- HelpMeLogin operates no Chick-fil-A One account and cannot recover points. Nothing here logs in, resets a password or raises anything with the company.
- Points here never expire, which makes an expiry warning a reliable tell. The company states plainly that Chick-fil-A One points do not expire, though rewards do. Any message saying a balance dies today contradicts that. The Federal Trade Commission ran an alert on 7 April 2026 about exactly that text.
- A balance that never expires is a balance worth stealing. Nothing forces redemption, so accounts here accumulate more value than at chains running six-month clocks. No chargeback covers any of it.
- Mobile order and pay share the same credentials. A card saved for ordering sits behind the password protecting the points, so reusing that password elsewhere risks both.
Chick-fil-A rewards start at 10 points per dollar and climb to 13 for a Signature member. Four rewards are published: 200 points for an Icedream cone, 400 for medium Waffle Potato Fries, 600 for two Chick-n-Strips, 1,200 for 12 Chick-fil-A Nuggets. Only the fries can be priced, at $2.85 to $3.39 across published US lists, which makes a point worth 0.713 to 0.848 cents. A balance never expires.

What you need
9 itemsHow it works
Work out which tier you are in before doing any sums
Rates run from 10 points a dollar at the bottom to 13 at Signature. A reward priced at 400 points therefore costs $40 of spending as a member and $30.77 at the top, for the identical item.
Price the reward against a local menu, not a national one
No national price list exists here. Medium Waffle Potato Fries were recorded at $2.85, $2.94 and $3.39 on three published US lists, a spread of 19% that lands straight in the conversion.
Accept that three of the four rungs cannot be scored
An Icedream cone, two Chick-n-Strips, a 12-count of nuggets: none carries a published price. Anyone quoting a cents-per-point figure for those is inventing the denominator.
Do not rush a redemption
Nothing forces a redemption, because the balance itself has no end date. A claimed reward does, and the app prints that date on the reward, so convert nothing until the day you want the food.
Treat the tier as an earn rate, not a discount
Signature takes 10,000 points, roughly $1,000 of spending at the base rate. What it buys is 30% faster earning. Reward prices do not fall.
If something goes wrong
My reward vanished but my points are intact
- Cause
- Points and rewards run on different rules
- Fix
- Company wording is that a balance does not expire while rewards do. Each claimed reward shows its own date in the app, so read that before claiming another.
The same reward costs more here than at my old restaurant
- Cause
- The point cost is national; the value is local
- Fix
- Operators set prices at 2,795 of 2,863 traditional restaurants. Fries were recorded from $2.85 to $3.39, so the same 400 points buys 19% more in some places.
I reached a tier and rewards did not get cheaper
- Cause
- Tiers change earning, never redemption
- Fix
- Silver lifts the rate to 11 points a dollar, Red to 12, Signature to 13. Reward prices stay put at 200 · 400 · 600 · 1,200.
A text says my Chick-fil-A points expire tonight
- Cause
- A phishing template the Federal Trade Commission has documented
- Fix
- Delete it without tapping. A balance here is published as never expiring, so the message contradicts the company's own statement.
Points did not appear after an order
- Cause
- The order was not tied to the account
- Fix
- Scan the code in the app or order through it. A restaurant is closed every Sunday, so a missing weekend order may simply predate the visit you remember.
What’s fixed, and what actually varies
Point costs are national and prices are not. The company owns the buildings and leases them to Operators, and the Operator sets the board, which is why one conversion can be a fifth better than another.
Fixed
- 10 points per dollar as a member, rising to 13 at Signature
- Silver from 1,000 points, Red from 4,000, Signature from 10,000
- Reward costs of 200 · 400 · 600 · 1,200 points
- A balance does not expire; a claimed reward does
Varies
- The shelf price of the redeemed item, set restaurant by restaurant
- Which items appear in the reward list, since it rotates
- Whether an Operator runs a local promotion alongside it
- How long a claimed reward lasts, which the reward itself states
Open the app with your restaurant selected. The reward screen shows the point cost and the menu shows the price, both belonging to that restaurant rather than to a national average.
How Chick-fil-A compares
Two of these four sell status. Neither makes a point buy more; both make points arrive faster, which is a different thing.
| Chain | Earn rate | Top tier and its threshold | Do points expire |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chick-fil-A | 10 to 13 per $1 | Signature, at 10,000 points | No — only rewards do |
| Taco Bell | 10 to 11 per $1 | Fire! Tier, at 2,000 points | Nothing published either way |
| Wendy's | 10 per $1, no tiers | None exists | Yes, at 365 days |
| Dunkin' | 10 per $1, 12 boosted | Boosted Status, at 12 visits a month | Yes, at 12 months |
Rates, thresholds and expiry rules are each company's own published figures, read in August 2026.
Chick-fil-A asks for the most spending of any tier here and gives the only balance with no end date. Those two facts pull in opposite directions, and the second is worth more.
Four published rewards, and only one with a price behind it
Chick-fil-A One publishes more of its own machinery than most programmes in this section. Four tiers are named with their rates: 10 points a dollar as a member, 11 as a Silver member, 12 as a Red member, 13 as a Signature member. Thresholds are published too, at 1,000, 4,000 and 10,000 points. Beside them sit four reward costs: 200 points, 400, 600, then 1,200.
The other half of every sum is missing. No national price list exists, because the Operator sets the board at 2,795 of 2,863 traditional restaurants. One reward of the four has a defensible price. Medium Waffle Potato Fries were recorded at $2.85, $2.94 and $3.39 across three published US lists in August 2026, and 400 points is $40 of spending at the base rate. Divide, and a point comes out at 0.713 to 0.848 cents.
The rest resist. An Icedream cone at 200 points, two Chick-n-Strips at 600, a 12-count of Chick-fil-A Nuggets at 1,200: none has a published figure to divide by. A recorded 8-count sits between $5.14 and $5.69, which says nothing reliable about twelve.
Tiers change the picture in a specific and limited way. A Signature member earning 13 points a dollar reaches 400 points after $30.77 rather than $40, so those same fries return between 9.3% and 11.0% of spend instead of 7.1% to 8.5%. The reward did not get cheaper. Earning got faster, by exactly 30%.
Against all that sits the plainest statement any programme here makes about time. A balance does not expire, in the company's own wording, though a claimed reward does.
Questions people ask
Do Chick-fil-A One points expire?
No. Company wording is that a balance does not expire, but that rewards do, and each claimed reward carries its own date in the app.
What is a Chick-fil-A point worth?
On the one rung that can be priced, 0.713 to 0.848 cents. Medium fries cost 400 points and were recorded from $2.85 to $3.39.
How much do I have to spend to reach Signature?
10,000 points, which is about $1,000 at the base rate of 10 points a dollar. Red opens at 4,000 points and Silver at 1,000.
Does a higher tier make rewards cheaper?
No. Rewards stay at 200 · 400 · 600 · 1,200 points in every tier. What changes is earning, from 10 points a dollar up to 13.
How many points for Chick-fil-A Nuggets?
1,200 for a 12-count. No published price exists for that size, so the conversion cannot honestly be calculated from company figures.
Why do rewards feel worth more at some restaurants?
Because Operators set prices at 2,795 of 2,863 traditional restaurants. The same 400 points buys fries recorded 19% apart between the cheapest and dearest lists.
Can points be transferred to another account?
Nothing published describes a transfer route, and a balance is tied to the account holding it. Treat the login as the only thing protecting it.
