Kroger Employee Login — MyInfo, MyTime and FEED

Before you log in anywhere
  • HelpMeLogin is not Kroger and is not your employer. It is an independent guide. This page has no login form and never will.
  • Nobody here can issue or reset an EUID. Kroger has no self-registration; only your store's HR contact can create your account.
  • The address must end in .kroger.com. This topic attracts imitation domains that rank in search. Type the address rather than clicking a result you are unsure of.
  • No legitimate employer portal charges a fee to show you your own pay records.
  • Do not use a pay stub generator. Most sites ranking for these searches sell fabricated documents, and filing one with a landlord or lender is fraud.

The Kroger employee login is unusually simple: one employer, and one login across every banner gives one answer to everybody. But that one login opens three different tools, and only one of them holds money. Pay stubs and W-2s sit in MyInfo, at myinfo.kroger.com and ess.kroger.com. Schedules live in MyTime, which shows no pay at all. FEED is news and training. Same EUID everywhere, entirely different contents.

Go to myinfo.kroger.com MyInfo is where pay stubs and W-2s live; ess.kroger.com is reported to reach the same system. Anything not ending .kroger.com is not Kroger. HelpMeLogin is independent and not affiliated with Kroger.

How to find your portal

  1. Work out which of the three you actually need

Pay stub or W-2 means MyInfo. Schedule, punch or shift swap means MyTime. Company news or training means FEED. Getting this wrong is the commonest reason a Kroger login looks broken when the credentials are fine.

  2. Use your EUID, not your email

An Enterprise User ID is two letters followed by six digits, issued by HR during onboarding. There is no self-registration, so if you do not have one, nobody outside HR can create it.

  3. Check the address ends in .kroger.com

The legitimate portals are myinfo.kroger.com, ess.kroger.com and mytime.kroger.com. Several imitation sites rank well for these terms. Anything else is not Kroger, however convincing it looks.

  4. If you're new, allow up to a week

New hire records sync over roughly 3 to 7 days. A brand-new associate seeing an empty schedule or a rejected login usually has nothing wrong beyond timing.

  5. Save your stubs before you leave

Access is disabled at termination rather than after a grace period. Download every stub as a PDF while employed — the final one of the year especially, since it carries the year-to-date figures you would need to file without a W-2.

If something goes wrong

I'm logged into MyTime but there are no pay stubs

Cause
MyTime is scheduling only
Fix
Open MyInfo instead. Same EUID and password, different system.

My EUID isn't recognised

Cause
Typo, or the record has not finished syncing
Fix
The format is two letters then six digits. If you started this week, allow 3 to 7 days.

I can't create an account

Cause
Self-registration does not exist at Kroger
Fix
HR issues your EUID during onboarding. Ask your store's HR contact, since no portal can create one.

It keeps asking me to change my password

Cause
The 90-day expiry cycle
Fix
Expected. You will normally need your employee ID and date of birth to complete the reset.

I called the number in a guide and got a shopper helpline

Cause
1-800-576-4377 is 1-800-KRO-GERS, Kroger's customer service line
Fix
It is not an associate line. HR gets a postal address in Cincinnati, Ohio on the company's own contact page, and no phone number. Start with your store's HR contact.

I left Kroger and can't log in

Cause
Access is disabled at termination
Fix
Request final stubs and your W-2 through the former-employee process. The obligation to furnish them survives your access.

What’s fixed, and what actually varies

Kroger owns its stores rather than franchising them, so one system covers more than 403,000 people in 35 states. Most of this is therefore genuinely fixed.

Fixed

  • Pay stubs and W-2s are in MyInfo, never in MyTime
  • MyTime runs on UKG and covers scheduling only
  • Your EUID is two letters and six digits, issued by HR
  • Self-registration does not exist
  • The same login works at every Kroger banner

Varies

  • Which division-specific content loads after sign-in, based on your store
  • Exactly when new hire records finish syncing, typically 3 to 7 days
  • Whether your store's HR office will print a stub on request
  • How quickly a former-employee records request is handled
  • Which older portal name your store still uses in conversation

If a login is rejected, check which portal you are on before assuming the password is wrong. MyTime will never show a pay stub, and no amount of resetting changes that. Your store's HR office can confirm your EUID face to face, which beats any phone queue — and Kroger publishes no HR phone line anyway.

How Kroger compares

Kroger is the outlier here, and in a useful way: one employer, one system, one answer.

ChainCorporate portalFranchise systemsFormer-employee access
KrogerMyInfo — myinfo.kroger.comNone — single employer across all bannersDisabled at termination
McDonald'saccount.mcd.com (archID)Proliant, HCMToGo, Paycor, AllianceHCMOften ends on resignation
KFCWorkday (Yum! corporate)UKG Pro via InfoSync, ADP Workforce NowVaries by operator

Payroll systems are chosen by each employer and change without notice. Your pay stub names yours.

Because Kroger employs its store staff directly, there is exactly one answer for more than 403,000 people. At McDonald's and KFC the honest answer is a question about who signs your paycheck. The corollary: any page offering you several Kroger portals for pay has confused MyTime with MyInfo.

One login, three systems, two different vendors

Kroger folded a sprawl of older tools — ExpressHR, SecureWEB, Associate Connect — behind a single sign-on. The credential was unified. The applications were not merged, and they were never even bought from the same company.

That is visible from outside if you look at where the sign-on sends you. myinfo.kroger.com hands off to a PingOne single sign-on endpoint whose service provider is an Oracle Cloud login host, checked on 19 August 2026. MyTime is UKG. So one EUID fronts an Oracle application for pay and a UKG application for scheduling, which is exactly why the two behave nothing alike and why no setting inside MyTime will ever surface a pay stub.

It is a reasonable architecture and a confusing experience, mostly because MyTime is the one people open most. Checking a schedule is a weekly habit; checking a pay stub is fortnightly at most. The muscle memory points at the tool that cannot help, and the failure reads as a credentials problem rather than a navigation one.

The upside is real, though. Kroger's annual report for the year ended 31 January 2026 puts more than 403,000 full- and part-time employees across 35 states and the District of Columbia, trading under local banner names — Ralphs, Fred Meyer and the rest. Because those are Kroger stores rather than franchises, all of those people share one EUID scheme and one set of addresses. That is not true of a single franchised restaurant chain on this site.

If one line survives this page: pay lives in MyInfo, and MyTime will never have it.

Questions people ask

What is the Kroger employee login site?

It depends what you need. Both sit in MyInfo at myinfo.kroger.com, also reached as ess.kroger.com. Schedules are at mytime.kroger.com, on the same EUID.

Does MyTime show pay stubs?

No. MyTime runs on UKG and covers schedules, punches and shift swaps. Pay stubs live in MyInfo. That mix-up is where most Kroger pay stub searches go wrong.

What is an EUID?

Your Enterprise User ID — two letters followed by six digits. HR issues it during onboarding and you cannot create one yourself.

Does the same login work at Ralphs or Fred Meyer?

Yes. The banners are Kroger stores, not franchises, so the same portals and the same EUID apply across all of them.

Is 1-800-576-4377 the associate helpline?

No. That is 1-800-KRO-GERS, the customer service call centre. The company's own contact page lists no HR phone number at all, only a postal address.

Why do I have to change my password so often?

The system enforces a 90-day expiry and prompts before locking the account.

I'm a new hire and nothing works

New records sync over roughly 3 to 7 days. Beyond a week, ask HR whether the record was created.

Can I get my W-2 after leaving Kroger?

Yes, though not through the portal — access is disabled at termination. Employers must furnish W-2s by January 31 whatever your portal status.

Is ExpressHR still a thing?

It is an older name for MyInfo. ExpressHR, SecureWEB and Associate Connect all describe the same system.

HelpMeLogin is an independent informational site. It is not Kroger and not The Kroger Co., and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. It operates no employee portal and hosts no login form. Portal behaviour and access windows are set by Kroger and change without notice.
