- HelpMeLogin is not NET RMA and is not NTTA. This site takes no toll payment and holds no invoice, plate or account number.
- A text message with a payment link is not a toll bill. The published routes are ssptrips.ntta.org and 972-818-6882, reached by typing or dialling them yourself.
- A handover between agencies is precisely when fake invoices arrive. A changed name on the letterhead is not evidence that the letter is real.
- paynetrmatoll.com appears nowhere in NET RMA's current FAQ. Whatever is or is not at that address, the authority no longer sends anybody there.
Toll 49 bill pay is no longer at paynetrmatoll.com. The North East Texas Regional Mobility Authority switched toll processing, billing and customer service to the North Texas Tollway Authority on 5 May; neither source read states the year, so this page does not supply one. Bills are paid at ssptrips.ntta.org or by calling 972-818-NTTA, which dials 972-818-6882. Ownership of the road stays with NET RMA.

What you need
10 itemsHow it works
Look at what the invoice actually asks for
A Toll 49 bill carries a licence plate and an invoice number. Both belong in NTTA's system now, whichever logo is on the envelope.
Pay at the NTTA address, not the old one
ssptrips.ntta.org is the destination the FAQ describes. The domain in the old guide, paynetrmatoll.com, is named nowhere in that FAQ and nowhere in the new-system notice.
Use the Dallas number even though the road is in Tyler
972-818-NTTA dials 972-818-6882, open Mon-Fri, 8am to 6pm and Sat 9am to 5:30pm. That is an area code roughly 100 miles from the toll road, which feels wrong and is correct.
Keep 903-630-7894 for the authority itself
The authority still owns and operates Toll 49 and answers on its own line. Questions about the road belong there; questions about an invoice belong with NTTA.
If something goes wrong
paynetrmatoll.com is in my bookmarks and I do not know if it is still valid
- Cause
- The authority no longer directs anyone to it
- Fix
- That domain appears nowhere in the current FAQ or in the new-system notice. It could not be read on 8 September 2026 either, because the robots.txt fetch timed out. Pay at ssptrips.ntta.org.
My Toll 49 bill has a Dallas phone number on it
- Cause
- Billing moved to an agency in another metro area
- Fix
- NTTA is headquartered in the Dallas/Fort Worth region and now runs the toll processing and the billing for the road, along with customer service. 972-818-6882 is correct even though Toll 49 runs around Tyler.
I wanted to pay in person and the nearest centre is a long drive
- Cause
- The walk-in centres belong to NTTA's own network
- Fix
- Customer service centres sit in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, roughly 100 miles away. Online at ssptrips.ntta.org and by phone on 972-818-6882 are the other two options the FAQ lists.
I cannot find the date this changed
- Cause
- The day is published and the year is not
- Fix
- The notice says "In May" with no year, and the news account that fixes the day at 5 May gives no year either. So the day and the month are stated here, and no year is guessed.
I still have paperwork with 512-886-0757 on it
- Cause
- That is Cofiroute, the previous provider
- Fix
- Cofiroute ran billing and customer service before the handover. NTTA runs it now, and the authority itself answers on 903-630-7894.
What’s fixed, and what actually varies
Three separate things changed at once, and only one of them was the website.
Fixed
- NET RMA owns Toll 49 and is based in Tyler
- NTTA handles toll processing, billing and customer service
- Bills are paid at ssptrips.ntta.org or on 972-818-6882
- Walk-in customer service centres are in the Dallas/Fort Worth area
Varies
- The year of the 5 May switchover, which no source read states
- Whether your invoice was raised under Cofiroute or under NTTA
- How an older bill from the previous system is handled, which the FAQ does not spell out
netrma.org/faqs/ is the authority's current answer set, and netrma.org/newsystem/ is the notice describing the change. Neither mentions paynetrmatoll.com, which is the clearest available signal about where drivers are sent now.
How compares
Four accounts where the name on the paperwork is not the organisation that processes the money.
| Chain | What the sign or bill says | Who processes the money | Where the payment goes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Toll 49 | NET RMA, Tyler, Texas | NTTA, Dallas/Fort Worth | ssptrips.ntta.org |
| ACI Payments | Official Payments, on older bills | ACI Worldwide's payments arm | The current ACI Payments site |
| PNC PayCard | PNC, on the card and the domain | Money Network runs the programme | The Money Network page the PNC domain opens |
| Spire | Spire, on the Tennessee vans | Piedmont's system still bills Tennessee | piedmontng.com for Tennessee customers |
Each row rests on a first-party page read on 8 September 2026.
Owning the asset and billing for it are two jobs, increasingly done by two organisations.
The road is in Tyler and the invoice is a Dallas problem now
Three things moved at the same time here, and the old guide caught none of them.
Start with the plainest. The notice at netrma.org/newsystem/ reads: "In May, NET RMA switched to the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) as our new billing and service provider to bring you an enhanced customer experience," with full transition "by July … with regular billing cycles resuming." A local news account puts the day at 5 May. Neither source states the year. That gap is left open here rather than filled with a plausible guess, because a wrong year against a payment deadline is worse than no year at all.
Second, the payment domain. paynetrmatoll.com is what the legacy post was built around, and it now appears nowhere in the current FAQ and nowhere in the new-system notice. Whether the host still answers is a separate and unanswered question: a fetch on 8 September 2026 timed out at robots.txt, a failure of the fetch rather than proof of anything. Payment, per the FAQ, goes to ssptrips.ntta.org.
Third, and this is the one that disorients people. Toll 49 loops around Tyler, in east Texas. NTTA is the Dallas-Fort Worth authority. So a driver holding an invoice for an east Texas road rings a 972 number, pays on a Dallas-run website, and, if walking in matters to them, drives roughly 100 miles to a customer service centre in the metroplex. Nothing has gone wrong. That is simply the arrangement.
The FAQ words the options tightly: "Payments can be made: Online or by calling 972-818-NTTA (6882) Or at a Customer Service Center in the Dallas/Fort Worth area." Note what is missing. No old domain, and no fourth route.
One number survives from the previous era: Cofiroute, the earlier billing and service provider, on 512-886-0757. The authority itself still answers on 903-630-7894 about the road it owns.
Questions people ask
Is paynetrmatoll.com still the place to pay a Toll 49 bill?
The authority no longer points anyone there. That domain is absent from the current FAQ and from the new-system notice, and payment is described as going to ssptrips.ntta.org.
Who handles Toll 49 billing now?
The North Texas Tollway Authority. NET RMA moved toll processing, billing and customer service to NTTA while keeping ownership of the road.
What date did the switch happen?
5 May. The authority's notice says only "In May" and the report that fixes the day gives no year, so no year is published on this page.
What is the phone number for a Toll 49 bill?
972-818-NTTA, which dials 972-818-6882, Mon-Fri, 8am to 6pm and Sat 9am to 5:30pm.
Why is a Tyler toll road billed from Dallas?
Because the body that owns the road and the body that bills for it are different organisations. One sits in Tyler, the other in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Can I pay a Toll 49 bill in person?
The FAQ names customer service centres in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, roughly 100 miles from the road. Online and telephone are the other two routes it lists.
When does the transition finish?
The notice framed it as complete "by July … with regular billing cycles resuming." As with the switchover itself, no year is attached to that in the sources read.
