The receipt survey at WendysWantsToKnow.com is the most-searched Wendy's topic and the most inconsistently documented. It asks for three fields — restaurant number, date and time — with no separate survey code, and it returns a validation code you write on the receipt itself. Guides disagree loudly about the reward, because the reward genuinely varies: a Dave's Single at one location and a Frosty at another, usually conditional on a purchase. There is no single Wendy's employee login, which is the source of most of the confusion here. Corporate and company-restaurant staff use weconnect.wendys.com, running on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM since late 2023. Everyone else logs into whatever provider their franchisee chose — ADP, Paycor, Paychex and AllianceHCM all appear across the franchise base. If you worked at two Wendy's locations under different owners in one tax year, you have two employers, two portals and two W-2s. Federal law requires every one of those employers to issue a W-2 by January 31.
