Dunkin’ — Survey, Menu and Rewards Guides

Dunkin' does two things that catch people out. The survey deadline is not a fixed number — it is printed on your individual receipt, so no guide can tell you what yours is, including this one. And the free donut requires buying a beverage, which is the condition people tend to discover at the counter rather than before they set out.

The survey, and the purchase nobody mentions.

TellDunkin at telldunkin.com asks for the survey code printed on your receipt. Completing it returns a validation code you write on the paper and bring back.

Two details matter more than the rest. The window is stated on your receipt rather than being a national figure, which is unusual and means published deadlines are guesses. And the free donut is conditional on a beverage purchase — you are getting a donut with your coffee, not a donut instead of buying anything.

About the company

Dunkin' began in 1950 as Dunkin' Donuts and dropped the second word in 2019 to signal that it sells rather more coffee than donuts. It is headquartered in Canton, Massachusetts and now sits under Inspire Brands.

The chain is overwhelmingly franchised, and each franchisee sets participation, reward and deadline locally — which is exactly why no single published figure holds for all of them. DD Perks is the separate loyalty programme and has nothing to do with the receipt survey. Crew and franchise staff use DB University through a different system entirely.

What we don't do

HelpMeLogin runs no Dunkin' survey or portal and has no login form. We cannot retrieve a validation code or reissue an expired one.
