- HelpMeLogin is not a bank and holds no accounts. This site cannot see a balance, take a payment or reset a password.
- Two banks means two sets of terms. Reading the wrong agreement is easy, costs nothing to avoid, and starts with turning the card over.
- Mission Money is a different product on the same brand. A sign-in that works there is not a sign-in to the credit card.
- Type missionlane.com yourself. Activation links arrive by post and by email, and a link is the one thing worth not clicking on a card you have just received.
The Mission Lane card login is missionlane.com, and activation sits at missionlane.com/activate. Behind one identical-looking Visa are two issuing banks: Transportation Alliance Bank, Inc., trading as TAB Bank and a Member FDIC, and WebBank. The issuer publishes a separate cardholder agreement for each, and its help centre says the issuing bank is identified on the back of the card. Servicing runs on 1-855-790-8860, automated around the clock.

What you need
13 itemsHow it works
Turn the card over before anything else
The help centre at support.missionlane.com states that the specific issuing bank is identified on the back of the card and in the cardholder agreement. That single line decides which document governs your account.
Sign in or activate on the same domain
Account access is missionlane.com. Activation is missionlane.com/activate. One app covers cardholders of both banks, which is exactly why the bank name is easy to lose track of.
Read the agreement that matches your bank
missionlane.com/legal lists one Mission Lane Visa Credit Card agreement issued by Transportation Alliance Bank, Inc. dba TAB Bank and a second issued by WebBank. Both were reachable on 8 September 2026. Quoting the wrong one is quoting somebody else's terms.
Ring the single published line
1-855-790-8860 handles both banks. Automated services answer at any hour; live representatives work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm ET.
Keep Mission Money separate in your head
missionlane.com/money is a different product under the same brand. Signing in there successfully proves nothing about the credit card account.
If something goes wrong
I read the Mission Lane terms and my statement does not match
- Cause
- Two agreements exist, one per issuing bank
- Fix
- Check the back of the card. missionlane.com/legal carries a TAB Bank version and a WebBank version, and only one of them describes your account.
A comparison site says WebBank and my card says something else
- Cause
- WebBank joined as an issuing partner rather than replacing anyone
- Fix
- Existing accounts with Transportation Alliance Bank, Inc. dba TAB Bank were not moved. Both banks issue this card today.
My Mission Money login will not open the credit card
- Cause
- Separate products under one brand
- Fix
- missionlane.com/money is not the card. Sign in for the card at missionlane.com.
Activation will not go through
- Cause
- Activation runs on its own path rather than inside the account area
- Fix
- Use missionlane.com/activate. If it still refuses, 1-855-790-8860 has automated activation at any hour.
Nobody answers when I ring in the evening
- Cause
- Live representatives keep office hours even though the automated line does not
- Fix
- Representatives work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm ET. Outside that window the automated service still takes a payment.
I want an address to post a cheque to
- Cause
- No mailing address is published on any public help page read on 8 September 2026
- Fix
- Read it off your statement, or ask on the phone. Do not take a payment address from a directory site.
What’s fixed, and what actually varies
Here the thing that varies is the bank itself, which is unusual and slightly unnerving.
Fixed
- missionlane.com is the sign-in for every Mission Lane Visa Credit Card
- 1-855-790-8860 is the published line for both banks
- One mobile app serves cardholders of TAB Bank and of WebBank alike
- Mission Lane services the account whichever bank issued it
Varies
- Whether Transportation Alliance Bank, Inc. dba TAB Bank or WebBank issued your card
- Which of the two agreements at missionlane.com/legal governs your terms
- Which regulator supervises the bank behind your account
The back of the card names the bank. Your cardholder agreement names it again, and those two are the only sources worth trusting on the question.
How compares
Four near-prime cards, four different answers to a simple question about who holds the money.
| Chain | What the card says | Who actually holds it | Where the login is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mission Lane | Mission Lane Visa Credit Card | TAB Bank or WebBank, printed on the back of the card | missionlane.com, one sign-in for both banks |
| Merrick Bank | Merrick Bank, where the bank is the brand | Merrick Bank itself, a CardWorks company | logon.merrickbank.com |
| HUE | HUE Mastercard, formerly the First Savings Credit Card | First Savings Bank, unchanged by the rename | firstsavingscc.com, with existing credentials |
| Elan | A credit union or local bank's own name | Elan Financial Services, the agent arm of U.S. Bank | myaccountaccess.com |
Only one row in this table gives two possible answers in the middle column, and that is what makes this card unusual.
Everywhere else the bank can be looked up once and remembered; here it has to be read off the plastic, because two cardholders holding the same card can have different banks.
One card, one app, two banks
Most pages in this series answer the question "which bank holds my account" with a name. This one cannot, and that is the finding rather than a gap in the research.
Two institutions issue the Mission Lane Visa Credit Card. Transportation Alliance Bank, Inc., which trades as TAB Bank and is a Member FDIC, is one. WebBank is the other. Both were live on 8 September 2026, each with its own agreement published at missionlane.com/legal, and Mission Lane's help centre states plainly that the specific issuing bank is identified on the back of the card and in the cardholder agreement.
What happened was an addition rather than a swap. WebBank joined as an issuing partner, consistent with the agreement filing the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau logged for the first quarter of 2024, and accounts already sitting with TAB Bank stayed where they were. Nobody was migrated. Nobody needed new credentials. The card in your wallet has whatever bank it always had.
The consequence is worth spelling out, because it catches people who are being careful rather than careless. Two agreements mean two sets of terms, two supervising regulators, and two different documents that both truthfully describe something called the Mission Lane Visa Credit Card, so anyone quoting "the Mission Lane terms" without first turning the card over may be reading a contract that has nothing to do with their account.
One more distinction earns its place here. There is also Mission Money at missionlane.com/money, which is not the credit card. Signing in there works, shows something, and answers none of the questions a cardholder came with.
The telephone number is refreshingly simple by comparison. 1-855-790-8860 serves both banks, with automated services around the clock and live representatives Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm ET. A payment mailing address, though, appears on no public help page read on 8 September 2026, so that one comes off your statement.
