QuickBooks Workforce Login — What Replaced Paycheck Records

Before you type an Intuit password anywhere
  • HelpMeLogin is not Intuit and is not your employer. This page hosts no login form, cannot invite you to QuickBooks Workforce and cannot release a pay stub.
  • A retired hostname is an opportunity for somebody else. paycheckrecords.com and viewmypaycheck.intuit.com no longer resolve. Anything answering on those names later is not the product you remember.
  • Nobody can self-register. A page offering to create a payroll account from your Social Security number is not Intuit. Access starts with an invitation the employer sends.
  • Check where the sign-in lands. Both workforce.intuit.com and paychecks.intuit.com hand off to accounts.intuit.com. Read the address bar before the password field.
  • No legitimate payroll portal charges a fee to show you your own pay stubs. A pay stub generator makes a document no lender should accept.

The QuickBooks Workforce login is at workforce.intuit.com, and it is the product that replaced two older Intuit portals people still search for. Paycheck Records served Intuit Online Payroll and Intuit Full Service Payroll; ViewMyPaycheck served QuickBooks Desktop Payroll. They were never one site, and on 4 September 2026 neither hostname resolved. Access comes by employer invitation, so you cannot register yourself. Whether former employees keep access is something Intuit has never published.

Go to workforce.intuit.com →The current Intuit employee portal. Both workforce.intuit.com and paychecks.intuit.com answer with a 302 to accounts.intuit.com. HelpMeLogin is independent and not affiliated with Intuit.

How to find your portal

  1. Work out which Intuit product you actually had

Two names circulate, and they belonged to different systems. Paycheck Records was the employee side of Intuit Online Payroll and Intuit Full Service Payroll, the line acquired with PayCycle. The other name, ViewMyPaycheck, belonged to QuickBooks Desktop Payroll. Knowing which one your employer ran explains why your bookmark stopped answering.

  2. Type workforce.intuit.com rather than the address you remember

Neither legacy hostname resolved on 4 September 2026, so a bookmark fails before it reaches anything. The current help articles name workforce.intuit.com and nothing else. Expect a handoff: both that address and paychecks.intuit.com answer with a 302 landing on accounts.intuit.com. A second domain there is normal. A third is not.

  3. Wait for the employer invitation, then accept it

Access is granted by the business running payroll, never requested by you. If nothing has arrived, ask your payroll administrator to resend it to an address you can open. The invitation carries the link that creates the account.

  4. Save what you need while you are still employed

Both help articles cover pay stubs and W-2s inside QuickBooks Workforce. What they never say is whether any of it stays reachable after you leave. Download each document as a PDF now and the question stops mattering.

If something goes wrong

paycheckrecords.com will not load

Cause
The hostname no longer resolves
Fix
On 4 September 2026 it failed DNS with "Name or service not known". Nothing at your end is broken. Ask your employer whether payroll moved to QuickBooks Workforce.

viewmypaycheck.intuit.com is dead as well

Cause
It was the QuickBooks Desktop Payroll portal, retired the same way
Fix
Sign in at workforce.intuit.com. The two were never one thing, though most guides describe them as though they were.

I got an error page rather than a DNS failure

Cause
A www record may linger where the apex is gone
Fix
www.paycheckrecords.com returned HTTP 503 on one attempt. No readable content came back either way, so treat the whole address as retired.

No invitation has arrived

Cause
Only the employer can send one
Fix
Ask the payroll administrator to resend it, and check the address they hold for you.

I left the job and cannot sign in

Cause
Separation is not covered by anything Intuit publishes
Fix
Neither current article says whether access survives, or for how long. Ask the former employer for the documents directly.

The sign-in page is on a different domain

Cause
Workforce hands off to Intuit's account service
Fix
Both addresses answer with a 302 to accounts.intuit.com. That hop is expected. Anything landing somewhere else is not.

What’s fixed, and what actually varies

One vendor, many employers, and the employer controls nearly everything readers want to know.

Fixed

  • workforce.intuit.com and paychecks.intuit.com both reach QuickBooks Workforce
  • Both hand off to accounts.intuit.com to sign in
  • Access begins with an employer invitation, never with self-registration
  • Paycheck Records and ViewMyPaycheck were separate products, and both hostnames are gone

Varies

  • Whether your employer runs payroll on QuickBooks at all
  • Which documents the employer switches on inside Workforce
  • Whether a former employee keeps access, which Intuit does not publish
  • How far back stubs go, which neither Intuit article states

Your pay stub names the payroll system. If it says Intuit or QuickBooks, workforce.intuit.com is the door. If it names another vendor, nothing here applies to you.

How compares

Four payroll systems, and only one of them declines to say what happens after you leave.

ChainWhere pay stubs liveWhere the W-2 livesAfter you leave
QuickBooks Workforceworkforce.intuit.com, after an employer invitationThe same sign-in, per Intuit's W-2 articleUndisclosed. Intuit publishes no answer
ADPmy.adp.commy.adp.com, on a code from the employerFormer employees can register, with that code
KrogerMyInfo at ess.kroger.comMyInfo, not MyTimeDisabled at termination
Starbuckspartner.starbucks.comA system Starbucks does not name publiclyThe sign-on closes the day you leave

Payroll platforms are chosen by the employer and switched without notice. Your pay stub names yours.

Three of these four publish something about former employees, even when the answer is unwelcome. Intuit publishes nothing, which is why searches for Paycheck Records so often end nowhere.

Two products, one legacy page, and the confusion that outlived both

Search for Paycheck Records and the guides still describe it as ViewMyPaycheck support. That was wrong then, and both products are retired now.

Paycheck Records was the employee side of Intuit Online Payroll and Intuit Full Service Payroll, the payroll line Intuit acquired with PayCycle and ran as a web service for small employers and the accountants who kept their books. The surviving Intuit help file still describes it: "Paycheck Records is a website where your contractors and employees can view their pay stubs online." Read that sentence closely. It says pay stubs. No W-2 is mentioned, which matters, because the legacy guides promised tax forms there.

ViewMyPaycheck was a different animal. It hung off QuickBooks Desktop Payroll, software an employer installs on a machine in the back office. Two products, two customer bases, two hostnames.

Both hostnames are gone. On 4 September 2026 paycheckrecords.com and viewmypaycheck.intuit.com each failed DNS with "Name or service not known", and the parent product page at iop.intuit.com returned HTTP 503. One attempt on www.paycheckrecords.com answered with a 503 instead of a DNS error, which suggests a stray record somewhere. That inconsistency is recorded here rather than tidied away, because a reader who sees a different error should not conclude this page is wrong.

What gets published now names one destination. The W-2 article says to sign in to workforce.intuit.com. The pay stub article says to go to workforce.intuit.com or use the Workforce app, and describes "paycheck details, including current and past stubs" alongside year-to-date pay, withholdings, deductions and time-off requests. Neither retired product appears in either.

The silence is the part worth naming. Nothing published says whether a former employee can still sign in, or for how long. Guides fill that gap with a confident number. This page will not.

Questions people ask

What replaced Paycheck Records?

QuickBooks Workforce, reached at workforce.intuit.com. Current Intuit help articles name Workforce and nothing else, and neither legacy portal appears in them.

Were Paycheck Records and ViewMyPaycheck the same thing?

No. Paycheck Records was the employee portal for Intuit Online Payroll and Intuit Full Service Payroll, the line acquired with PayCycle. ViewMyPaycheck belonged to QuickBooks Desktop Payroll, a separate product with a separate customer base.

Is paycheckrecords.com still up?

It did not resolve on 4 September 2026, failing with "Name or service not known". One attempt on www.paycheckrecords.com returned HTTP 503 instead, so a www record may survive. Nothing served readable content.

Can I create my own QuickBooks Workforce account?

No. Access starts with an invitation from the business running payroll. Anything offering to sign you up without an employer is not Intuit.

Can I get a W-2 from QuickBooks Workforce?

Intuit's article "View and print your W-2s and other documents" says to sign in to workforce.intuit.com. Whether your employer publishes the form there is the employer's choice.

What can I see once I am in?

Intuit describes "paycheck details, including current and past stubs," plus year-to-date pay, withholdings, deductions and time-off requests.

Do former employees keep access?

There is no published answer. Neither current article states whether access survives separation or how long it lasts, so nobody should promise you a window.
