- HelpMeLogin is not PNC, Money Network or a card issuer. No balance is visible here and no card can be replaced.
- Use the phone number printed on the back of your own card. None is published on pncpaycard.com, and inventing one would be worse than saying so.
- A domain carrying a bank's name is not proof the bank runs it. Check the address on your card or its carrier before signing in anywhere, and reach it by typing rather than searching.
- Nobody legitimate asks for your card number, PIN or a one-time code by phone, text or email. Payroll-card fraud works because the cardholder cannot tell who is responsible for the programme.
The PNC PayCard login sits at pncpaycard.com, and the page that loads is titled Money Network rather than PNC. Every path checked on 4 September 2026 served a JavaScript application, and the account state behind it could not be read. No phone number is published on that site and no issuing bank is named. At the CFPB every PNC paycard agreement shows as withdrawn, and pnc.com lists no paycard product for consumers.

What you need
12 itemsHow it works
Turn the card over before you open a browser
The service number and the issuing bank are printed on the back of a paycard. Neither is published on pncpaycard.com, so the plastic in your hand carries what the website does not.
Expect Money Network branding at pncpaycard.com
On 4 September 2026 the root, /login and /home all resolved and served a JavaScript application whose page title read Money Network. What sits behind the sign-in could not be read, and no claim about it is made here.
Do not expect PNC's main line to have a paycard desk
1-888-762-2265 reaches a bank whose personal-banking pages list no prepaid, paycard or payroll card product. That call has nowhere to go.
Ask payroll if the card came from an employer
A paycard is set up through an employer's payroll arrangement, so payroll holds the programme paperwork the cardholder never sees.
Check the public register if you want the paper trail
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau publishes prepaid card agreements. Every PNC paycard entry there shows as withdrawn, with Navy Cash Card (Open Loop) the one PNC programme still marked active.
If something goes wrong
pncpaycard.com does not look like a PNC site
- Cause
- The application served there is titled Money Network
- Fix
- That is what the host returned on 4 September 2026, on every path checked. The branding is confirmed; nothing behind the sign-in was read.
There is no phone number anywhere on the site
- Cause
- None is published
- Fix
- Use the number on the back of the card. HelpMeLogin will not supply one it cannot source.
I cannot find the card on pnc.com
- Cause
- No consumer paycard product is listed there
- Fix
- The personal-banking pages carry no prepaid, paycard or payroll card product, so searching pnc.com is time spent for nothing.
Nobody will tell me who issues my card
- Cause
- The paycard site names no issuing bank
- Fix
- Money Network's general disclosure reads "issued by Pathward®, N.A., Member FDIC", standard wording rather than a fact about this card. The back of your card names the issuer.
I rang PNC and they could not find my card
- Cause
- The bank no longer runs the programme
- Fix
- Every PNC paycard agreement at the CFPB is withdrawn and pnc.com lists none. There is no route from the main line to an answer.
The page never loads past a spinner
- Cause
- It is a JavaScript application rather than a plain page
- Fix
- The host was live on 4 September 2026 but could not be read past the shell. That says nothing about your account.
What’s fixed, and what actually varies
Very little about this card is published, and the gaps are the story rather than an oversight.
Fixed
- pncpaycard.com resolves and serves an application titled Money Network
- Every PNC paycard agreement at the CFPB is withdrawn
- pnc.com lists no prepaid, paycard or payroll card product for consumers
- PNC's general line is 1-888-762-2265
Varies
- Whether a particular card still functions, which could not be established from outside the sign-in
- Who issues your specific card, which the paycard site does not name
- Which service number applies, since none is published and the card carries its own
- Which employer programme the card came from, and who holds that paperwork
The back of the card and the employer's payroll department can answer this. Neither website can.
How compares
Three cards where the printed brand and the operating company have come apart.
| Chain | What the card says | Who actually holds it | Where the login is |
|---|---|---|---|
| PNC PayCard | PNC, in the domain itself | Undisclosed on the site | pncpaycard.com, titled Money Network |
| EDD card | Bank of America, on old plastic | Money Network, issued by Pathward | everywherepaycard.com, published by EDD |
| HSA Bank | HSA Bank | A Santander division since August 2026 | account.hsabank.com, unchanged |
| Prepaid Visa cards | A network logo and a retailer | An issuer in small print | The address printed on the card |
Every row checked on 4 September 2026. Where a fact is marked undisclosed, the operator does not publish it.
The EDD row is the same story with a working ending: a state agency publishes the address and a live phone line. Here nobody publishes either, which makes the back of the card the only reliable source.
A domain that outlived the product it was named for
pncpaycard.com is still there. Type it and the host answers on every path tried: the root, /login and /home. What comes back is a JavaScript application whose page title reads Money Network. Not PNC. The account state behind that shell could not be read on 4 September 2026, and nothing here describes a page that was not seen.
That detail is the finding, and the public record agrees. At the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, which publishes prepaid card agreements, every PNC paycard agreement shows as withdrawn. The list runs long: PNC PayCard Prepaid Program, PNC PayCard VITA Program, PNC PayCard Zoll Payroll Program, PNC Payroll Card, four separate PNC PaySource entries, PNC SmartAccess, PNC Bank indi Card, PNC Government Program and the PNC Allegheny County Government Program. One PNC entry remains active, Navy Cash Card (Open Loop), and nobody reading this is holding it.
Meanwhile pnc.com lists no prepaid, paycard or payroll card product anywhere on its personal-banking pages.
Put those together and the cardholder is stuck. The brand on the card belongs to a bank that no longer offers the product, whose website does not mention it, and whose main line, 1-888-762-2265, has no desk for it. The site named after it runs under somebody else's branding and names no issuing bank.
So the useful instruction is small and physical. Read the back of the card. The number printed there reaches whoever runs the programme, and the issuer is named beside it. Money Network's disclosure on its own cards reads "issued by Pathward®, N.A., Member FDIC", standard wording rather than a confirmed statement about this card.
The same shape appears twice in this batch. California's EDD card left Bank of America on 15 April 2024 and landed at Money Network too. A bank exits a benefit or payroll programme, the branding stays on the plastic in somebody's wallet, and nobody tells the person holding it.
Questions people ask
Where is the PNC PayCard login?
At pncpaycard.com. The host was live on 4 September 2026, serving an application whose page title reads Money Network.
Why does the page say Money Network instead of PNC?
Because Money Network branding is what the application serves. The root, /login and /home all returned the same thing.
What is the PNC PayCard phone number?
Undisclosed. None is published on the paycard site, so use the number printed on the back of your card.
Who issues the card?
The paycard site names no issuing bank. Money Network's general disclosure reads "issued by Pathward®, N.A., Member FDIC", which is not a confirmed statement about this card.
Does PNC still offer a paycard?
Its personal-banking pages list none, and every PNC paycard agreement at the CFPB is withdrawn.
I rang 1-888-762-2265 and got nowhere. Why?
That is PNC's general line, and the bank no longer runs this programme. There is no paycard desk to reach.
Is pncpaycard.com safe to sign in to?
What can be confirmed is narrow: the host was live and served a Money Network-titled application. Match the address against your card before entering anything.
Has this happened to other cards?
Yes. California's EDD card left Bank of America on 15 April 2024 and moved to Money Network, its login landing on a third domain.
