- HelpMeLogin is not a bank, an issuer or a servicer. This site cannot open an account, take a payment or activate a card, and has no connection to The Bank of Missouri or Concora Credit Inc.
- Activation and sign-in belong on the address printed on your own card carrier. Card brands in this segment attract imitation domains, and a card number typed into one is gone.
- Post arriving in an unfamiliar name is not automatically a fraud. Concora Credit Inc. traded as Genesis FS Card Services, so both names can be legitimate on one account. First Electronic Bank is the one that is simply out of date.
- Nobody legitimate asks for a full card number by email or text. Reach the account from destinycard.com or from the number on the back of the card.
The Destiny Card login is mydestinycard.com, and three company names attach to that one account. destinycard.com states it: "The Destiny Mastercard is issued by The Bank of Missouri and serviced by Concora Credit Inc." Concora was formerly Genesis FS Card Services. Earlier agreements filed with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau name First Electronic Bank instead, so the issuer changed; the date is undisclosed. Customer service is 1-800-583-5698. This is a credit card, not a prepaid one.

What you need
12 itemsHow it works
Sort the three names before you do anything else
One issues, one services, one is a retired trading name. The Bank of Missouri is the bank on the credit agreement. Concora Credit Inc. takes the call and posts the payment. Genesis FS Card Services is what Concora used to be called.
Start at the brand site rather than a search result
The brand site carries the disclosure verbatim and names the account site in its own FAQ. That removes any question about which domain belongs to the programme.
Sign in at mydestinycard.com
That is the address the brand names for account access. It answered HTTP 425 when checked on 4 September 2026 and could not be read from here, so nothing below describes the page.
Expect servicing correspondence to point elsewhere
Concora also runs destiny.myfinanceservice.com. A letter routing you there is consistent with the arrangement described on the brand site.
Ring 1-800-583-5698 when a name does not match
That number appears in the destinycard.com FAQ. Ask which company you are speaking to and which bank holds the agreement, then write both down.
If something goes wrong
A letter arrived from Genesis FS Card Services
- Cause
- That is the servicer's former trading name
- Fix
- Concora Credit Inc. used to be Genesis FS Card Services, and the old name persists in files and collection notices. The name alone is not a red flag. A request for your full card number is.
My paperwork names First Electronic Bank
- Cause
- That was the previous issuer
- Fix
- Current agreements name The Bank of Missouri. CFPB filings carried Destiny agreements under First Electronic Bank as late as the first quarter of 2024, so an older document naming it is genuine but stale.
mydestinycard.com will not load for me
- Cause
- The host answered HTTP 425 when it was checked
- Fix
- It could not be read from one network on 4 September 2026. A reading failure is not evidence the site is down. Reach it from destinycard.com, or ring 1-800-583-5698.
I cannot find this card in the prepaid register
- Cause
- It is not a prepaid product
- Fix
- Destiny files as a credit card agreement with the CFPB and does not appear in the prepaid database. An empty prepaid search is the correct result here.
Which company do I complain to?
- Cause
- Issuer and servicer are separate businesses
- Fix
- Day-to-day servicing sits with Concora Credit Inc. The Bank of Missouri is the issuer on the agreement. Start with the servicer and name the issuer in writing.
I need the date the issuer changed
- Cause
- Nobody published one
- Fix
- Neither the brand nor either bank states a changeover date. The change shows in the filings; the date does not. Treat any specific date quoted elsewhere as unsourced.
What’s fixed, and what actually varies
One account, several letterheads.
Fixed
- The Bank of Missouri issues the Destiny Mastercard
- Concora Credit Inc. services it
- destinycard.com names mydestinycard.com as the account site
- 1-800-583-5698 is the number published on destinycard.com
- The product files as a credit card, not a prepaid product
Varies
- Which company name is on the letter in front of you
- Whether an older agreement in your file names First Electronic Bank
- Whether servicing post points at destiny.myfinanceservice.com
Read the newest statement, not the oldest letter. The bank named there owes you an answer; the servicer beside it is the one that picks up.
How compares
Three cards, three different answers to a single question.
| Chain | What the card says | Who actually holds it | Where the login is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Destiny | Destiny Mastercard | The Bank of Missouri issues, Concora Credit Inc. services | mydestinycard.com |
| maurices | A maurices store card | Comenity Bank | d.comenity.net/mauricescreditcard |
| Kroger | Kroger Rewards World Elite Mastercard | U.S. Bank National Association | Programme ending; the portal could not be checked |
| Prepaid Visa/Mastercard | A network-branded prepaid card | Whichever bank issued that particular card | The address printed on the card |
Issuers and servicers change hands. Your newest statement and cardholder agreement govern, not this table.
On a store card the retailer's name hides one bank. On this one it hides a bank, a servicer and a name that servicer no longer uses.
Three names on one account, and which of them owes you an answer
Two legacy pages this replaces treated Destiny as a card with a login and stopped there. The part people actually get wrong is the corporate arrangement behind it.
destinycard.com puts it in a single sentence: "The Destiny Mastercard is issued by The Bank of Missouri and serviced by Concora Credit Inc." Two companies, two jobs. An issuer is the bank whose name goes on the credit agreement. A servicer takes the call, posts the payment and prints the statement. They are not interchangeable, and a complaint aimed at the wrong one stalls quietly for weeks.
Now the third name. Concora Credit Inc. was previously Genesis FS Card Services. Older letters, collection notices and a good deal of older writing online still use it. Search it today and you find a company that no longer trades under that name. Nothing has gone wrong. Same servicer, new sign.
The fourth name is genuinely out of date. First Electronic Bank issued Destiny before The Bank of Missouri did, and that is not a guess: the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's credit card agreement database carried Destiny agreements filed under First Electronic Bank as recently as the first quarter of 2024, while the current agreement names The Bank of Missouri. What nobody publishes is the changeover date. It is undisclosed. Anyone quoting one is filling a gap.
One correction while we are here. Destiny is a credit card. It is absent from the CFPB prepaid database and present among filed credit card agreements. Guides calling it prepaid describe something else.
The practical route: sign in at mydestinycard.com, named as the account site by the brand's own FAQ, or call 1-800-583-5698. Servicing post may point at destiny.myfinanceservice.com instead. mydestinycard.com answered HTTP 425 on 4 September 2026, so nothing here describes that screen.
Questions people ask
Who issues the Destiny Mastercard?
The Bank of Missouri. The brand's own site states it in one line: "The Destiny Mastercard is issued by The Bank of Missouri and serviced by Concora Credit Inc."
What is Concora Credit Inc.?
The servicer. It handles the account day to day and was previously called Genesis FS Card Services.
Is the Destiny Card a prepaid card?
No. It files as a credit card agreement with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and does not appear in the prepaid database at all.
Where do I log in?
At mydestinycard.com, named as the account site by the brand's own FAQ. It could not be read from here on 4 September 2026.
What is destiny.myfinanceservice.com?
A servicing address associated with the account. Post routing you there is consistent with the arrangement destinycard.com describes.
What happened to First Electronic Bank?
It issued Destiny before The Bank of Missouri did. Filed agreements name it as late as the first quarter of 2024, and no source publishes the date the programme moved.
What is the phone number?
1-800-583-5698, published in the destinycard.com FAQ.
Why can nothing here describe the login page?
Because mydestinycard.com answered HTTP 425 when it was checked. Its existence and role come from the brand's own site; the contents were never seen, so guessing would be invention.
