First Savings Credit Card Login — It Is the HUE Mastercard Now

Before you sign in, and before you panic about your credit report
  • HelpMeLogin is not a bank and holds no accounts. This site cannot see a balance, take a payment or reset a password.
  • A rebrand is the perfect cover for a phishing message. No issuer asks you to re-register, re-verify or confirm a card number because a card changed name.
  • Type firstsavingscc.com rather than following a link. A new brand has no search history, so the results around it are unusually easy to poison.
  • Two names on one account is expected here. The bank states that credit reports still reference First Savings, so a mismatch with the word HUE is not by itself evidence of fraud.

The First Savings credit card login has not moved: it is firstsavingscc.com, and existing credentials still work. First Savings Bank renamed the programme to the HUE Mastercard and says so plainly on its welcome page. "No need to create a new account. If you're already a First Savings Credit Card user – sign in as usual." Same bank, same account, a new name on the plastic. Cardholder service is 888-469-0291.

How it works

  1. Sign in with the credentials you already have

The bank's wording leaves no room: "No need to create a new account. If you're already a First Savings Credit Card user – sign in as usual." That is firstsavingscc.com, the same address as before the rebrand.

  2. Know which page you have landed on

firstsavingscc.com/accept is the invitation funnel for somebody holding a mailed reservation code. It looks like a sign-in and is not one. A cardholder typing credentials there will get nowhere, however many times they try.

  3. Read firstsavingscc.com/huewelcome once, then stop worrying

It states what carries over: payment details, account settings and preferences. Current cards keep working, and HUE replacements are issued ahead of expiry rather than on a switchover day.

  4. Expect your credit file to say First Savings

The bank confirms that credit reports still reference First Savings. Seeing one name on the card and another on a report is disconcerting, and here it is documented behaviour rather than a sign that something has gone wrong.

  5. Ring 888-469-0291 for anything the pages do not cover

That is the published cardholder number. Ask for the account under either name, because both refer to one programme at one bank.

If something goes wrong

A HUE card arrived but my credit report says First Savings

Cause
The tradeline was not renamed
Fix
The bank states that credit reports still reference First Savings. Two names, one account, and nothing to dispute on that basis alone.

A page is asking me to create a new account

Cause
You may be on the invitation funnel
Fix
Existing cardholders do not register again. Check whether the address is firstsavingscc.com/accept, which expects a mailed reservation code, and go to firstsavingscc.com instead.

My credentials are refused

Cause
Wrong page, or a genuine reset
Fix
Try firstsavingscc.com directly first. If the sign-in still refuses them, ring 888-469-0291 rather than creating a second account.

I want the date the card became HUE

Cause
The welcome page does not give one
Fix
No transition date appears at firstsavingscc.com/huewelcome. Any specific date quoted elsewhere is unsourced, so this page does not repeat one.

My old First Savings card still works, which makes me think the rebrand is fake

Cause
That is the documented behaviour
Fix
Current cards keep working and HUE replacements are issued before expiry. Nothing is cut over on a single day.

Searching for HUE Mastercard returns almost nothing

Cause
The name is new and the older name is what the internet indexed
Fix
Search First Savings Credit Card as well. Both names describe the same programme at First Savings Bank.

What’s fixed, and what actually varies

Four things carried over untouched. Three depend on where you are in the reissue cycle.

Fixed

  • First Savings Bank issues the account before and after the rename
  • firstsavingscc.com is the sign-in, with the same credentials
  • Payment details, account settings and preferences carried over
  • 888-469-0291 is the published cardholder line

Varies

  • Whether the card in your hand says HUE Mastercard or First Savings Credit Card
  • When your replacement arrives, which the bank ties to expiry rather than to a date
  • Which name the person on the phone uses

Compare the statement with the card. One bank name on both, under two product names, is what this rebrand looks like from the outside.

How compares

Four accounts that changed name. Only one of them changed bank.

ChainWhat the card saysWho actually holds itWhere the login is

A rename leaves your credentials alone. An issuer change does not. Telling the two apart is the whole job.

Three of these four kept the same bank throughout, and in two of the three the transition date was never published, which is why so many guides quote a year that nobody can source.

A rename, not a handover, and the credit report proves it

The slug this page replaces pointed at firstsavingscc.com/accept, and that address was never a login. It is the invitation funnel for somebody who received a mailed reservation code and wants to accept the offer. Cardholders sent there arrive at a form that will not take their credentials, conclude that the account is locked, and ring a queue about a problem that does not exist.

Meanwhile the programme changed name. First Savings Bank now issues the card as the HUE Mastercard, under a licence from Mastercard International, and its welcome page is unusually direct about what that means for existing customers. "No need to create a new account. If you're already a First Savings Credit Card user – sign in as usual." Payment details carry over. So do account settings and preferences. Cards already in wallets keep working, and HUE replacements go out before expiry rather than on a cut-over day.

One detail on that page matters more than the rest, and it is the sort of thing a marketing team usually leaves out. Credit reports still reference First Savings. A cardholder who opens a new card bearing an unfamiliar brand, then pulls a credit file that names a bank they have not seen advertised in months, has every reason to suspect fraud, and this is the sentence that settles it.

What the bank does not publish is a date. Nothing on the welcome page says when the rebrand took effect, and no first-party source read on 8 September 2026 supplies one. The rename is documented. The timing is not, and a page that invents a month to look authoritative is doing the reader no favours.

So the practical position is short. Sign in at firstsavingscc.com. Ring 888-469-0291 if something is genuinely wrong. Treat firstsavingscc.com/accept as a different product entirely, because for your purposes it is.

Questions people ask

Who issues the HUE Mastercard?

First Savings Bank, pursuant to a licence from Mastercard International. The same bank issued the First Savings Credit Card.

Do I need a new account after the rebrand?

No. The bank's welcome page says existing First Savings Credit Card users sign in as usual, with no new account required.

Where is the First Savings credit card login?

firstsavingscc.com, unchanged by the rename. The explanation of the change sits at firstsavingscc.com/huewelcome.

What is firstsavingscc.com/accept?

An invitation funnel for people holding a mailed reservation code. It is not a cardholder sign-in, and existing customers have no use for it.

Why does my credit report still say First Savings?

Because the bank says it will. The tradeline references First Savings rather than HUE, and that is expected rather than an error.

When did the card become the HUE Mastercard?

Undisclosed. No transition date is published on the welcome page, and no first-party source read on 8 September 2026 gives one.

What is the phone number?

888-469-0291 for cardholder service.
