- HelpMeLogin is not a bank and holds no accounts. This site cannot see a balance, take a payment or reset a password.
- The payee line on the payment address is a placeholder. Continental Finance prints it as "Your Card Brand", so a cheque made out to the wrong name at the right box can be rejected.
- Three different hosts are all genuine. vervecardinfo.com, yourvervecard.com and yourcreditcardinfo.com belong to the same servicer, which is unusual and reads as phishing.
- The servicer will not name your bank for you. It says the issuing bank is identified on the back of your card and in your cardholder agreement.
The Verve card login is inet.yourvervecard.com. Continental Finance, LLC services the account and says on its own card-info page that it is not a bank, directing cardholders to the back of the Mastercard and the cardholder agreement for the issuer. Its Verve site names The Bank of Missouri, under a Mastercard International licence. Service runs on 1-866-449-4514, and lost or stolen cards go to 833-817-3433.

What you need
9 itemsHow it works
Read the bank off the back of the card
The servicer tells you to do exactly this, because it declines to name one bank across the whole portfolio. The card back and your cardholder agreement decide it.
Sign in at the cardholder host
The address is inet.yourvervecard.com. A link that lands you on yourcreditcardinfo.com has not gone wrong; that is the shared portal behind several Continental Finance brands.
Copy the payee from your statement, character for character
The published payment address carries a placeholder where a payee name should be. Copy it exactly. A cheque made out to the servicer, or to a sibling brand, may be returned even though the PO box was right.
Treat the three hosts as one operation
vervecardinfo.com explains the product, continentalfinance.net explains the servicer and inet.yourvervecard.com holds the account. All three are genuine, worth knowing before deciding the whole thing looks fake.
Ring the right number for the right problem
1-866-449-4514 covers general servicing. A lost or stolen card goes to 833-817-3433 instead, which matters because the general line keeps published hours.
If something goes wrong
Three different domains claim to be my card and I think one is fake
- Cause
- The servicer runs an unusual spread of hosts
- Fix
- All three belong to Continental Finance. Type the address yourself rather than clicking through from an email.
My posted cheque was returned even though the PO box was right
- Cause
- The payee line is a placeholder
- Fix
- Continental Finance prints the address with "Your Card Brand" where a payee belongs. Take the exact payee from your statement before writing another one.
Nobody will tell me which bank issued my card
- Cause
- The servicer deliberately does not commit to one
- Fix
- The servicer directs cardholders to the back of the Mastercard and to the cardholder agreement. Its Verve site names The Bank of Missouri, and your agreement governs.
A checker reports the login host as unreachable
- Cause
- An automated fetch timed out on 8 September 2026
- Fix
- That is a fetch failure and says nothing about the site in a browser. inet.yourvervecard.com is the address the programme's own pages publish.
The service line rings out late at night
- Cause
- Hours differ between weekdays and the weekend
- Fix
- 1-866-449-4514 runs Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 12:00 am and 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern at weekends. Outside that, only the lost-or-stolen line applies.
I need to report the card missing right now
- Cause
- General servicing and card loss use separate numbers
- Fix
- Ring 833-817-3433 for a lost or stolen card. Do not wait for the general queue to open.
What’s fixed, and what actually varies
The servicer is constant. The bank behind an individual account is the part nobody will confirm for you over the phone.
Fixed
- Continental Finance, LLC services the Verve programme and is not a bank
- inet.yourvervecard.com is the cardholder sign-in
- 1-866-449-4514 is the servicing line, with 833-817-3433 for lost or stolen
- The published payment box is P.O. Box 6812 in Carol Stream
Varies
- Which bank your own cardholder agreement names, since older accounts may differ
- Which of the three genuine hosts a link drops you on
- The hours, which change between weekdays and the weekend
Turn the card over and open the agreement that came with it. The servicer points you at both, and no page can be more authoritative about your particular account.
How compares
Four cards sold on the same shelf, and four different answers to the question of who actually holds the debt.
| Chain | What the card says | Who actually holds it | Where the login is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Verve | Verve Mastercard | The Bank of Missouri, per the programme site | inet.yourvervecard.com |
| Revvi | Revvi Visa | MRV Banks, and no longer The Bank of Missouri | myccpay.com |
| Mission Lane | Mission Lane Visa | TAB Bank or WebBank, printed on the card back | missionlane.com |
| Merrick Bank | Merrick Bank card | Merrick Bank itself | logon.merrickbank.com, one of three Merrick hosts |
Two rows have The Bank of Missouri in their story and only one still does, which is why a name copied from a rival brand's page is worthless.
The servicer answers the phone. The bank owns the debt. On three of these four rows they are different companies with different names.
The company that answers the phone is not the bank that lent you the money
The servicer's own card-info page is unusually blunt, and the sentence is the most useful thing published about this product: it provides services for your Account, but is not a bank, and the bank issuing your card will be identified on the back of your Mastercard and in your Cardholder Agreement.
Read that carefully. A servicer takes your call, sends your statement, runs the website and collects your payment. A bank holds the credit, files the agreement and answers to its own regulator. On this card those are two companies. The programme site, vervecardinfo.com, names The Bank of Missouri under a Mastercard International licence, and nothing found on 8 September 2026 shows that changing. Even so, the servicer's refusal to commit portfolio-wide is a deliberate signal, not a lapse: an older account may name a different bank, and only your paperwork settles yours.
The payment envelope is where this gets expensive. The published address carries a literal placeholder in the payee line: "Your Card Brand", P.O. Box 6812, Carol Stream, IL 60197-6812. It is printed that way because the payee varies by product, so a cheque made out to the servicer, or to a sibling brand at the same box, can come back unpaid while the address was perfect.
Then there is the domain sprawl. vervecardinfo.com, yourvervecard.com and yourcreditcardinfo.com are all real and all Continental Finance. Three names for one account is exactly the pattern security advice tells people to distrust, so cardholders abandon legitimate payment screens.
One caveat, so nobody mistakes it for a finding: an automated fetch of inet.yourvervecard.com timed out on 8 September 2026. That is a failure of the check, not evidence about the site.
