Kroger Employee Login — MyInfo, MyTime and FEED

Kroger runs three portals on a single login and pay stubs live in only one of them. MyInfo, reachable at ess.kroger.com and myinfo.kroger.com, holds pay stubs and W-2s. MyTime, powered by UKG, holds schedules and shift swaps and shows no pay stubs at all. FEED is the news and training app. Same EUID and password for all three; entirely different contents.

Before you log in anywhere
  • HelpMeLogin is not Kroger. This page has no login form and never will.
  • No legitimate employer portal charges a fee to show you your own pay records.
  • Never enter your Social Security number on a page reached from a text message or a search ad. Type the address directly.
  • Do not use a pay stub generator. Most sites ranking for these searches sell fabricated documents. Submitting one for a rental application, a loan or benefits is fraud, not a workaround.
Go to ess.kroger.com The official Kroger ESS portal, which is the same system as MyInfo. Any address not ending in .kroger.com is not Kroger. HelpMeLogin is not affiliated with Kroger.

How to find your portal

  1. Work out which portal you actually need

Pay stub or W-2 means MyInfo at ess.kroger.com. Schedule, time punch or shift swap means MyTime. Company news or training means FEED. Getting this wrong is the single commonest reason a Kroger login appears broken when the credentials are fine.

  2. Use your EUID, not your email

An Enterprise User ID is 2 letters followed by 6 digits. It is issued by HR during onboarding and there is no self-registration — if you do not have one, nobody can create it for you except HR.

  3. Check the address ends in .kroger.com

This topic attracts a large number of imitation sites, several ranking well in search. The legitimate portals are ess.kroger.com, myinfo.kroger.com and mytime.kroger.com. Anything else is not Kroger, regardless of how it looks.

  4. If you're new, allow up to a week

New hire records sync into UKG over roughly 3 to 7 days. A brand-new associate seeing an empty schedule or a rejected login usually has nothing wrong beyond timing.

  5. Expect a password prompt every 90 days

The system forces a reset on that cycle and prompts before locking you out. Resetting typically needs your employee ID and date of birth.

  6. Save your stubs before you leave

Kroger disables portal access at termination rather than after a grace period. Download every pay stub as a PDF while you are still employed — the final one of the year especially, since it carries the year-to-date figures you would need to file without a W-2.

What’s fixed, and what actually varies

Kroger is unusual among large employers in having a genuinely consistent answer: it is one company running one system across every banner, rather than a franchise network where each operator picks its own. That makes most of this fixed.

Fixed

  • Pay stubs and W-2s are in MyInfo, never in MyTime
  • ess.kroger.com and myinfo.kroger.com are the same system
  • MyTime runs on UKG and covers scheduling only
  • Your EUID is 2 letters and 6 digits, issued by HR
  • Self-registration does not exist
  • The same login works at every Kroger banner

Varies

  • Which division-specific content loads after login, based on your store
  • Exactly when new hire records finish syncing, typically 3 to 7 days
  • Whether your store's HR office will print a stub for you on request
  • How quickly a former-employee records request is handled
  • Which older portal name your store still uses in conversation

If a login is rejected, check which portal you are on before assuming the password is wrong. It is worth saying plainly: MyTime will never show you a pay stub, and no amount of resetting will change that. Your store's HR office can also confirm your EUID in person, which is faster than any phone queue.

How Kroger compares

Kroger is the outlier here, and in a good way — one employer, one system, one answer.

ChainCorporate portalFranchise systemsFormer-employee access
KrogerMyInfo / ess.kroger.comNone — single employer across all bannersDisabled at termination
McDonald'saccount.mcd.comProliant, HCMToGo, paystubportal.comOften ends at resignation
KFCWorkday (Yum! corporate)UltiPro via InfoSync, ADP Workforce NowVaries by operator

Payroll systems are chosen by each employer and change without notice. Your pay stub names yours.

Because Kroger owns its stores rather than franchising them, there is exactly one answer for 400,000 people. At McDonald's and KFC the honest answer is a question about who signs your paycheck. That makes Kroger far easier to help with — and means any page giving you multiple Kroger portals for pay is confusing MyTime with MyInfo.

If something goes wrong

I'm logged into MyTime but there are no pay stubs
Cause
MyTime is scheduling only
Fix
Pay stubs are in MyInfo at ess.kroger.com. Same EUID and password, different system entirely.
My EUID isn't recognised
Cause
Typo, or the record has not finished syncing
Fix
The format is 2 letters then 6 digits. If you started in the last week, allow 3 to 7 days for records to sync into UKG.
I can't create an account
Cause
Self-registration does not exist at Kroger
Fix
HR issues your EUID during onboarding. Ask your store's HR contact — no portal can create one for you.
It keeps asking me to change my password
Cause
The 90-day expiry cycle
Fix
Expected behaviour. You will normally need your employee ID and date of birth to complete the reset.
I left Kroger and can't log in
Cause
Access is disabled at termination
Fix
Request final pay stubs and your W-2 through the former-employee process or by calling HR. The obligation to furnish them survives your access.
I found several different Kroger login sites
Cause
This topic attracts imitation domains
Fix
The address must end in .kroger.com. Type it rather than clicking a search result you are unsure about.

Why three portals, and why one login

Kroger consolidated a sprawl of older systems — ExpressHR, SecureWEB, Associate Connect — into a single sign-on that fronts several tools. The login was unified; the tools were not merged. So you get one credential and three destinations, each doing a different job.

That is a reasonable design and a confusing experience, particularly because MyTime is the one people open most often. Checking a schedule is a weekly habit; checking a pay stub is fortnightly at most. So the muscle memory points at the portal that cannot help, and the failure looks like a credentials problem rather than a navigation one. If you remember one thing from this page: pay lives in MyInfo.

Questions people ask

What is the Kroger employee login site?

It depends what you need. Pay stubs and W-2s are at ess.kroger.com, also reachable as myinfo.kroger.com. Schedules are at mytime.kroger.com. All three take the same EUID and password.

Does MyTime show pay stubs?

No. MyTime covers schedules, time punches and shift swaps. Pay stubs live in MyInfo. This is the commonest reason a Kroger pay stub search ends in frustration.

What is an EUID?

Your Enterprise User ID — 2 letters followed by 6 digits. HR issues it during onboarding, and you cannot create one yourself.

Does the same login work at Ralphs or Fred Meyer?

Yes. Every Kroger banner uses the same portals and the same EUID, including Ralphs, Fred Meyer, Harris Teeter, King Soopers, Smith's, Fry's, Dillons, Mariano's and QFC.

Why do I have to change my password so often?

The system enforces a 90-day expiry and prompts you before locking the account.

I'm a new hire and nothing works

New records sync into UKG over roughly 3 to 7 days. If it has been longer than a week, your store's HR contact can check whether the record was created.

Can I get my W-2 after leaving Kroger?

Yes, though not through the portal — access is disabled at termination. Request it through the former-employee process or by calling HR. Employers must furnish W-2s by January 31 regardless of portal access.

Is ExpressHR still a thing?

It is an older name for what is now MyInfo. ExpressHR, SecureWEB and Associate Connect all refer to the same system people now reach at ess.kroger.com.
