- HelpMeLogin is not Rushmore Servicing and holds no loan. No payment can be made here, no balance shown, no escrow question answered.
- A mortgage login is the highest-value credential most people own. Type rushmoreservicing.com yourself. Servicing transfers are when imitation portals appear, because borrowers already expect the branding to have changed.
- Nobody legitimate asks you to redirect a mortgage payment by email or text. Payment-diversion fraud targets borrowers mid-transfer. Confirm any new address by ringing 877-888-4606 before sending money.
- The address for a cheque is not the address for a complaint. Rushmore publishes four, and the wrong one delays a payment being credited.
The Rushmore mortgage login still works. rushmoreservicing.com/signin redirected to an active sign-in at account.rushmoreservicing.com on 4 September 2026. What no longer works is the door beside it: the help centre on that same site offers a Mr. Cooper account login, and mrcooper.com has been retired. Rushmore Servicing is a Rocket Companies brand now, after Mr. Cooper Group bought the servicing platform in 2023 and Rocket bought Mr. Cooper in 2025. Payments and correspondence go to different PO boxes.

What you need
15 itemsHow it works
Start at rushmoreservicing.com, which is still live
The sign-in at rushmoreservicing.com/signin redirected to account.rushmoreservicing.com when checked on 4 September 2026, and the portal there was working. That domain has not been retired.
Ignore the Mr. Cooper door in the help centre
Rushmore's help pages still ask "Already a customer? Sign in to our secure message center" and route that offer through a Mr. Cooper account login. Following it from a live site lands you on a retired one.
Match the address to the thing you are sending
Cheques go to PO Box 650783, Dallas, TX 75265. Couriered payments go to 3000 Kellway Drive, Suite 120, Carrollton, TX 75006. Letters go to 8950 Cypress Waters Blvd, Coppell, TX 75019. A notice of error goes to PO Box 619098, Dallas, TX 75261.
Ring the servicing line rather than the parent
877-888-4606 is published for Rushmore customers, Monday to Friday, 7am to 8pm Central, with 877-888-4641 as the accessibility line. The general Rocket number, (800) 4-ROCKET, appears on the retired mrcooper.com notice.
Expect the branding to move eventually
The release on the completed deal says Mr. Cooper and all of its servicing functions will be rebranded under the Rocket umbrella, listing Rushmore Servicing among the primary brands. No date is published for that brand.
If something goes wrong
The Mr. Cooper sign-in on Rushmore's site goes nowhere useful
- Cause
- The link to mrcooper.com stayed after that domain was retired
- Fix
- Use rushmoreservicing.com/signin instead. It redirected to a working portal on 4 September 2026.
mrcooper.com shows a notice rather than a login
- Cause
- The domain was switched off after Rocket completed the acquisition
- Fix
- It reads "Mr. Cooper joined Rocket Mortgage. mrcooper.com has been retired", and points to Rocket.com and (800) 4-ROCKET.
My payment has not been credited
- Cause
- It may have gone to an office rather than the payment box
- Fix
- Cheques belong at PO Box 650783, Dallas, TX 75265. Coppell and Carrollton are correspondence and courier addresses.
Nobody picks up when I ring
- Cause
- The line keeps Central hours
- Fix
- 877-888-4606 runs Monday to Friday, 7am to 8pm Central. 877-888-4641 is the accessibility line.
A letter arrived naming a servicer I have never heard of
- Cause
- Servicing rights move without the loan terms changing
- Fix
- The transfer letter names the new servicer, the effective date and where to pay. Keep it; it settles what a website cannot.
I want to file a formal complaint and cannot find where
- Cause
- Complaints have their own address, separate from payments
- Fix
- Notices of error and complaints go to PO Box 619098, Dallas, TX 75261, not the payment box.
What’s fixed, and what actually varies
Ownership changed twice in under three years, and the websites did not keep pace with each other.
Fixed
- rushmoreservicing.com is live and its sign-in redirects to account.rushmoreservicing.com
- 877-888-4606 is the published servicing number, with 877-888-4641 for accessibility
- Four separate addresses, one each for payments, couriers, letters and complaints
- mrcooper.com is retired and points to Rocket.com
Varies
- Whether a given loan is still serviced by Rushmore, which only your statement or transfer letter says
- When rushmoreservicing.com is folded into Rocket branding, for which no date is published
- Which correspondence address applies to what you are sending
- Whether the help centre links have been repaired since 4 September 2026
Your monthly statement names the servicer, and a transfer letter names the date and the new address. Both beat any website.
How compares
Two mortgage servicers and two card programmes, all with a gap between brand and operator.
| Chain | What the site says | Who owns or runs it | Where the login is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rushmore Servicing | Rushmore, plus a Mr. Cooper link | Rocket Companies since 1 October 2025 | account.rushmoreservicing.com, live |
| Shellpoint | Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing | NewRez LLC, NMLS #3013 | Two live logins doing different jobs |
| HSA Bank | HSA Bank | A Santander division since 20 August 2026 | account.hsabank.com, unchanged |
| EDD card | Bank of America, on old plastic | Money Network, issued by Pathward | everywherepaycard.com, published by EDD |
Every row checked on 4 September 2026. Servicing rights change hands often, so the letter you were sent outranks any page.
Rushmore is the only row where the correct login is the old familiar one and the newer-looking link is broken. That inversion is why borrowers get stuck.
A live site linking a dead one
Two things are true about rushmoreservicing.com on 4 September 2026, and they sit one click apart.
The first is that the site works. Its sign-in redirects to account.rushmoreservicing.com, which was live when checked. Nothing about that domain is deprecated.
The second is that the help centre on the same site invites customers to "Already a customer? Sign in to our secure message center" through a Mr. Cooper account login. Follow it and you land on a notice instead of a portal: "Mr. Cooper joined Rocket Mortgage. mrcooper.com has been retired — your loan terms haven't changed, only where you go online", with a pointer to Rocket.com and (800) 4-ROCKET.
So a live servicer's own website hands borrowers a link to a retired one. A borrower cannot diagnose that. It reads as their own mistake, and the obvious next move is to search for a Rushmore login, which is exactly the move that delivers people to imitation portals.
The corporate trail explains it without excusing it. On 26 April 2023 Rushmore Loan Management Services LLC agreed to sell its residential servicing platform, roughly 250,000 customers and about $37bn in unpaid principal balance, to Mr. Cooper Group, which separately bought Roosevelt Management Company, the Rushmore parent. Then on 1 October 2025 Rocket Companies closed a $14.2bn purchase of Mr. Cooper Group itself. Rocket's release said Mr. Cooper and all of its servicing functions would be rebranded under the Rocket umbrella, and listed the primary brands as Mr. Cooper, Xome and Rushmore Servicing.
Two owners inside three years. The middle brand's website was switched off first, and the acquired brand's site outlived it, still carrying the middle brand's links. Whether rushmoreservicing.com follows is not published.
Until a date appears, the working answer is narrow. Use rushmoreservicing.com, ignore the Mr. Cooper door beside it, and post cheques to PO Box 650783, Dallas, TX 75265 rather than to any office address.
Questions people ask
Where do I log in to my Rushmore mortgage?
At rushmoreservicing.com/signin, which redirected to account.rushmoreservicing.com when checked on 4 September 2026.
Why does Rushmore's site offer a Mr. Cooper login?
It is a leftover from the 2023 sale of the servicing platform. Since then mrcooper.com has been retired, so that link ends on a notice page.
Who owns Rushmore now?
Rocket Companies, which closed a $14.2bn acquisition of Mr. Cooper Group on 1 October 2025. Rushmore Servicing was named among the brands acquired.
Has rushmoreservicing.com been retired too?
No. It was live on 4 September 2026, unlike mrcooper.com, and no retirement date has been published for it.
What is the Rushmore phone number?
877-888-4606, Monday to Friday, 7am to 8pm Central. The accessibility line is 877-888-4641.
Where do I post a mortgage payment?
PO Box 650783, Dallas, TX 75265 for cheques, or 3000 Kellway Drive, Suite 120, Carrollton, TX 75006 overnight.
Where do complaints go?
Notices of error and complaints have a separate box, PO Box 619098, Dallas, TX 75261. General letters go to 8950 Cypress Waters Blvd, Coppell, TX 75019.
Will my loan terms change under Rocket?
The retired mrcooper.com notice says loan terms have not changed, only where customers go online. Your own transfer letter is the authority for your loan.
