 19 August 2026, a search for Lowe's pay stub access returned eight leading results. Six were pay stub generator companies — businesses whose product is a fabricated document — pitching it inside the instructions. None was Lowe's.
That pitch reaches the people least able to absorb it: someone who has left, cannot get into the portal, and needs to prove income for a flat by Friday. The generator is right there, it is cheap, and it looks like a solution.
It is a trap in the literal sense. The company verifies employment through that same code, 11116, so a fabricated document is checkable against the real record. The legitimate route is faster, free, and carries no fraud charge. The employer on the stub is Lowe's Companies, Inc. of Mooresville, North Carolina, with over 300,000 people on the payroll; requests like this are routine.
Questions people ask
Where are Lowe's pay stubs in the portal?
MyLowesLife, then My HR, then See My Payslip. The W-2 sits elsewhere, under My Wealth.
What is the best proof of income from Lowe's?
Usually a verification letter from The Work Number on 1-877-325-9239, using employer code 11116. It states employment and income in one document, and lenders prefer it to loose stubs.
Can I get pay stubs after leaving?
Yes. The Former Associate page routes former staff to Workday, where you select Former Associate rather than signing in as an employee. Checked 19 August 2026.
Why doesn't my net pay match my hourly rate times hours?
Deductions. Gross is before them, net is after, and pre-tax items reduce taxable pay as well as take-home. Each is itemised on the stub.
What does year-to-date mean?
The running total for the calendar year. It is the figure landlords and lenders read first, because a single pay period says very little.
How far back do stubs go in the portal?
It varies. For older records, ask store HR to escalate to the Associate Care Center — Lowe's retains payroll records longer than the portal shows.
Can my employer charge for copies?
For reissued or historical copies, sometimes. Being charged to view a stub already in the portal is not normal.
How long should I keep pay stubs?
At least three years. The year-end stub carries the figures Form 4852 needs if a W-2 goes missing.
