- HelpMeLogin is not Kroger and is not your employer. It runs no portal, hosts no login form and cannot release a pay stub. Only your employer can.
- The address must end in .kroger.com. This topic attracts imitation domains that rank well. Type it rather than clicking a result you are unsure of.
- No legitimate employer portal charges a fee to show you your own pay records.
- Do not use a pay stub generator. Most sites ranking for this search sell fabricated documents, and handing one to a landlord or a lender is fraud.
A Kroger pay stub sits in MyInfo, reached at myinfo.kroger.com, and never in MyTime, which handles schedules only. That much is the same for everybody. What the stub says is not. More than two-thirds of associates are covered by collective bargaining, under roughly 350 separate agreements, so the rate, the cycle and the deduction lines differ between two people holding identically formatted EUIDs and opening the same screen.
What you need
12 itemsHow to get it
Open MyInfo, and stop opening MyTime
Same EUID, different systems, and only one holds money. Checked on 22 August 2026, myinfo.kroger.com redirected to a PingOne sign-on whose service provider is an Oracle Cloud login host. MyTime is UKG, and no setting inside it will ever surface a pay stub.
Read the three numbers, then the deduction block
Gross pay is what you earned before anything comes out; net pay is what reaches your account; the year-to-date column is the running annual total, and it is the figure a lender reads. Below them sit the deductions, itemised.
Take any question about the cycle to your own agreement
No Kroger page publishes a pay calendar, and no single one would be true. With about 350 bargaining agreements in force, the cycle, the rate and several deduction codes come from the contract covering your store.
Save every stub as a PDF before your last shift
Access is switched off at termination, not after a grace period. The final stub of the year is the one to guard: its year-to-date wages and withholding are what you would file from if a W-2 never arrived.
For proof of income, walk into the HR office
The company's own contact page gives HR a postal address in Cincinnati, Ohio, with no phone number at all. A store's HR office can print recent stubs and issue an employment letter, which beats any queue.
If something goes wrong
I'm in MyTime and there are no pay stubs
- Cause
- MyTime is scheduling only
- Fix
- Open MyInfo instead, at myinfo.kroger.com. Same EUID and password, different system entirely.
My net pay is nowhere near hours times rate
- Cause
- Deductions, including any your agreement provides for
- Fix
- Compare against gross pay rather than net. Every deduction is itemised with an amount; ask payroll what an unfamiliar code covers.
A colleague's stub shows codes mine doesn't
- Cause
- Different collective bargaining agreements
- Fix
- Expected here. More than two-thirds of associates are covered by one of roughly 350 agreements, and benefits differ between them.
My hours are wrong on the stub
- Cause
- A missed punch, or a timecard not approved before the period closed
- Fix
- Raise it with your store manager straight away. Corrections normally land in the following period.
I rang the number a guide gave me and got a shopper helpline
- Cause
- 1-800-KRO-GERS is customer service, not an associate line
- Fix
- Kroger's own contact page lists no HR phone number, only a postal address. Start with your store's HR office.
I've left and my EUID no longer works
- Cause
- Access is disabled at termination
- Fix
- Ask your old store to raise a former-associate records request. The duty to furnish pay records outlives your login.
What’s fixed, and what actually varies
One employer and one portal make the mechanics identical everywhere. The contents of the stub are a different matter.
Fixed
- Pay stubs and W-2 forms are in MyInfo, never in MyTime
- MyTime runs on UKG and covers scheduling only
- Your EUID is two letters and six digits, issued by HR
- The same portal and credential cover Ralphs, Fred Meyer and every other banner
- Access is disabled at termination rather than after a grace period
- Gross pay is before deductions; net pay is after
Varies
- Pay frequency, which Kroger does not publish
- Your hourly rate, set by the agreement covering your store
- Which deduction codes appear, since benefits differ by agreement
- Whether your store's HR office will print a stub on request
- How quickly a former-associate records request is handled
Your own stub answers nearly all of it. The pay period dates give you the cycle, every deduction is listed with an amount beside it, and the employer name sits at the top. For anything the paper leaves out, your store manager is a shorter route than a phone queue Kroger does not publish.
How Kroger compares
The mechanics are similar across large employers. What differs is who decides the numbers.
| Chain | Where stubs live | Who sets the pay cycle | Published payroll phone line |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kroger | MyInfo, never MyTime | About 350 bargaining agreements | None — HR gets a postal address |
| Starbucks | Partner Central | Not published anywhere findable | 1-888-728-9411 |
| Walmart | OneWalmart — Me, Money, Paystub | The company, for all stores | 1-800-925-6278 |
| KFC | UKG Pro, ADP or Workday | Each franchise operator | The operator's payroll contact |
Payroll systems and access windows are chosen by each employer and change without notice.
At KFC the fragmentation is visible from outside: different operators, different systems, obviously different answers. Kroger hides its version behind one clean portal, so an associate comparing stubs with a colleague two states away can be forgiven for assuming one of them is wrong.
One portal, and about 350 contracts behind it
Kroger looks like the easy case, and in one respect it is. One employer, one credential, one place for pay: MyInfo, reached at myinfo.kroger.com and never at MyTime. Checked on 22 August 2026, that address answered with a redirect to a PingOne single sign-on endpoint whose service provider is an Oracle Cloud login host, which is why the two applications behave nothing alike.
The uniformity stops at the login screen.
The Kroger Co. reported more than 403,000 full- and part-time employees across 35 states and the District of Columbia in its annual report for the year ended January 31, 2026, trading through 2,697 supermarkets under banners including Ralphs and Fred Meyer. In the same filing it states that more than two-thirds of associates are covered by collective bargaining agreements, and that approximately 350 of them are in force.
That number is the point. A single portal serves everyone, while roughly 350 separate contracts decide what the portal shows them. Pay frequency is one casualty: no Kroger page publishes a national pay calendar, and none honestly could. Rates are another, though the company reports an average hourly rate of more than $20, or more than $26 once benefits are counted.
So two associates can open the same screen and find different cycles, different rates and different deduction codes. Neither stub is wrong.
The practical consequence is where to ask. The company's own contact page gives HR a postal address in Cincinnati, Ohio, with no phone line, and 1-800-KRO-GERS reaches customer service. The people who can read your stub against your agreement work in your own store.
Questions people ask
Where do I find my Kroger pay stub?
In MyInfo, at myinfo.kroger.com, using your EUID. Never in MyTime, which covers schedules and shift swaps, and which is where most of these searches stall.
How often does Kroger pay?
Not disclosed centrally, and one national answer would be wrong. With about 350 bargaining agreements in force, the cycle comes from the contract covering your store.
Why does my stub look different from a colleague's?
Because you are probably under different agreements. More than two-thirds of associates are covered by collective bargaining, and rates, benefits and deduction codes vary between contracts.
Is there a Kroger payroll phone number?
None published. The company's own contact page gives HR a postal address in Cincinnati, Ohio, with no phone line, and 1-800-KRO-GERS is the shopper helpline.
Can I get stubs after leaving Kroger?
Yes, though not through the portal, since access is disabled at termination. Ask your old store's HR office to raise a former-associate records request.
Does the same portal work at Ralphs or Fred Meyer?
It does. Those banners are Kroger stores rather than franchises, so one EUID and one set of addresses cover all of them.
