Walmart employs about 1.6 million people in the United States and every one of them uses the same portal: one.walmart.com. Your WIN is the username, the GTA Portal handles time and attendance, and the Me@Walmart app is the mobile route. The thing to know first is that dozens of impostor domains rank in search for these terms, and several of them look convincing.

One portal for 1.6 million people
The opposite of the franchise problem.
Walmart Inc. — founded by Sam Walton in 1962, still headquartered in Bentonville, Arkansas, where it also runs Sam's Club — reported roughly 2.1 million associates worldwide and 1.6 million in the United States in July 2026, making it the largest private employer in the country. All of them use one centralised self-service system.
That system is OneWalmart at one.walmart.com, the site formerly called WalmartOne, which is why both names still circulate and why old bookmarks still work. Inside it, the GTA Portal covers Global Time and Attendance (hours worked, absences, time-off requests), and pay stubs sit under the Me menu. The Me@Walmart app is the mobile entry point and replaced MyWalmart as the route into GTA, a change that convinced a good number of associates the portal had been withdrawn when it had only moved.
Walmart also reports that around 75% of its salaried US store, club and supply chain leaders started as hourly associates, which is the practical reason the same portal has to serve a first-week cashier and a market manager without either of them needing a different login.
Your WIN is the key to all of it
The Walmart Identification Number is a 7 to 9 digit number that works as your username across OneWalmart, Me@Walmart and the in-store computers. It appears on your hire paperwork and your ID badge, and can be looked up on a store machine if both have gone missing.
Two-step verification applies whenever you sign in from outside the Walmart network, which is most of the time for anyone checking a schedule at home. That prompt is expected behaviour, not a fault, and a site that asks for your WIN without ever triggering it is not Walmart.
Leaving is where the published guidance falls apart
One employer, one portal, and three different answers.
For a company that keeps 1.6 million people on a single system, the exit route is remarkably badly documented. W-2 forms are consistent: former associates use mytaxform.com with Walmart's employer code, and the January 31 furnishing deadline applies regardless of portal access.
Pay stubs are not consistent. Published guidance points variously to a Money Network portal, to an alumni site, and simply to telephoning People Services on 1-800-421-1362 or Payroll Services on 1-800-925-6278. Three routes, three sources, no agreement — which is itself the finding, because it means no guide can tell you in advance which one will work for you.
Given that, the reliable move is to download everything before your last day. Loan and rental applications routinely ask for 6 to 12 months of stubs, and having the PDFs saved removes the question entirely.
Gift cards are a separate system again
Nothing about the associate portal touches gift cards, and the two get conflated in search constantly. A Walmart gift card balance is checked against the card number and PIN, and any page that asks for those alongside a login is asking for two unrelated things at once — which is the shape of a phishing form rather than a balance checker.
What this site does not do
