Lowe’s — Survey, Menu and Rewards Guides

Lowe's survey has one trap that costs people their entry and almost nobody mentions it. Completing the survey is not the same as entering the sweepstakes — a screen at the very end asks whether you want to enter, and closing the browser at that point means the feedback was recorded and the entry was not. Ten minutes spent for nothing at all.

Customer guides

The survey, the 18-digit ID, and the step people skip.

Lowes.com/Survey takes an 18-digit survey ID from the bottom of your receipt, usually printed in three groups of six. That segmentation is why some guides report a 12-digit code — they are describing part of it.

The survey runs on Medallia, takes under ten minutes, and is available in English and Spanish. At the end you are asked whether to enter the monthly $500 gift card draw. You must answer yes and supply contact details. Closing the tab at that point submits the survey and no entry.

About the company

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is headquartered in Mooresville, North Carolina. Stores are company-operated rather than franchised, so survey terms are consistent nationally — a contrast with the restaurant chains covered here where each franchisee decides.

MyLowe's Rewards is the separate loyalty programme and is unconnected to the survey. Pro and commercial receipts, along with curbside and pickup tickets, frequently do not carry a survey ID at all, in which case the mail-in entry route is the only way in.

What we don't do

HelpMeLogin runs no Lowe's survey or portal and has no login form. We cannot enter anyone into the draw or check entry status.
