- HelpMeLogin is not Community Bank, N.A. This site holds no credentials, cannot see a balance, cannot reset a password and cannot enrol anybody.
- All three hostnames here are the bank's own. communitybankna.com, cbna.com and my.cbna.com belong together. A fourth name that appears out of nowhere does not.
- Type the address rather than following a link from a message. A silent redirect trains people to accept a name they did not expect, which is exactly the habit a fake sign-in page relies on.
- No genuine bank asks for a full password by phone or email. Not to verify a redirect, not to reactivate anything, not ever.
- Check the hostname at the moment you are asked to sign in. That is when it counts, and on this bank it is also when it looks least familiar.
The Community Bank N.A. login and enrolment page is my.cbna.com/enroll, and reaching it involves two name changes in a row. Typing communitybankna.com from memory produces a 302 redirect to cbna.com, with no notice anywhere explaining why. The sign-in itself then sits on my.cbna.com, a third hostname again. Nothing was sold and no bank-level name change was found. The published customer line is 1-866-764-8638, open weekdays.

What you need
9 itemsHow it works
Expect the redirect, then read the address bar anyway
communitybankna.com answers with a 302 redirect to cbna.com. Nothing on the page explains the jump, so the only way to know it is intended is to have been told beforehand. That is what this page is for.
Learn the three names before you type a password
One visit can cross communitybankna.com, cbna.com and my.cbna.com. All three belong to the same bank. Anything outside that set, however close it looks, is worth closing.
Enrol or sign in at my.cbna.com/enroll
Online banking enrolment lives on that third hostname. It is the destination, not a staging post, so it is the address worth keeping.
Bookmark the destination rather than the old door
A bookmark pointing at communitybankna.com adds a hop every time and teaches you to ignore a change of name in the address bar. Pointing it at my.cbna.com removes both problems at once.
Call on a weekday if the chain ever looks wrong
The published line is 1-866-764-8638, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm Eastern. A weekend query waits, which is worth knowing before a Saturday spent worrying about a login page.
If something goes wrong
The address changed to something shorter and I stopped trusting it
- Cause
- A silent 302 redirect from the long domain to cbna.com
- Fix
- The redirect is the bank's own. Both names lead to the same place, and the short one is the current home.
The sign-in page is on a different name again
- Cause
- Enrolment and login sit on my.cbna.com
- Fix
- That third hostname is genuine. One visit can pass through communitybankna.com, cbna.com and my.cbna.com, in that order.
I went looking for an announcement about the domain change
- Cause
- None is posted
- Fix
- No notice about the move was found on 4 September 2026. The absence is itself the finding, and it is why an unexplained hostname is easy to accept here.
A search result looks almost right but not quite
- Cause
- Bank sign-ins attract imitations
- Fix
- Only three hostnames belong to this bank. If the one in front of you is not among them, type the address yourself and start again.
Nobody answers in the evening or at weekends
- Cause
- The line runs weekday hours
- Fix
- 1-866-764-8638 is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Eastern. Nothing published describes weekend cover.
Investor pages say CFSI and my account says Community Bank
- Cause
- Different names for different audiences
- Fix
- Investor materials on the site use CFSI. No bank-level name change was found, so the name on your statement is still the right one to quote.
What’s fixed, and what actually varies
The bank is exactly what it says it is. The route to its sign-in page is the part that shifts under you.
Fixed
- Community Bank, N.A. is the bank name, with no bank-level change found
- communitybankna.com sends a 302 redirect to cbna.com
- my.cbna.com/enroll is the sign-in and enrolment page
- 1-866-764-8638 is the published customer line
- Hours run Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Eastern
Varies
- Which of the three hostnames a given bookmark or search result starts you on
- Whether your browser shows the full hostname or hides part of it
- Whether the page you land on is the bank's at all, which is the question this chain makes harder to answer
Read the hostname at the moment the password box appears, not before. Only three names are legitimate here, and a fourth is your signal to stop.
How compares
Four sign-in journeys. Two are genuine and confusing, one is genuine and plain, one was never genuine at all.
| Chain | What the brand says | Who actually holds it | Where the login is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Community Bank | Community Bank | Community Bank, N.A., unchanged | my.cbna.com/enroll, after two redirects |
| Shellpoint | Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing | NewRez LLC, NMLS #3013 | signin.shellpointmtg.com |
| Brooks Brothers | Brooks Brothers | First Electronic Bank, run by Imprint | account.imprint.co |
| Lookalike domains | Whatever an old post printed | Nobody; the brand never published them | No DNS record, or an address the company never published |
Checked on 4 September 2026. A redirect chain that a bank never explains is not evidence of fraud, and it is not evidence of safety either.
Three hostnames belonging to one bank is fine. Three hostnames nobody warned you about is how people learn to ignore the only warning sign they have.
Three hostnames, no notice, and the moment credentials are asked for
Almost nothing about this bank changed. Same name, same accounts, no sale or merger turned up anywhere. What moved is where the website lives, and the manner of that move is worth a page on its own.
Type communitybankna.com and the server answers with a 302 redirect to cbna.com. The old bookmark keeps working, which is the good news and also the reason nobody notices. No announcement of the move appears on the site. So a customer who has typed the longer name for years arrives at a shorter one that is less obviously related, and is given no explanation at all.
Then the sign-in. Online banking enrolment lives at my.cbna.com/enroll, a third hostname. A routine visit can therefore cross three different brand strings before anybody has typed a password.
That sequence matters because of when it happens. Security advice everywhere tells people to check the address bar before entering credentials. This chain hands its customers a name they do not recognise at precisely that instant, with nothing on the page confirming the change was intended. Someone who has learned to be careful will hesitate and possibly abandon a legitimate login. Someone who has learned to shrug at redirects has just been trained to accept an unfamiliar hostname on a sign-in page, which is the exact habit a phishing page depends on.
The chain is genuine. cbna.com and my.cbna.com both belong to the bank, and reading this is a reasonable substitute for the notice that was never posted.
Two smaller things finish it. Investor materials use CFSI rather than the retail name, which occasionally convinces somebody a rebrand has happened; no bank-level name change was found. And the published line, 1-866-764-8638, runs Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm Eastern, so a weekend worry has nowhere to go until the following week.
Questions people ask
What is the Community Bank N.A. login address?
my.cbna.com/enroll. That page covers both online banking enrolment and signing in.
Why does communitybankna.com send me to cbna.com?
It answers with a 302 redirect. Both names belong to the bank, and the shorter one is where the site now lives.
Did the bank change its name?
No bank-level name change was found. The domain moved, and the name on the account did not.
Is my.cbna.com safe to sign in on?
It is the bank's own hostname and the published enrolment address. Three names are legitimate here, and that is the third.
Where is the notice explaining the domain change?
There is not one. No announcement was found on 4 September 2026, which is why an unexpected address bar catches people out.
What is the Community Bank customer service number?
1-866-764-8638, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm Eastern. No weekend hours are published.
What does CFSI refer to?
It is the name used in investor materials on the site. Retail customers still deal with Community Bank, N.A.
How do I tell a real sign-in page from a copy?
Check the hostname while the password box is in front of you. Only communitybankna.com, cbna.com and my.cbna.com belong to this bank.
