The address people call the KFC portal is not KFC's
infosync.ultipro.com is quoted across the web as the KFC employee login. Two things about it are worth knowing before you type it.
The first is whose it is. InfoSync is a restaurant back-office firm, and on UKG's own published account of the relationship it runs HR and payroll for 170,000 people across 90 brands at more than 10,000 sites in the US, issuing over five million paychecks a year on UKG Pro. KFC crew are a slice of that tenant, not the whole of it. Nothing about the address is KFC-specific, and nobody at KFC can administer it.
The second is that even the KBP piece is not purely KFC. KBP — which appears as both KBP Foods and KBP Brands, the two names still circulating in company directories and trade press — passed 1,100 restaurants and operates KFC alongside Taco Bell, Arby's and Sonic. Crew across those brands share the employer, and the payroll system follows the employer.
Behind all of it is the structure Yum! Brands sets out in its own annual report: at the end of 2025 the KFC division counted 33,897 units in 149 countries and was 99% franchised. Yum! runs Workday from Louisville, Kentucky, for its own staff. Almost nobody wearing a KFC uniform works for Yum!.
