AchieveCard Login — the Domain Now Lands on GO2bank

A retired card and a live account are not the same money
  • HelpMeLogin is not GO2bank, Green Dot Bank or The Bancorp Bank. This site holds no credentials and moves no money.
  • Opening a new account is not how you recover an old balance. No published source says a GO2bank sign-up reaches funds left on AchieveCard plastic.
  • GO2bank publishes no phone number, so any number you find elsewhere is somebody else's. Treat a search-result hotline for this brand as unverified.
  • Nobody legitimate asks for a full card number and security code over the phone. Not an agent claiming your account is frozen, and not a caller offering to move a balance.
  • Type the sign-in address yourself. Retired card brands attract lookalike domains.

The AchieveCard login no longer exists. Typing achievecard.com produces a 302 redirect to go2bank.com, checked on 8 September 2026. Those are two different banks. AchieveCard was a prepaid Visa issued by The Bancorp Bank, while GO2bank is a deposit account issued by Green Dot Bank. Green Dot Corporation managed the first and owns the second. A card sitting in a drawer does not convert because a website forwards.

GO2bank account sign-in →The first-party sign-in page for a GO2bank account, which is where achievecard.com now sends visitors. HelpMeLogin is independent and is not affiliated with GO2bank or Green Dot Corporation.

How it works

  1. Read the bank line printed on the card itself

Prepaid plastic names its issuer. If yours says The Bancorp Bank, you hold the retired AchieveCard programme. If it says Green Dot Bank, you hold something Green Dot Corporation issues directly, and different systems support the two.

  2. Treat the redirect as a signpost

achievecard.com answers with a 302 and drops you on go2bank.com. That hop opens no account and moves no balance. It is a forward, and the destination belongs to a different bank.

  3. Sign in at GO2bank only if you opened a GO2bank account

The account route is secure.go2bank.com/account/auth/login. It expects credentials created for that product, so an AchieveCard number typed into it means nothing to the system.

  4. Check the filed agreement before you believe a search result

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau lists filed prepaid agreements by product and issuer. AchieveCard appears once, marked Withdrawn. Reading the row yourself settles arguments that older guides start.

  5. Use the operator's own channels for anything about money

With no telephone number published, questions travel through the site or app of whichever product you hold. Anything about the retired card belongs with the bank named on it.

If something goes wrong

achievecard.com opened a site called GO2bank

Cause
The domain returns a 302 redirect
Fix
That forward is Green Dot Corporation's own. It moves the browser and nothing else. Your card is still whatever the bank line says.

The GO2bank sign-in will not take my AchieveCard details

Cause
Separate products at separate banks
Fix
GO2bank credentials are made during a GO2bank application. A card number from The Bancorp Bank is not a username on a Green Dot Bank system.

I cannot find a phone number anywhere on go2bank.com

Cause
There is none to find
Fix
The operator publishes no customer service telephone number. A number offered by a search result for this brand did not come from the company.

A search result says the AchieveCard agreement is Withdrawn

Cause
Accurate, and it is the only AchieveCard row filed
Fix
The row reads AchieveCard Visa Prepaid Card, The Bancorp Bank, Withdrawn, effective 11/14/2019. No second row exists.

GO2bank returns no result in the prepaid database

Cause
Scope, not status
Fix
That database collects prepaid account agreements, so a deposit account is absent by design. Credit Karma Money and the Turbo Visa Debit Card are missing for the same reason.

There is a balance on my old card and nobody to ask

Cause
No first-party source describes a recovery process
Fix
Start from the cardholder agreement and the issuing bank printed on the card.

What’s fixed, and what actually varies

Two bank names are settled. What is genuinely unsettled is which product a reader is holding.

Fixed

  • achievecard.com returns a 302 redirect to go2bank.com
  • GO2bank is issued by Green Dot Bank
  • AchieveCard was issued by The Bancorp Bank with Green Dot Corporation as programme manager
  • The single AchieveCard row in the CFPB database reads Withdrawn, effective 11/14/2019
  • GO2bank publishes no customer service phone number

Varies

  • Whether you hold retired AchieveCard plastic, a live GO2bank account, or both
  • What a residual balance can still do, which no first-party source describes
  • Which Green Dot Corporation product an older guide is actually describing

Turn the card over and read the bank line. It is printed there, and it decides everything else on this page.

How compares

Four cards, four different answers to the question of who is holding the money.

ChainWhat the card saysWho actually holds itWhere the login is

Checked against first-party disclosures and the CFPB prepaid agreements database on 4 September 2026. Redirects change without notice.

The brand on the front of a card tells you almost nothing. The bank line on the back tells you who answers.

A redirect is a marketing decision, not a bank transfer

Point a browser at achievecard.com and it does not break. The host answers with a 302 and hands the visitor to go2bank.com, which was still the behaviour on 8 September 2026. Nowhere in that hop does a word appear about the destination being a different product from a different bank.

Here is what the two things are. AchieveCard was a General Purpose Reloadable prepaid Visa, issued by The Bancorp Bank with Green Dot Corporation running the programme. GO2bank is a checking account, and its disclosure names the bank plainly: "Green Dot Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A., Inc." One is a prepaid account. The other is a deposit account, and the distance between those phrases is the whole page.

The regulator's file says the same thing in its own way. Searching the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's prepaid agreements database for AchieveCard returns exactly one row: AchieveCard Visa Prepaid Card, issuer The Bancorp Bank, programme manager Green Dot Corporation, status Withdrawn, effective 11/14/2019. Searching that database for GO2bank returns nothing whatsoever. The silence is unremarkable once you know why. Deposit accounts were never in scope for those filings, which is also why Credit Karma Money and the Turbo Visa Debit Card leave no trace there.

So the forward is a hand-off between two Green Dot Corporation products. It puts a live product in front of somebody who typed a retired one. What it cannot do is move a balance, reissue plastic, or make an old Bancorp card legible to a Green Dot Bank system.

One gap stays open, and it should. Nothing first-party states what happened to residual AchieveCard balances. If a card is still in a drawer with money believed to be on it, the cardholder agreement that came with it, and the issuing bank printed on the back, are the only honest starting points.

Questions people ask

Is AchieveCard still active?

No. Its only filed prepaid agreement reads Withdrawn, effective 11/14/2019, and the domain now forwards elsewhere.

Where does the AchieveCard login go now?

achievecard.com returns a 302 redirect to go2bank.com. No AchieveCard sign-in page survives behind it.

Is GO2bank the same company as AchieveCard?

Same parent, different bank. Green Dot Corporation ran the AchieveCard programme, but The Bancorp Bank issued that card while Green Dot Bank issues GO2bank.

Does my old card automatically become a GO2bank account?

No. A redirect opens no account, and no published source describes a conversion between the two products.

What is the GO2bank customer service number?

The company does not publish one. No telephone number appears on go2bank.com, so support runs through the site and the app.

Was AchieveCard a gift card?

It was a General Purpose Reloadable card, a different product class under different rules. Gift cards get bought, spent and discarded.

Why does GO2bank have no CFPB prepaid record?

Because it is a deposit account. That database holds prepaid account agreements, so a checking account produces zero rows by design.

How do I reach money left on an AchieveCard?

No first-party source sets out a process. The cardholder agreement and the issuing bank named on the card are the honest place to begin.

HelpMeLogin is an independent informational site. It is not AchieveCard, not GO2bank, not Green Dot Corporation, and not a bank or a financial adviser. Nothing here is financial advice, and your own cardholder or deposit agreement governs.
