- HelpMeLogin is not Cricket Wireless or AT&T. This site holds no credentials, cannot see a balance, cannot activate a device and cannot port a number.
- Type cricketwireless.com yourself. A brand whose customers are used to activating on unfamiliar pages is an easy brand to imitate, and a search result proves nothing about who owns a domain.
- A SIM swap starts with a convincing phone call. Anyone who rings you claiming to be from the carrier and asks for a code that was just texted to you is running that attack.
- Nobody legitimate needs your account PIN read aloud. Not a retailer, not a support agent who called you first.
- Check the hours before you conclude the line is dead. Saturday opening is 12pm ET now, and a call at 10am gets silence rather than an answer.
The Cricket Wireless login is cricketwireless.com/cwlogin.html, and activation lives on a separate page at cricketwireless.com/activate.html. Cricket is a wholly-owned AT&T subsidiary, which its own footer states outright. The change worth knowing is the call centre: Saturday opening moved from 9am to 12pm ET on January 3, 2026. That date has gone. Any page still printing a 9am Saturday start, this one's predecessor included, is now wrong. Dial 1-800-CRICKET, or 611 from a Cricket handset.

What you need
11 itemsHow it works
Sign in on the login page, not the activation page
An existing account opens at cricketwireless.com/cwlogin.html. That page wants credentials. It will not turn on a new SIM, and typing an activation code into it achieves nothing.
Start a new device at the activation address
New handsets and new SIM cards begin at cricketwireless.com/activate.html. The old post ran these two addresses together as though they were one flow, which is the single most common reason a Cricket activation stalls.
Check the day before you dial
On a Saturday the line opens at 12pm ET. Monday through Friday it opens earlier, and every published day closes at 9pm ET. A Saturday morning call reaches nobody, and that is a schedule rather than a fault.
Use 611 when the handset still works
From a Cricket phone on the network, 611 reaches customer service directly. When the handset is the problem, 1-800-CRICKET from any other line does the same job. Those four letters dial 274-2538.
Do not chase an AT&T portal for a Cricket account
One company owns both, and they are separately branded services with separate sign-ins. Credentials from one side will not open the other, however clearly the footer says AT&T.
If something goes wrong
The activation page rejects my username and password
- Cause
- Activation and sign-in are different pages
- Fix
- Credentials belong at cricketwireless.com/cwlogin.html. The activation flow at cricketwireless.com/activate.html expects device details, not an account password.
I called on Saturday morning and got nothing
- Cause
- The Saturday opening moved to 12pm ET
- Fix
- The change took effect on January 3, 2026. Call after midday Eastern on a Saturday, or wait for a weekday when the line opens earlier.
Another page says the line opens 9am on Saturdays
- Cause
- It has not been updated since the change
- Fix
- Cricket published the move itself, wording it as a future event. The effective date has now passed, so a 9am Saturday figure describes a schedule that no longer runs.
I need Sunday opening hours
- Cause
- They are not published
- Fix
- The stated range covers Monday to Saturday. Nothing first-party describes a Sunday, so treat any Sunday figure quoted elsewhere as unsourced.
611 will not connect
- Cause
- It is a short code that works from a Cricket handset on the network
- Fix
- If the phone is suspended, dead or on another carrier, use 1-800-CRICKET from a different line instead.
My AT&T sign-in does not work here
- Cause
- Shared ownership, separate services
- Fix
- One parent company runs both brands, and each has its own portal. A Cricket account opens only at cricketwireless.com.
What’s fixed, and what actually varies
Ownership is settled and the addresses are stable. The clock is the moving part.
Fixed
- Cricket Wireless is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AT&T
- cricketwireless.com/cwlogin.html is the account sign-in
- cricketwireless.com/activate.html handles activation
- 1-800-CRICKET, spelling 274-2538, is the published number
- Every published day closes at 9pm ET
Varies
- Saturday opening, moved to 12pm ET on January 3, 2026
- Whether the guide you are reading has caught up with that change
- Sunday cover, which the published range does not mention at all
Look at the day of the week first. Saturday behaves differently from the rest of the working week, and Sunday is not described anywhere first-party.
How compares
Four consumer services, four ways an old page sends you to the wrong door.
| Chain | What the brand says | Who actually runs it | Where the login is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cricket Wireless | Cricket Wireless | AT&T, wholly owned and stated in the footer | cricketwireless.com/cwlogin.html |
| SmartThings Find | Samsung Find My Mobile | Samsung, after renaming the service | smartthingsfind.samsung.com |
| GoToMeeting | GoToMeeting | GoTo, renamed from LogMeIn in 2022 | global.gotomeeting.com/join |
| Starz | Starz | Starz, with activation blocked on TV browsers | activate.starz.com |
Checked against first-party pages on 4 September 2026. A published schedule can be current and still describe a change as forthcoming.
The address in an old guide is usually right. The times printed beside it are what rot.
A date that has already passed, still printed as future
Cricket Wireless is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AT&T, and the footer says so twice. Once in the trademark line: "Cricket Wireless, AT&T, the Globe, and other marks are trademarks of AT&T Intellectual Property". Once in three words: "Subsidiary of AT&T." No handover, no rebrand, nothing waiting to migrate. That part of the legacy post was correct when it was written and is correct now.
What the legacy post got wrong is a schedule. The contact page publishes hours as "Mon – Sat 9am – 9pm ET", and immediately underneath sits a notice: "Call center hours will change to 12pm–9pm on Saturdays starting January 3, 2026." On the day it went up, that sentence described the future. Read today it describes the past, because January 3, 2026 has been and gone. Opening on a Saturday is 12pm ET, three hours later than the figure most guides still print.
The cost of the error is small, specific and annoying. Someone with a dead activation rings at half past nine on a Saturday morning, hears nothing, and concludes the support line has been shut down.
Two further things the same page settles. Sunday appears nowhere in the published range, so Sunday cover is undisclosed rather than confirmed, and no honest page can fill that in. The closing time did not move either: 9pm ET ends every published day, Saturdays included.
Then the addresses, where the old post made its other mistake. Signing in and activating are separate pages doing separate jobs. An account opens at cricketwireless.com/cwlogin.html. A new handset or SIM starts at cricketwireless.com/activate.html. Typing a password into the activation flow signs nobody in, and opening the login page does not begin an activation, which is why so many people conclude one of the two pages is broken when both are working exactly as designed.
Phone routes are the easy part. 1-800-CRICKET spells 274-2538, and from a Cricket handset on the network 611 reaches the same queue.
Questions people ask
What is the Cricket Wireless login address?
cricketwireless.com/cwlogin.html. Activation is somewhere else entirely, at cricketwireless.com/activate.html.
Is Cricket owned by AT&T?
Yes. The footer on Cricket's own site reads "Subsidiary of AT&T", and the trademark line names AT&T Intellectual Property as the owner of the marks.
What time does Cricket customer service open on Saturday?
12pm ET. That replaced a 9am opening on January 3, 2026, and the closing time stayed at 9pm ET.
Is Cricket customer service open on Sunday?
Undisclosed. The published range runs Monday to Saturday and says nothing about Sunday, so no figure can honestly be quoted.
What is the Cricket Wireless phone number?
1-800-CRICKET, which dials 274-2538. From a working Cricket handset on the network, 611 reaches the same place.
Why does the activation page not accept my password?
Because it is not the sign-in page. Activation asks for device and SIM details; the account password belongs on the login page.
Can I use my AT&T login for a Cricket account?
No. One parent company, two separately branded services, two portals. Each keeps its own credentials.
Has Cricket changed hands recently?
No such change was found. The ownership statement on the site is the same one it has carried, and nothing on this page describes a migration.
