- HelpMeLogin is not TransUnion LLC. This site holds no credentials, cannot see a credit file and does not interpret one.
- Nothing here recommends any action affecting your credit. No scores are characterised and no report contents are read. This is an access and contact page.
- The customer support pages publish no phone number at all. A number offered by a search result for TransUnion support did not come from those pages, so check it against the free-report page first.
- Filing a dispute does not require buying anything. Anyone telling you otherwise, in an email or on the phone, is not describing the published routes.
The TransUnion login is members.transunion.com/unifiedlogin, and MyOptions no longer exists as a named product. transunion.com/myoptions now resolves to a page titled "Free Credit Report | TransUnion", canonical to transunion.com/free-credit-report, and the word MyOptions appears nowhere on it. A second sign-in, the Service Center, is the one that reaches the dispute flow. The published line is 800-916-8800. Readers often assume a dispute needs a paid product, and it does not.

What you need
10 itemsHow it works
Decide which door you need before you sign in
Membership sits at members.transunion.com/unifiedlogin. The Service Center sits at service.transunion.com, and only that one carries the dispute route. They look like the same company because they are, and they are not the same login.
Stop searching for MyOptions
The name is retired. Requesting transunion.com/myoptions produces the free credit report page, canonical to transunion.com/free-credit-report, with no occurrence of the old product name anywhere on it.
Take the phone number from the page that publishes one
800-916-8800 appears on the free credit report page. The customer support pages load without any number, which is why so many wrong ones circulate for this brand.
Ask for an accessible format on its own line
Accessible formats are handled on (877) 322-8228, published separately from the main number. Braille, audio and large print all go through that line.
If something goes wrong
I went looking for MyOptions and found a free report page
- Cause
- The product name is retired
- Fix
- transunion.com/myoptions now resolves to a page titled "Free Credit Report | TransUnion", canonical to the free credit report address. The old name appears nowhere on it.
I signed in and could not find the dispute option
- Cause
- You are probably on the membership side
- Fix
- Disputes run through the Service Center at service.transunion.com/dss/login.page, with dest=dispute on the end. The membership login is a different door.
I thought I had to buy a product to file a dispute
- Cause
- Only the paid login is widely known
- Fix
- The dispute flow sits behind the Service Center rather than behind a purchase. Knowing the second sign-in exists is the whole fix.
The customer support page gives me no way to call
- Cause
- It publishes no number
- Fix
- Both transunion.com/customer-support and its contact-us path load without a telephone number. The number that is published, 800-916-8800, sits on the free credit report page.
I need a report in Braille or large print
- Cause
- Accessible formats have their own line
- Fix
- Call (877) 322-8228, the line published for accessible formats, separately from the general number.
What’s fixed, and what actually varies
One credit file, two sign-ins, and a product name that quietly stopped existing.
Fixed
- TransUnion LLC operates all of these routes
- members.transunion.com/unifiedlogin is the membership sign-in
- The Service Center at service.transunion.com carries the dispute flow
- 800-916-8800 is published on the free credit report page
Varies
- Which sign-in a search result gives you, since both are live
- Whether the page you land on publishes a phone number at all
- What an older guide means by MyOptions, a name no first-party page now uses
Read the hostname. Members is the paid side; service is the Service Center.
How compares
Four places people go when a credit file is the problem, and four different front doors.
| Chain | What people think it is | Who actually runs it | Where the login is |
|---|---|---|---|
| TransUnion | One TransUnion account | TransUnion LLC, running two sign-ins | members.transunion.com or the Service Center |
| myEquifax | A site called myequifax.com | Equifax | my.equifax.com/membercenter/#/login |
| Belk Rewards | A free score in a card account | A retail card programme | The score shown is a VantageScore |
| Mastercard SecureCode | A product with an enrolment page | The programme has moved on | No enrolment page is left |
Page titles, canonicals and phone numbers read from first-party pages on 8 September 2026. Nothing here interprets a credit report.
A retired product name does not always get an announcement. Sometimes the page just changes title and the old word disappears.
A product name that vanished, and a second login nobody mentions
The post this replaces was named after MyOptions, and MyOptions is gone. Not redirected with an announcement, not renamed on a migration page. Request transunion.com/myoptions today and a page comes back titled "Free Credit Report | TransUnion", canonical to transunion.com/free-credit-report, with the heading "Your free daily credit reports (and scores)". The string MyOptions does not appear anywhere on it, and a separate search turned up no first-party page still using that name. Checked 8 September 2026.
That alone would justify a replacement. The more useful finding is the second sign-in.
TransUnion runs two consumer logins that look like one company's single account, because they are one company's two accounts. members.transunion.com/unifiedlogin is the membership side. service.transunion.com/dss/login.page is the Service Center, and appending dest=dispute to it opens the dispute route. A third address, service.transunion.com/dss/orderStep1_form.page, is the membership sign-up.
The consequence is specific and it costs people money. Somebody who only knows the membership login, and cannot find a dispute option behind it, concludes that a dispute requires a paid product. It does not. The dispute flow sits behind the Service Center, which is a different door on a different hostname, and nothing on the membership side announces that.
Contact details carry their own oddity. The number published for consumers, 800-916-8800, appears on the free credit report page. The pages that look like they should carry it, transunion.com/customer-support and its contact-us path, load perfectly well and publish no telephone number at all. That absence is a large part of why so many unofficial numbers circulate for this brand. Accessible formats have a separate published line on (877) 322-8228, covering Braille, audio and large print.
One boundary, as on every credit-file page here: this covers access and contact only. No score is characterised and no report is interpreted.
