Kroger runs three separate portals on a single login, and knowing which is which solves most problems before they start. MyInfo holds pay stubs and W-2s. MyTime holds schedules and time punches. FEED carries company news. All three take the same EUID and password, and all of them cover every Kroger banner — Ralphs, Fred Meyer, Harris Teeter, King Soopers and the rest.

Three portals, one login, and a common wrong turn.
The Kroger Co. employs around 400,000 people across its banners, and the portal system reflects that scale. MyInfo — reachable at ess.kroger.com and myinfo.kroger.com, which are the same system — is where pay stubs and W-2s live. MyTime, powered by UKG, handles schedules and shift swaps and does not show pay stubs at all. FEED is the news and training app.
That split is the source of most confusion. Someone hunting for a pay stub in MyTime will not find one no matter how many times they reset the password, because it is not there. Your login works across all three; the content does not overlap.
One login, every banner
The Kroger Co. is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio and operates under a long list of names, and the same EUID works at all of them. Ralphs, Fred Meyer, Harris Teeter, King Soopers, Smith's, Fry's, Dillons, Pick 'n Save, Mariano's and QFC associates all use the same portals, with the system loading division-specific content after login based on your store assignment.
Your EUID is an Enterprise User ID in a fixed format: 2 letters followed by 6 digits. You cannot create one yourself — HR issues it during onboarding, and self-registration does not exist.
Customer guides
The Kroger customer survey is a separate matter entirely from the employee portals, and shares nothing with them. It runs on receipt details and returns fuel points or a sweepstakes entry depending on the period.
What we don't do
HelpMeLogin runs no Kroger portal and has no login form. We cannot reset your password, look up your EUID, or retrieve a W-2. Every page here points at the official address and explains how to reach it directly.
