That is more than a technical curiosity: the official rules cannot be linked to, cited or re-checked later. Every figure published about this sweepstakes is somebody's transcription of a screen, and the transcriptions have drifted. A guide dated January 2023 describes 13-digit codes valid for 7 days, one $1,000 grand prize and 100 second prizes of $50, drawn monthly, open to the 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico and Canada outside Quebec. A guide published in December 2024 gives six grand prizes and a pool of $18,000 for an entry period that ran from 2 July to 30 September 2018 — reproduced six years after it closed.
