One thousand one hundred calories arrive in a single wrapper here. Only three burgers on the Wendy's list carry more, and two of those belong to the limited-run pretzel-bun range. Dave's Triple gets there for a listed $7.99, which makes it the heaviest of the permanent burgers priced under eight dollars.

What's in it

Three quarter-pound beef patties stacked with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, raw onion and crinkle-cut pickle, plus ketchup and mayonnaise, on a toasted bun. Nothing about the dressing is unusual. The build is the same one the rest of the Dave's line uses; the patty count is the variable. Wendy's puts the Double at 810 calories and this at 1,100, so the third patty is worth 290 on the company's own arithmetic, and it lists for $1.20 more.

Is it worth it

Every price on this page needs the counter applied to it. Recorded across published US price lists in August 2026, the burger ran from $5.49 to $10.19, and the middle of everything logged ties at $8.89 and $8.99, about a dollar above the national listing. That is a wide upward gap for the Dave's line, and it means the honest budget figure is nine dollars rather than eight. Franchisees set prices at most US restaurants, so the company number describes the menu and stops there.

Against the rest of the menu the case is decent. The Big Bacon Classic Triple lists $1.10 dearer at $9.09 for 1,140 calories, so forty more calories cost a great deal more money. A Baconator lists thirty cents below at $7.69 and gives up 210 calories. On weight for money among full-size burgers, this is one of the stronger rows in the section.

The combo complicates matters in a useful way. A single Dave's Combo at $9.49 covers the whole Dave's line, so the Triple carries the same meal price as the Single and the Double. Set against a tied middle of $8.89 or $8.99, the sides work out at fifty or sixty cents. Fifty cents. Measured against the recorded middles, that is the smallest step from sandwich to meal on the burger list.

Everything past calories is missing for one reason. The Wendy's site renders its fat, sodium and protein panel through script that runs after the page arrives, and every read of it returned a placeholder, so the macros could not be read. The 1,100 survives because it is printed in the ordering interface beside the price.
