HelpMeLogin is an independent site covering two things people search for constantly and find badly documented: restaurant receipt surveys, and employee portals for large retail and food employers. We are not affiliated with any company named on this site, we operate no portal of any kind, and there is no login form anywhere on it despite what the name might suggest.
What this site is
Two subjects, covered properly.
Receipt surveys and employee portals share a problem. Both are heavily searched, both are genuinely confusing, and both are dominated by pages that copy each other without checking anything. A survey guide stating a reward as fact when it varies by location, or a portal page naming one login for a brand that has three, is worse than no page at all — it sends people to the wrong place with confidence.
We cover each topic by naming what is actually fixed, what varies, and how to find out which applies to you. Where published sources contradict each other, we say so. That is less satisfying than a confident answer and considerably more useful.
What we are not
We are not any of the companies described here. Not Wendy's, not McDonald's, not Kroger, not Walmart, and not any of the payroll providers named on the employee-portal pages. Every page states this explicitly because the subject matter makes it a reasonable thing to wonder.
We operate no portal, no survey and no account system. We cannot reset a password, look up a validation code, retrieve a pay stub or enter anyone into a sweepstakes. If a page anywhere asks for your employee ID and password and it is not your employer's own address, it is not us and it is not them.
Who writes it
Pages are published under an editorial byline rather than a named individual. That is deliberate. Inventing an author with claimed years of industry experience is common in this niche and it is a lie — one that collapses the moment anyone checks.
Instead the credibility rests on process, which is something we can actually demonstrate: every page carries a verification date, states its sources, and is re-checked on a cycle. The editorial policy sets out exactly how that works and what we do when we get something wrong.
How it's funded
Advertising, and nothing else. No brand covered here has paid for coverage, been given advance sight of a page, or had any input into what it says. There are no affiliate arrangements with the companies described.
That matters on these topics specifically, because several pages give advice that runs against a commercial incentive — telling people not to use pay stub generators, for instance, when generator services are among the biggest advertisers in that search space.
History
The site published from late 2022 to early 2023 and then sat untouched for three years. The material from that period was thin, in several cases written in the first person as the brands it described, and much of it covered topics with no connection to the site's subject.
It was rebuilt from scratch in 2026. Around 91 pages were retired, duplicate pages competing for the same query were consolidated, and the remaining content was rewritten from source. The verification dates you see reflect that rebuild rather than the original publication.
