- HelpMeLogin is not Intuit, Green Dot Bank or MVB Bank. This site holds no credentials, reads no balance and cannot replace a card.
- A new TurboTax refund does not land on this card. TurboTax ships Credit Karma Money, a different account at a different bank.
- Nobody legitimate rings to ask for your card number and security code. Refund season is exactly when that call arrives.
- Type the sign-in host yourself. Tax-refund card brands attract copies, and the old prepaid hostname now forwards, which makes an unfamiliar address look normal.
The Turbo card login is at secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/login, and the account is live. Both filed prepaid agreements read Withdrawn, which looks fatal and is not. In 2019 the product stopped being a prepaid account and became an FDIC-insured deposit account at Green Dot Bank, so the filings left a database that never covered deposit accounts. Green Dot Corporation still provides the card, and the published line is 888-285-4169.

What you need
10 itemsHow it works
Look at the word printed under the logo
Plastic reading Turbo Visa Debit Card is the current product. Older plastic reading prepaid belongs to the same programme before its 2019 reclassification, and the servicing site is the same.
Go straight to the debit hostname
turboprepaidcard.intuit.com answers with a 302 and forwards to turbodebitcard.intuit.com. The sign-in itself sits at secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/login, so typing that path skips the hop.
Read both filed rows before you accept a verdict
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau lists two Turbo rows, both Withdrawn. Then read the agreement the live site links. Its title contains the words deposit account, and that single word change explains the withdrawals.
Separate the old refund from the new one
A refund from an earlier year may sit on a Green Dot Bank card. A recent TurboTax refund routes to Credit Karma Money instead, which MVB Bank stands behind. Two accounts, two logins, two dispute paths.
Ring the number the operator publishes
888-285-4169 handles a lost or stolen card, a replacement, or a cheque request. It is printed on the servicing site rather than taken from a directory.
If something goes wrong
A search result says both Turbo agreements are Withdrawn, so the card must be dead
- Cause
- The withdrawal records a reclassification
- Fix
- The product became an FDIC-insured deposit account in 2019, and prepaid filings do not cover deposit accounts. The servicing site, the sign-in and the phone line all answer.
turboprepaidcard.intuit.com sent me somewhere else
- Cause
- A 302 redirect to the debit hostname
- Fix
- That forward is the operator's own, and it is the whole story in miniature. Prepaid became debit, and the address followed.
My tax refund has not arrived on the card
- Cause
- Recent refunds route elsewhere
- Fix
- TurboTax now ships Credit Karma Money, with banking services provided by MVB Bank. A Green Dot Bank Turbo card and a Credit Karma card are separate accounts.
I have lost the card and do not know who to ask
- Cause
- The route is published, just not on the login screen
- Fix
- The servicing site says you can request a replacement card or a cheque by signing in or by calling 888-285-4169.
Credit Karma Money returns no result in the prepaid database either
- Cause
- Scope, not status
- Fix
- GO2bank and Credit Karma Money are deposit accounts, so neither is filed there. Absence from that database says nothing about whether an account works.
What’s fixed, and what actually varies
The bank and the login are settled. Which Intuit-branded card a reader is holding is not.
Fixed
- Green Dot Bank issues the card and Green Dot Corporation provides it
- secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/login is the account route
- 888-285-4169 is the published line
- Both prepaid rows are Withdrawn, effective 03/26/2019 and 03/05/2019
- The current agreement is a deposit account agreement, revised October 2019
Varies
- Whether your card predates or follows the 2019 reclassification
- Whether a refund you are chasing went here or to Credit Karma Money
- What an older guide means by the word prepaid on this brand
Read the hostname on your own statement or activation letter. Prepaid and debit are two spellings of one servicing site, and only one of them still resolves directly.
How compares
Four cards whose filed status and whose real status point in different directions.
| Chain | What the card says | Who actually holds it | Where the login is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Turbo Card | Turbo Visa Debit Card, formerly prepaid | Green Dot Bank, as a deposit account since 2019 | secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/login |
| AchieveCard | AchieveCard, a prepaid Visa | The Bancorp Bank, programme retired | None. The domain forwards to GO2bank |
| ACE Elite | ACE Elite, Visa or Mastercard | Pathward, with two programme managers | aceelitecard.com/account/login |
| PayPal Prepaid | PayPal, across two products | The Bancorp Bank on the closed Mastercard | The debit route, not the prepaid one |
Read against first-party disclosures, the linked deposit account agreement and the CFPB prepaid agreements database on 4 September 2026.
A withdrawn filing records a change of category. Reading it as a closure gives you the opposite of the truth.
Why a withdrawn filing can mean the opposite of what it looks like
Search the prepaid agreements database at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the verdict looks final. Two rows, both filed under Green Dot Bank, both typed "Tax", both Withdrawn: TurboSM Prepaid Visa Card effective 03/26/2019, and TurboSM Prepaid Visa Card (Refund Advance) effective 03/05/2019. No active row sits behind them anywhere in the file. Stop reading there and the product is finished.
Now open the terms document the live site links. It is titled "TURBO VISA DEBIT CARD DEPOSIT ACCOUNT AGREEMENT", revised October 2019, which is the same window as those two withdrawals. It defines the product as "the single registered FDIC-insured account held in your name that consists of a non-interest-bearing transactional account", and it says that "Your accounts with us are insured to the regulatory limits by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC)."
There is the mechanism. The card stopped being a prepaid account and became a deposit account. Prepaid agreement filings cover prepaid accounts, so once a product crosses that line its filings come out and nothing replaces them. The withdrawal is the paperwork of a reclassification.
Two sister products confirm the pattern by their absence. GO2bank returns zero rows in the same database. Credit Karma Money returns zero too. Both are deposit accounts, and both are perfectly alive.
Everything a cardholder can actually check agrees. turbodebitcard.intuit.com carries an activate button and no discontinuation notice. It tells anyone who has mislaid the plastic that they can "request a replacement card or request a check by either logging in to your Turbo Visa® Debit Card account or calling 888-285-4169". The sign-in answers. The number is the operator's own.
One hazard runs the other way, and it costs people a refund every spring. TurboTax no longer ships this card. It ships Credit Karma Money, and the banking behind that sits with MVB Bank rather than Green Dot Bank, so somebody can hold an old refund at one bank and a new one at another without ever being told the two are unrelated.
Questions people ask
Is the Turbo card discontinued?
No. Both prepaid filings are Withdrawn because the product was reclassified as a deposit account in 2019. The site, the sign-in and the phone line all still work.
Where is the Turbo card login?
secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/login. The older prepaid hostname forwards there with a 302.
Who issues the Turbo card?
Green Dot Bank issues it and Green Dot Corporation provides it, under a licence from Visa U.S.A Inc.
Is this a gift card?
No. It is a General Purpose Reloadable tax-refund card, and both filed rows are typed Tax. Gift cards sit under different rules entirely.
Why does the CFPB database show it as withdrawn?
Because that database collects prepaid account agreements. A deposit account belongs to a different category, so the filings were pulled rather than updated.
Will my TurboTax refund land on this card?
Not a recent one. TurboTax ships Credit Karma Money, with banking services provided by MVB Bank, and that is a separate account with its own login.
What is the Turbo card phone number?
888-285-4169, published on the servicing site for a lost or stolen card, a replacement, or a cheque request.
Is the money still insured?
The agreement states that accounts are insured to the regulatory limits by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. That wording is quoted from the document.
