- HelpMeLogin is not Rural King, UMB or Redstone Federal Credit Union. No credentials are held here, no balance can be seen and no payment can be traced from this page.
- A missed payment is the loudest thing on this card. Money still routed to the old credit union does not bounce back with a warning label. Check what is scheduled before you check anything else.
- Type cardcenterdirect.com yourself. A card that moved bank is exactly the sort of thing a lookalike sign-in page is built for, and searching the name is not the same as knowing the address.
- Nobody legitimate will phone and ask for your card number to fix a failed payment. Hang up and call 833.814.0891 from the back of the card.
The Rural King credit card login is at cardcenterdirect.com. Redstone Federal Credit Union no longer holds the account: the Rural King Rewards Visa is now a UMB Bank, n.a. product, and the transition page at more.umb.com/ruralking cites 21 March 2024 as the deadline for updating payment information. Autopay and bank bill-pay instructions aimed at Redstone did not carry over, which is the part that quietly costs people money.

What you need
11 itemsHow it works
Check where your payment is currently going
Before anything else, open whichever bank sends the monthly payment and read the payee. A payee still naming Redstone is money heading to an institution that no longer holds the account.
Sign in at cardcenterdirect.com
That is the servicing portal for the card under UMB Bank, n.a. A Redstone login will not reach it, and neither will a Rural King store account, which is a separate thing entirely.
Re-point autopay and any external bill-pay
The issuer published more.umb.com/ruralking specifically for this, citing 21 March 2024 as the deadline for updating payment information. Scheduled payments set up outside the issuer are the ones that break, because nothing inside the card account controls them.
Match the phone number to the problem
833.814.0891 covers the card account around the clock. Trouble with the website or the app goes to 877.253.4098. A new card is activated on 855.253.1057.
Read the remittance address off the statement
No public mailing address for payments appeared on the pages checked on 4 September 2026. The statement carries the current one, and an envelope addressed from memory is the slowest possible mistake.
If something goes wrong
My payment went through but the card still shows a balance due
- Cause
- The payment reached Redstone, not the current issuer
- Fix
- Check the payee at the sending bank. UMB published more.umb.com/ruralking to tell cardholders to update payment information, citing 21 March 2024 as the deadline.
My old credit union login will not open the card account
- Cause
- Different institution entirely
- Fix
- Use cardcenterdirect.com. A Redstone Federal Credit Union membership login has no route into a UMB Bank, n.a. card.
Autopay stopped without any notice
- Cause
- It was set up outside the card account
- Fix
- An instruction living in another bank's bill-pay does not follow a portfolio. Rebuild it against the current remittance details on your statement.
cardcenterdirect.com will not let me register
- Cause
- Site and app access has its own queue
- Fix
- 877.253.4098 is the published number for online and mobile access problems, separate from 833.814.0891 for the account itself.
A new card arrived and nothing works
- Cause
- It has not been activated
- Fix
- 855.253.1057 is the activation line. Activation and registration are two different steps, and doing one does not do the other.
I want the address to post a cheque to
- Cause
- No public remittance address was found
- Fix
- None appeared on the pages checked on 4 September 2026. Read it from your latest statement rather than from anything filed under the old issuer.
What’s fixed, and what actually varies
The account moved cleanly. The instructions people had set up around it did not.
Fixed
- UMB Bank, n.a. is the issuer of the Rural King Rewards Visa
- cardcenterdirect.com is the servicing portal
- 833.814.0891 is the published account support line, staffed 24/7
- more.umb.com/ruralking is the issuer's own transition page
Varies
- Whether your autopay was rebuilt or is still pointed at Redstone
- Whether an outside bank still sends bill-pay to the old address
- Which of the three published numbers your problem belongs to
- The remittance address, which appears on statements and not publicly
Open the sending bank, not the card. The payee name there is the only place this failure is visible before a late fee makes it obvious.
How compares
A transition can move the account and still leave the reader with work to do.
| Chain | What the card says | Who holds the account | Where the login is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rural King | Rural King | UMB Bank, n.a., formerly Redstone | cardcenterdirect.com |
| Yamaha | Yamaha | WebBank, serviced by Yamaha Financial Services | yamaha-motor-finance.com |
| Brooks Brothers | Brooks Brothers | First Electronic Bank, programme run by Imprint | account.imprint.co/brooksbrothers |
| Walmart | Walmart | Synchrony Bank via OnePay, or Capital One | The OnePay app, or capitalone.com |
Checked on 4 September 2026 against the issuer's own transition page. Deadlines quoted here are the ones the issuer published, not estimates.
Most of these transitions cost the cardholder nothing but a new bookmark. This one moved the money as well, and money moves silently.
The payment that keeps going to the wrong bank
The legacy post this page replaces named Redstone Federal Credit Union and stopped there. A credit union issuing a farm-supply retailer's card is unusual enough that the detail felt like the finding. It stopped being true in 2024.
The Rural King Rewards Visa is now issued by UMB Bank, n.a. A transition page was built for it at more.umb.com/ruralking. That page is the finding. Issuers do not publish a standalone microsite when a portfolio changes hands quietly; they publish one when something on the customer's side has to change. Here it did, and the page cites 21 March 2024 as the deadline for updating payment information.
That is what separates this transition from most of the others in this batch. When a card portfolio moves, the account number, the balance and the statement history usually travel together. Payment instructions that live outside the issuer do not. An autopay set up inside Redstone's own online banking, or a recurring bill-pay scheduled from a third bank to Redstone's remittance address, keeps doing exactly what it was told, and what it was told is now wrong.
A payment disappearing into an old routing arrangement does not announce itself. The card simply shows the amount as unpaid, then late, and the cardholder spends a week arguing with an institution that never received anything.
So the order of work here runs backwards from the usual. Check the payment first and the login second. Sign in at cardcenterdirect.com, confirm the payment method held on file, then look at anything scheduled from an outside bank and re-point it at the remittance address printed on the current statement.
Three numbers cover the rest: 833.814.0891 around the clock for the account, 877.253.4098 for website and app access, 855.253.1057 to activate a new card.
Questions people ask
Who issues the Rural King credit card?
The issuer is UMB Bank, n.a. Redstone Federal Credit Union previously held these accounts and no longer does.
Where is the Rural King card login?
cardcenterdirect.com. A credit union login from the Redstone era will not reach it, and neither will a Rural King store account.
Why did my automatic payment stop working?
Because it was probably set up outside the card. The issuer's transition page cites 21 March 2024 as the deadline for updating payment information, and an instruction held at another bank does not move itself.
What is the Rural King credit card phone number?
833.814.0891 for the account, staffed 24/7. Website and app problems go to 877.253.4098, and activation is 855.253.1057.
Where do I mail a payment?
Undisclosed publicly. No remittance address appeared on the pages checked on 4 September 2026, so use the one on your own statement.
Is this the same as a Rural King store account?
No. The store account and the Rural King Rewards Visa Credit Card are separate systems with separate credentials.
Did my account number change when it moved?
Not stated anywhere first-party. Your own transition letter and statement are the record; nothing published settles it in general.
