MyBKExperience — You Have 48 Hours, Not a Week

Almost every guide gives MyBKExperience a 48-hour window, and Burger King receipts do print one. Its own help centre does not — it sets no deadline for taking the survey at all. That help centre still names mybkexperience.com, but the address no longer serves the form: it forwards to a platform operated by Momos, under a page titled "BK United States Survey and BK Canada Survey".

Go to www.mybkexperience.com Burger King's help centre still names this address, though it now forwards to a platform operated by Momos. Type it directly rather than following a link. HelpMeLogin is not affiliated with Burger King.

How to take the survey

  1. Check the clock before anything else

The receipt gives 48 hours from the visit. Past that there is no appeal and no route that reissues the code. Deal with a Burger King receipt the same day.

  2. Find the survey code near the total

It sits near the bottom rather than mid-receipt. Guides call it both a 16-digit and a 20-digit number, so count your own. No invitation line means no offer.

  3. Type mybkexperience.com yourself, then expect a forward

Enter it in the address bar, not from a message. It no longer serves the form itself: the page is titled "BK United States Survey and BK Canada Survey" and forwards to a platform operated by Momos. The real survey asks only for what is printed on paper — never a card number, an SSN, or a fee.

  4. Answer the questions

Order accuracy, food quality and temperature, speed, cleanliness and staff. Rating scales with a comment box.

  5. Write the validation code on the receipt

It appears once, on the final screen. Write it in pen — there is no email copy and no way back into a closed session.

  6. Redeem within 14 days, at the same restaurant

Burger King's help centre gives the code 14 days from completion and restricts redemption to the restaurant you visited. The offer nearly always requires a purchase.

If something goes wrong

The code is rejected and I'm sure it's right

Cause
More than 48 hours have passed since the visit
Fix
Check the time on the receipt, not just the date. A lunchtime visit can expire during the second evening.

It says I've already taken it, on a new receipt

Cause
Burger King issues one code per person every 30 days, not one per receipt
Fix
Wait out the 30 days. Extra receipts do not create extra codes, whatever the guides say.

The address sent me somewhere I have never heard of

Cause
mybkexperience.com forwards to a platform operated by Momos
Fix
Expected, not a hijack. The help centre still names the original address. Enter nothing beyond what the receipt prints.

I closed the page before writing the code down

Cause
The code is shown once with no email copy
Fix
Unrecoverable, and the receipt is spent.

The cashier wouldn't accept my code

Cause
A purchase condition unmet, a code past its 14 days, or the wrong restaurant
Fix
Codes work only at the restaurant on the receipt, and only for 14 days after you finish.

The site errors partway through

Cause
Session timeout, or a browser blocking survey scripts
Fix
Start again in another browser. If nothing was submitted the code still works inside the 48 hours.

What’s fixed, and what actually varies

Only one first-party document covers this survey, and it settles more than most guides admit, and stays silent on the figure every guide leads with.

Fixed

  • The validation code is valid 14 days after you complete the survey — Burger King's wording
  • One validation code every 30 days per person — also Burger King's wording
  • Codes are redeemable only at the restaurant you visited
  • The survey offer cannot be combined with other offers
  • The code is written on the receipt, never emailed
  • Whether a code prints at all is the franchisee's decision — Burger King's wording

Varies

  • The receipt window. Receipts and guides say 48 hours; Burger King's help article names none
  • Any minimum age — the help article states none, and excludes nobody
  • The code length — one guide calls it a 16-digit number, then a 20-digit code in the same section
  • Code life per the guides: 30 days from the receipt date, against Burger King's 14 days from completion
  • The reward — a Whopper, a chicken sandwich or a discount, by period and store
  • Whether a purchase is required, and what qualifies
  • Whether your location participates at all

Your receipt names the offer, printed below the invitation, and that line decides what you get. For the rules around it, Burger King's own help centre beats any guide.

How Burger King compares

Entry method matters less than the deadline. Burger King's is roughly a fifth of its two closest competitors.

ChainWhat you enterWindowTypical reward
Burger KingSurvey code from the receipt48 hoursWhopper or chicken sandwich
McDonald's26-digit code, or store no. + date + time + order no.7 daysFree item, BOGO or discount
Wendy'sRestaurant number, date, time — no code7 daysSandwich or Frosty, with purchase

Rewards vary by location and period; your receipt overrides this.

A habit built around McDonald's receipts quietly costs you every Burger King offer. McDonald's also has a fallback when the code fades; Burger King does not, so a receipt left in a hot car is unusable twice over.

The 48 hours is not the only clock

A short help article published by Burger King settles three things guides argue about, while saying nothing about the figure everybody leads with.

Checked on 3 September 2026, help.bk.com states that a validation code is valid for 14 days after completing the survey, that you can receive one validation code every 30 days, that codes can only be redeemed at the restaurant you visited, and that the survey offer cannot be combined with other offers. A widely copied guide instead puts the code's life at 30 days from the receipt date. Where a brand's own help centre and a guide disagree, the help centre wins.

The 30-day rule is the one people miss. Most guides put the limit at one survey per receipt, implying two visits in a week earn two rewards. By Burger King's own account they do not: the cap is one code per person every 30 days, and the second receipt is worth nothing.

What the help article does not mention is a receipt window. The 48 hours is printed on receipts and repeated everywhere, but it is not in Burger King's published answer. Nor is the code length — the same guide calls it a 16-digit number and, a line later, a 20-digit code. Nor is an age: it sets no minimum and excludes nobody, so the 18 guides attach here is unsourced.

One thing has changed since the guides were written. The address no longer opens the form: it loads a page titled "BK United States Survey and BK Canada Survey" that forwards to a platform operated by Momos. An unfamiliar domain mid-journey is what phishing warnings teach people to distrust.

The brand sits under Restaurant Brands International in Miami, Florida, but the restaurant that printed your receipt is almost certainly a franchisee's — which is why participation and the purchase condition differ between restaurants a mile apart. The franchisee decides whether a code prints at all.

Questions people ask

How long do I have to take the MyBKExperience survey?

The receipt says 48 hours, far shorter than the week McDonald's, Wendy's and Taco Bell allow. The company's own help article states no window at all.

How long is the validation code good for?

14 days after you complete the survey, per Burger King's help centre. A widely copied guide says 30 days from the receipt date instead; plan around the first-party figure.

Can I take the survey more than once?

Not as most guides describe. Burger King states one validation code every 30 days, so a second receipt inside that period earns nothing.

Where is the survey code on a Burger King receipt?

Near the bottom, by the total, with the invitation naming mybkexperience.com — an address that now forwards to a platform operated by Momos. Guides say 16 and 20 digits; count your own.

What do I get for completing it?

Usually a free Whopper or chicken sandwich with a purchase, though it varies by location and period. Your receipt names yours.

Can I redeem it at a different Burger King?

No. Burger King's help centre says codes can only be redeemed at the restaurant you visited.

Does the reward work with Royal Perks app offers?

No. Burger King states the survey offer cannot be combined with other offers, which covers Royal Perks and coupon stacking.

Is MyBKExperience the same as the .cn or .jp versions?

No. Those are separate market surveys with their own rules.
