Chipotle's survey is the rare one where every published guide agrees on the details, and it pays twice — a discount code for completing it, plus entry into a monthly draw for free burritos for a year, quoted at around $520 in Burrito Bucks. It also has the lowest age threshold of any survey covered here at 13, and requires no purchase at all.
Customer guides
A discount and a draw, and no purchase required.
ChipotleFeedback at chipotlefeedback.com takes a 20-digit code from your receipt. Unusually, sources are unanimous on that figure — most survey topics covered on this site have guides contradicting each other by several digits.
Completing it does two things. You receive a validation code for a discount on a future visit, and you are entered into a monthly sweepstakes for free burritos for a year. There is also a route with no receipt at all, and a mail-in entry that requires no purchase, which is unusual among these programmes.
About the company
Chipotle Mexican Grill was founded in 1993 and is now headquartered in Newport Beach, California. It operates company restaurants rather than franchising in the US, which is why survey terms are consistent nationally rather than varying store to store the way they do at a franchised chain.
The survey covers the United States and Canada, though Quebec is excluded — a common carve-out for prize draws because of the province's separate contest rules.
What we don't do
HelpMeLogin runs no Chipotle survey or portal and has no login form. We cannot enter anyone into the draw, check entry status, or reissue a validation code.
