- HelpMeLogin is not Tupperware, Party Products or Party IP Holdings LLC. This site holds no consultant record, no order history and no credentials.
- Type tupperware.com or myoffice.tupperware.com yourself. An ownership change is the moment lookalike domains appear, because nobody is sure what the official address should look like any more.
- A consultant account holds downline records and payout details. Give it a unique password and keep it off shared team pages.
- No telephone number is published, so there is no line to verify a caller against. Anyone ringing as Tupperware support is not calling from a number the company publishes.
There are two Tupperware logins, on two different hosts. Shoppers use the Log in link in the tupperware.com header. Consultants use myoffice.tupperware.com/Business/login, which the site's own footer calls Salesforce Login. Ownership changed too: after a Chapter 11 filing in September 2024 the brand was acquired by Party Products, and the tupperware.com footer now reads "© 2026 Party IP Holdings LLC. All rights reserved." No telephone number is published.

What you need
10 itemsHow it works
Work out which account you hold before choosing a host
A shopper account and a consultant account are separate things living on separate domains. Guessing wrong costs a password reset on an account that was never the one you wanted.
Shoppers sign in from the header
The Log in link sits in the tupperware.com header, and the shopper account stays on that domain throughout.
Consultants go to the business host
myoffice.tupperware.com/Business/login is the address, and tupperware.com links it from its own footer under the label Salesforce Login. A consultant who signs in at tupperware.com reaches a shopper account rather than the business back office, which is the kind of mistake that produces a support ticket about missing orders.
Expect a Help Center rather than a call
No telephone number appears in the footer. What the site offers is a Help Center link, and this page leaves the phone number as undisclosed rather than borrowing one.
If something goes wrong
I signed in at tupperware.com and my business tools are gone
- Cause
- That is the shopper account
- Fix
- The back office lives on another host entirely: myoffice.tupperware.com/Business/login, linked from the footer as Salesforce Login.
The consultant login page comes up blank
- Cause
- It serves a noindex JavaScript shell
- Fix
- The host responded on 8 September 2026 but returned a shell rather than a form to a plain fetch. A browser with scripts enabled draws it, and nothing here says the page is broken.
I am hunting for a Tupperware phone number
- Cause
- None is published in the footer
- Fix
- Undisclosed, and left that way. The route the site offers instead is a Help Center link.
Whose name is on the brand now?
- Cause
- It changed hands out of bankruptcy
- Fix
- The footer reads "© 2026 Party IP Holdings LLC. All rights reserved. Tupperware® is a registered trademark of Party IP Holdings, LLC." The acquirer is Party Products, following a Chapter 11 filing in September 2024.
I want a Tupperware pay stub or W-2
- Cause
- Consultants sell independently
- Fix
- Neither document sits behind myoffice.tupperware.com. The back office holds orders and commission records, which is a different thing from payroll.
The address I wrote down years ago is not the one in the footer
- Cause
- The linked consultant host is myoffice.tupperware.com
- Fix
- That is the address tupperware.com itself points at. Nothing here claims any older host has gone; it is simply not the one the site links today.
What’s fixed, and what actually varies
The brand outlived the company. Two logins outlived both.
Fixed
- The tupperware.com footer names Party IP Holdings LLC
- Consultant sign-in is myoffice.tupperware.com/Business/login
- Shopper sign-in is the header link on tupperware.com
- No telephone number appears in the footer
Varies
- Which account type you hold, and therefore which host
- What the Help Center offers on a given day, which is not published in advance
- Whether older consultant paperwork still names the previous company
Read the address bar after signing in. A shopper account stays on tupperware.com, and a business account sits on myoffice.tupperware.com.
How compares
Four brands where the name on the front is not the company behind it.
| Chain | What the brand looks like | Who actually owns or runs it | Where the login is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tupperware | Tupperware | Party IP Holdings LLC, after the Chapter 11 sale | tupperware.com for shoppers, myoffice.tupperware.com for consultants |
| AARP | AARP | Carriers hold the insurance products, not AARP | secure.aarp.org, then the carrier's own portal |
| Mercury Insurance | Mercury Insurance | Mercury Insurance Services, LLC on the portal footer | cp.mercuryinsurance.com, with (800) 503-3724 for service |
| Metro by T-Mobile | Metro by T-Mobile | A T-Mobile US prepaid brand | metrobyt-mobile.com, with 1-888-863-8768 |
Checked on 8 September 2026 against first-party pages and their footers.
A footer is the cheapest place to find out who owns a brand. It is also the last place anybody looks.
A brand that outlived its company
The legacy post this page replaces was written for a company that no longer exists in the form it described. Tupperware filed for Chapter 11 in September 2024, and the brand was bought by Party Products. Anyone who wants to check that without taking a guide's word for it can read the bottom of the company's own website.
The footer on tupperware.com, read on 8 September 2026, says: "© 2026 Party IP Holdings LLC. All rights reserved. Tupperware® is a registered trademark of Party IP Holdings, LLC." That is the whole ownership question answered in two sentences, published by the site itself, and it is the sort of thing that sits in plain view for years while people argue about it elsewhere.
The practical problem is different, and it predates the sale. Two logins run under one brand, on two hosts. Shoppers use the Log in link in the tupperware.com header. Consultants use myoffice.tupperware.com/Business/login, which the footer labels Salesforce Login, using the site's own wording rather than anything added here. Signing in at the wrong one produces an account that works perfectly and shows none of what you came for.
One more thing worth stating, because the old post implied otherwise. Selling here is independent work, so no pay stub and no W-2 sit behind the business host. The back office holds orders and commission records. That is not payroll, and no amount of searching inside it will turn up a tax form that was never issued.
Two honest gaps. No telephone number appears in the footer, so the number here is undisclosed and the published route is a Help Center link. And the consultant host serves a noindex JavaScript shell, so the sign-in form itself was not read from here, only the address the site links to.
Questions people ask
Who owns Tupperware now?
Party IP Holdings LLC, per the footer on tupperware.com. The brand was acquired by Party Products after a Chapter 11 filing in September 2024.
Where is the Tupperware consultant login?
myoffice.tupperware.com/Business/login, linked from the tupperware.com footer under the label Salesforce Login.
Where do shoppers sign in?
From the Log in link in the tupperware.com header. A shopper account stays on that domain and never touches the business host.
What is the Tupperware customer service number?
Undisclosed. No telephone number appears in the footer, and the published route is a Help Center link instead.
Is there a Tupperware pay stub or W-2?
No. A consultant is an independent seller, so the back office carries orders and commission records rather than payroll documents.
What does the Salesforce Login link mean?
It is the label tupperware.com puts on the consultant sign-in link, and it points at myoffice.tupperware.com/Business/login. The wording is the site's own.
Why does the consultant page look empty?
It serves a noindex JavaScript shell to a plain fetch. The host responded on 8 September 2026; the form simply did not render that way.
