Taz Visa Login — secure.tazcc.com, and Two Different PO Boxes

Before you sign in to a Taz Visa account
  • HelpMeLogin is not a bank and holds no accounts. This site cannot see a balance, take a payment or reset a password.
  • Two PO boxes serve two purposes. Payments go to Omaha and due-date change requests go to Sioux Falls. A letter in the wrong box is a letter nobody reads.
  • No first-party source gives a longer name than First National Bank. Anything reading First National Bank of Omaha or of Pennsylvania is a directory's expansion, not the bank's own wording.
  • Sign in only on the secure host. The cardholder site is secure.tazcc.com; the plain tazcc.com address is public marketing and help.

The Taz Visa login is secure.tazcc.com, while tazcc.com itself is the marketing and help site. The issuer is First National Bank, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. and, per the site's own user agreement, operating from offices within the State of South Dakota. Service runs on 888-803-6634, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Central. Payments post to a PO box in Omaha; a due-date change goes somewhere else entirely.

Taz — the help and FAQ page carrying the issuer wording →One of the pages where the First National Bank line is printed verbatim. HelpMeLogin is independent and is not affiliated with Taz Visa or First National Bank.

How it works

  1. Sign in on the secure host

The cardholder site is secure.tazcc.com/login. Typing the bare tazcc.com address lands on the public site, which answers questions and holds no account.

  2. Read the issuer line exactly as printed

It says First National Bank and stops there. The homepage, FAQ, legal page, cardholder contracts page and user agreement all use that same formulation, with no city attached.

  3. Post payments to the Omaha box

PO Box 2876, Omaha, NE 68103 is the payment address. Nebraska is where the envelope goes even though the bank runs from South Dakota.

  4. Post a due-date change to the Sioux Falls box

A request to move your payment date goes to PO Box 5081, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-5081. Sending it to the payment box means it is opened by a processing operation that is not looking for letters.

  5. Ring inside the published hours

888-803-6634 runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Central, so a weekend call reaches nobody.

If something goes wrong

tazcc.com has no sign-in box anywhere on it

Cause
That host is the public site
Fix
Go to secure.tazcc.com/login instead. The FAQ, the legal page and the cardholder contracts page live on the plain address; the account does not.

My payment went to Sioux Falls and has not posted

Cause
Sioux Falls is the due-date change box
Fix
Payments belong at PO Box 2876, Omaha, NE 68103. Ring 888-803-6634 and tell them where the envelope went before assuming it is lost.

A bill-pay directory names First National Bank of Pennsylvania

Cause
That expansion is somebody's guess
Fix
Every first-party page read on 8 September 2026 says First National Bank and no more. Do not address correspondence to a longer name.

The bank is in South Dakota but the payment address is in Nebraska

Cause
The two are genuinely in different states
Fix
Both come from the card's own published details, so the mismatch is expected. Omaha takes the money; South Dakota is where the bank operates from.

Nobody answers when I ring

Cause
The line keeps weekday hours
Fix
888-803-6634 runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Central. Outside that window there is no queue to wait in.

The terms page will not open for me

Cause
tazcc.com/CardMemberServices/Terms.aspx is disallowed to automated readers
Fix
That is a crawler restriction rather than a broken page. Your own cardholder agreement, posted with the card, carries the same terms.

What’s fixed, and what actually varies

The bank, the host and the phone line are settled. What changes is which envelope you need and which expanded bank name a page has invented.

Fixed

  • First National Bank is the issuer, licensed by Visa U.S.A. Inc.
  • secure.tazcc.com is the cardholder host
  • 888-803-6634 is the published line
  • PO Box 2876 in Omaha takes payments

Varies

  • Whether your letter is a payment or a due-date change, which decides the PO box
  • Whether the page you are reading has expanded the bank name to a city it never claimed
  • Whether you are calling inside Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Central

The back of the card and the cardholder agreement carry the issuer wording. Both stop at First National Bank, and so should any page describing this account.

How compares

Four cards whose brand name and whose bank name have nothing to do with each other.

ChainWhat the card saysWho actually holds itWhere the login is
Taz VisaTaz VisaFirst National Bank, from South Dakotasecure.tazcc.com, on 888-803-6634
Merrick BankMerrick Bank cardMerrick Bank itself, with no bank behind itlogon.merrickbank.com, one of three Merrick hosts
Mission LaneMission Lane VisaTAB Bank or WebBank, printed on the card backmissionlane.com
VerveVerve MastercardThe Bank of Missouri, serviced by Continental Financeinet.yourvervecard.com

Only the Merrick row has the bank's name on the front of the card. On the other three the brand and the bank are unrelated words.

A card brand is a marketing name. The chartered bank appears on the back and in the agreement, and nowhere else reliably.

A bank with no city, and two boxes that look interchangeable

Three details on this account are routinely published wrong, and each one has a first-party answer.

Begin with the bank's name. Every page checked on 8 September 2026 uses one formulation and never varies it: the card is issued by First National Bank pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. The homepage says it. So do the FAQ, the legal page, the cardholder contracts page and the website user agreement. None of them appends a city. Bill-pay directories fill that gap themselves and produce First National Bank of Pennsylvania, which nothing first-party supports, or First National Bank of Omaha, which the payment address makes tempting and which is equally unsupported here. The user agreement does place the bank geographically, saying the site is controlled from offices within the State of South Dakota, and the iOS listing names its seller as First National Bank SD-MN. That is as specific as the record gets.

Second, the host. tazcc.com is the public site and secure.tazcc.com is the cardholder one. A reader who types the short address finds help articles and a legal page, concludes there is no online account at all, and rings instead.

Third, and most expensive, the envelopes. Payments go to PO Box 2876, Omaha, NE 68103. A request to change your payment due date goes to PO Box 5081, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-5081. These are different operations. A cheque posted to the Sioux Falls box is not sitting in a payments queue, and a due-date letter posted to Omaha is not sitting on anyone's desk. That the payments box is in Nebraska while the bank runs from South Dakota looks like an error and is not one; both addresses come from the card's own published details.

One page could not be read. tazcc.com/CardMemberServices/Terms.aspx is disallowed to automated readers, which says nothing about whether it works in a browser.

Questions people ask

Who issues the Taz Visa card?

First National Bank, under a Visa licence. No first-party page expands that name any further.

Is Taz Visa the same as First National Bank of Omaha?

Nothing first-party says so. The payment box is in Omaha, which is where the confusion starts, but the issuer is named without a city.

Where is the Taz Visa login?

At secure.tazcc.com/login. The plain tazcc.com address is the public help and legal site.

What is the Taz Visa phone number?

888-803-6634, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Central.

Where do I post a payment?

PO Box 2876, Omaha, NE 68103. That box is for payments only.

How do I change my payment due date?

By post to PO Box 5081, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-5081, which is a different box from the payment one.

Where does the bank actually operate from?

The website user agreement says the site is controlled from offices within the State of South Dakota, and the App Store lists the seller as First National Bank SD-MN.

HelpMeLogin is an independent informational site. It is not a bank, a card issuer or a financial adviser, and it is not affiliated with Taz Visa, First National Bank or Visa. Nothing here is financial advice. Your cardholder agreement and your statement govern.
