- HelpMeLogin is not Brooks Brothers, Imprint, First Electronic Bank or Citi. No credentials are held here and no account can be opened, closed or activated from this page.
- accountonline.com is Citi's domain, and this is no longer a Citi card. activate.brooksbrothers.accountonline.com was printed on Citi-era correspondence. Whatever sits there now, it does not reach an account that First Electronic Bank issues.
- Old correspondence is a bad map. Any Citi-era letter for this card carries an address, a phone number and an app name that no longer service the account.
- Type account.imprint.co/brooksbrothers by hand. A retailer card that has just changed programme is a fine moment for somebody to register a plausible-looking domain.
The Brooks Brothers credit card login is at account.imprint.co/brooksbrothers. Citi Retail Services no longer holds these accounts: since 25 July 2024 the Brooks Brothers World Mastercard® has been issued by First Electronic Bank, with the programme built and run by Imprint. The activation address printed on Citi-era correspondence, activate.brooksbrothers.accountonline.com, sits under accountonline.com, which is Citi's domain and not where this card is serviced. Phone support runs on 833-710-4847, seven days a week.

What you need
12 itemsHow it works
Ignore the letter and look at the card
Brooks Brothers World Mastercard® on the front means the current programme. Anything filed away from the Citi years describes a servicing arrangement that ended.
Sign in at account.imprint.co/brooksbrothers
That is where the account lives now. The servicing is run by Imprint, so the page will not look like a Citi retail card portal and should not.
Do not visit the Citi-era activation address
activate.brooksbrothers.accountonline.com sits on accountonline.com, which is Citi's servicing domain. The card left Citi in 2024, so an address printed on Citi-era correspondence points at the wrong company now, whatever it serves. Nothing you need is behind it.
Phone 833-710-4847 inside the published hours
The line runs seven days a week, 8:00 am to 9:00 pm Eastern. Outside that window nobody answers, which is worth knowing before assuming the number is wrong.
Work out who you actually owe
First Electronic Bank issues the credit. The programme itself is operated by Imprint. Brooks Brothers sells clothes. Three companies, three roles, and only one of them holds the debt.
If something goes wrong
My old bookmark goes to activate.brooksbrothers.accountonline.com
- Cause
- That address sits under accountonline.com, Citi's servicing domain
- Fix
- Delete the bookmark. This is not a Citi product any more, so a Citi-era address cannot reach the account. Go to account.imprint.co/brooksbrothers instead.
I signed in at Citi and the card has vanished
- Cause
- The portfolio left Citi Retail Services
- Fix
- It was converted, not closed. The programme moved to Imprint, which describes it as a first portfolio conversion, completed in six months.
Who is First Electronic Bank? I never applied to them
- Cause
- Issuer and brand are different things
- Fix
- The announcement of 25 July 2024 states that "credit card accounts are issued by First Electronic Bank, pursuant to a license from Mastercard International Incorporated". Conversions move the account, not the application.
Nobody answers 833-710-4847
- Cause
- The line has published hours
- Fix
- Support runs seven days a week, 8:00 am to 9:00 pm Eastern. A call at midnight is not evidence of a dead number.
Where do I post a payment?
- Cause
- No public mailing address was found
- Fix
- None appeared on the first-party pages checked on 4 September 2026. Use the remittance address on your own statement, and never one copied from a Citi-era letter.
Is Imprint the bank?
- Cause
- Programme manager and issuer get conflated constantly
- Fix
- No. The programme is built and run by Imprint; First Electronic Bank issues the credit. Two companies, and the distinction decides who can answer a dispute.
What’s fixed, and what actually varies
Retail cards change programme quietly. What is printed on the plastic rarely changes at the same moment.
Fixed
- First Electronic Bank is the issuer of record
- account.imprint.co/brooksbrothers is the current login
- 833-710-4847 is the published support number
- Citi no longer services this portfolio
Varies
- Whether your card was reissued or the old plastic still works
- Which letters are in your file, and how badly out of date they are
- Whether a saved browser bookmark still points at accountonline.com
- The payment address, which is on your statement and nowhere public
The statement is the arbiter. It names the issuing bank, and a statement from First Electronic Bank settles the question in one line.
How compares
Four cards, four different relationships between the name and the bank.
| Chain | What the card says | Who holds the account | Where the login is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Brooks Brothers | Brooks Brothers | First Electronic Bank, programme run by Imprint | account.imprint.co/brooksbrothers |
| Discover | Discover | Capital One since 18 May 2025 | discover.com or capitalone.com |
| Walmart | Walmart | Synchrony Bank via OnePay, or Capital One | The OnePay app, or capitalone.com |
| Rural King | Rural King | UMB Bank, n.a. | cardcenterdirect.com |
Checked on 4 September 2026 against the programme's own pages. A retail card can change issuer without a single word changing on the front of it.
Three roles hide behind one logo: the bank that issues, the fintech that runs the programme, and the shop whose name is on the card. Only one of them can see your balance.
The address on the old paperwork points at the wrong bank
The two legacy posts this page replaces, one a straight duplicate of the other, were built around a single web address: activate.brooksbrothers.accountonline.com. That address is the reason this page exists.
accountonline.com is Citi's servicing domain, and this has not been a Citi product since 2024. On 25 July that year, Imprint and Brooks Brothers announced the new programme through BusinessWire, and the wording was specific: "credit card accounts are issued by First Electronic Bank, pursuant to a license from Mastercard International Incorporated." Three roles, three companies. First Electronic Bank is the issuer. Imprint built and runs the programme. Brooks Brothers is the retailer whose name is on the card, and it holds nobody's account.
Existing customers were not abandoned in the handover. The handover is described by Imprint as its first portfolio conversion, completed in six months, so Citi-era accounts were carried across rather than closed. The card is the Brooks Brothers World Mastercard®, serviced at account.imprint.co/brooksbrothers.
Now the address in the old title. It is a subdomain of accountonline.com, and accountonline.com is Citi's. Whatever that host serves today, it belongs to a bank that no longer issues this card, so following it from an old letter cannot reach the account. That is the whole point, and it needs no more support than the domain name itself.
Say what that does and does not mean. Nobody has been shown to have taken the address over, and nothing here calls it hostile. It means an address on Citi-era correspondence points at the wrong company, and everything it once did now happens somewhere else.
Type the Imprint address. Or phone 833-710-4847, open seven days a week, 8:00 am to 9:00 pm Eastern.
Questions people ask
Who issues the Brooks Brothers credit card?
The issuer is First Electronic Bank, under a licence from Mastercard International Incorporated. The programme is built and run by Imprint, and Brooks Brothers is the retailer only.
Where is the login?
account.imprint.co/brooksbrothers. There is no Citi-branded portal for this card any more.
Can I still use activate.brooksbrothers.accountonline.com?
No. It sits under accountonline.com, which is Citi's servicing domain, and this card is not a Citi product any more. Whatever that address serves, it does not reach an account issued by First Electronic Bank.
When did the card leave Citi?
The programme was announced on 25 July 2024 by Imprint and Brooks Brothers on BusinessWire. The handover is described as a first portfolio conversion, completed in six months.
What is the customer service number?
833-710-4847, seven days a week, 8:00 am to 9:00 pm Eastern.
Was my old account closed?
No. It was converted across in the handover, which is what a portfolio conversion means.
Is Imprint a bank?
No, and the difference matters. The programme is run by Imprint; First Electronic Bank is the issuer that holds the account.
