- HelpMeLogin is not doTERRA. This site holds no order history, no Advocate identifier and no credentials, and it cannot reset a password for anybody.
- An Advocate account carries downline records and payment details. Give it a unique password and keep it off shared team pages.
- doTERRA publishes 800-411-8151 on its own contact page. A number arriving by text or in a social-media reply is not that number.
- Nobody from Member Services needs your password. They can already see the account.
The doTERRA login at doterra.com/US/en/login opens one account type for two kinds of people. A shopper sees orders and a Wellness Advocate sees a business back office, behind the same sign-in. What nobody finds there is payroll. doTERRA's US Wellness Advocate Agreement states "I am an independent contractor and not an employee," so commission arrives as a contractor return rather than a W-2. Member Services answer on 800-411-8151.

What you need
13 itemsHow it works
Use the one sign-in, because there is no second one
No separate Advocate address exists to hunt for. The login at doterra.com/US/en/login opens a retail account or a business back office, and which one you get follows the enrolment on file.
Check the account type before hunting for commission
A retail customer account shows orders and shipments. An Advocate account adds the business tools on top. If commission is missing from the screen, the account type is the first thing worth checking.
Ring 800-411-8151 for anything the screen will not do
US English runs Mon-Fri, 8am to 8pm Mountain Time. On Saturday it is chat only, 9am to 2pm Mountain Time, and US Spanish is Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm. Written questions go to service@doterra.com.
Do not dial 801-437-4134 about an order
That one is media relations, published on doterra.com beside the customer line, which is exactly how it surfaces in search results as though it were support.
If something goes wrong
I signed in and cannot find a pay stub
- Cause
- There is not one to find
- Fix
- Wellness Advocates are contractors by agreement. The wording is unambiguous: "I will NOT BE TREATED AS AN EMPLOYEE of dōTERRA FOR FEDERAL OR STATE TAX PURPOSES."
I am looking for a doTERRA W-2
- Cause
- None is issued to an Advocate
- Fix
- A W-2 belongs to employment. Contractor commission is reported differently, so the document will not appear in the back office however long you look.
help.doterra.com will not load
- Cause
- It is a Salesforce help centre
- Fix
- It returned a loading error rather than content on 8 September 2026 and could not be read. Every number on this page comes from doterra.com itself.
Nobody answered the phone on Saturday
- Cause
- Phone cover does not run at the weekend
- Fix
- US English phone cover runs Mon-Fri, 8am to 8pm Mountain Time. The Saturday route is chat, 9am to 2pm Mountain Time.
I called 801-437-4134 and reached a press desk
- Cause
- That is media relations, published on the same site
- Fix
- Member Services is 800-411-8151. The media line exists for journalists and shows up in search results because it is published, not because it takes account calls.
I need to send something in writing
- Cause
- Two addresses are published and they are not the same
- Fix
- Headquarters is 389 South 1300 West, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062. The Product Center is 549 South 1300 West, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062, and email goes to service@doterra.com.
What’s fixed, and what actually varies
The address is stable. What the account can do is not.
Fixed
- doterra.com/US/en/login is the single sign-in
- 800-411-8151 is the published Member Services line
- service@doterra.com is the published email
- doTERRA International, LLC is the operator
Varies
- Whether the account is retail or Wellness Advocate
- What the back office shows, which follows the account type
- Cover by day and language, since Saturday is chat only
- Whether a question belongs to Member Services or to an enroller
Sign in and look for the business tools. A retail account does not carry them, and no password reset will conjure them up.
How compares
Four brands whose sign-in is not the thing people assume it is.
| Chain | What the sign-in looks like | What actually sits behind it | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|---|
| doTERRA | One door for everybody | A retail account or an Advocate back office, never payroll | doterra.com/US/en/login |
| Tupperware | Two doors on two hosts | Shopper account, or the consultant back office | tupperware.com or myoffice.tupperware.com |
| Paperless Pay | An employer pay portal | Pay stubs, with the W-2 often held somewhere else | The employer's own portal address |
| AARP | A membership sign-in | Membership only; carriers hold the insurance | secure.aarp.org |
Checked on 8 September 2026 against first-party pages.
Direct-selling brands put one login in front of two different jobs. Work out which job you have before going looking for money.
One login, two jobs, and no employment
The legacy post this page replaces read like a payroll guide. It promised a login, a customer service number and, by implication, the sort of account an employee holds. Two of those three exist.
Start with the sign-in. doterra.com/US/en/login is the only address involved, and it serves a retail shopper and a Wellness Advocate alike. What changes behind it is the account type, never the door. That is unusual enough to trip anyone arriving in the expectation of a separate business portal on a separate host, which is how Tupperware and a good many direct-selling brands arrange things.
Then the part that matters to anyone chasing money. doTERRA's US Wellness Advocate Agreement is explicit: "I am an independent contractor and not an employee." It goes further, in capitals: "I will NOT BE TREATED AS AN EMPLOYEE of dōTERRA FOR FEDERAL OR STATE TAX PURPOSES." Commission from an Advocate account is contractor income, which means no pay stub in the back office and no W-2 in January. Searching harder produces neither.
Support is narrower than the old post suggested. Member Services take calls on 800-411-8151, Mon-Fri, 8am to 8pm Mountain Time. Saturday is chat only, 9am to 2pm Mountain Time. US Spanish runs Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm, and email goes to service@doterra.com. Sitting beside those on the same site is 801-437-4134, a media relations number that no account holder wants, and which search engines happily surface as though it were the support line.
One caveat, stated plainly. help.doterra.com is a Salesforce help centre that returned a loading error rather than content on 8 September 2026, so it could not be read. Every number here comes from doterra.com instead.
Questions people ask
Where is the doTERRA login?
doterra.com/US/en/login. That address serves retail customers and Wellness Advocates alike; what differs is the account sitting behind it.
What is the doTERRA customer service number?
800-411-8151. US English runs Mon-Fri, 8am to 8pm Mountain Time, Saturday is chat only from 9am to 2pm, and US Spanish is Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm.
Is there a doTERRA pay stub or W-2?
No. The US Wellness Advocate Agreement states "I am an independent contractor and not an employee," and contractor income is not reported on a W-2.
Is a Wellness Advocate a doTERRA employee?
By the contract, no. The agreement adds that an Advocate "will NOT BE TREATED AS AN EMPLOYEE of dōTERRA FOR FEDERAL OR STATE TAX PURPOSES."
What is the doTERRA support email?
service@doterra.com, published on the same contact page as the phone line.
Why does a search turn up 801-437-4134?
Because doTERRA publishes it. That is a media relations line rather than Member Services, and dialling it about an order spends a call for nothing.
Where is doTERRA based?
389 South 1300 West, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062. The Product Center keeps its own address at 549 South 1300 West in the same town.
