Lowe’s Survey Mail In Entry — a Card, Twelve Times a Year

The Lowe's survey mail in entry is written into the official rules and needs no receipt, no survey and no purchase. Hand print your complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP, age, daytime phone number and email address on a 4 x 5 inch card, put it in an envelope, and post it to PO Box 0368 in Falmouth, Massachusetts. One card enters one monthly drawing, alongside five prizes of $500.

Go to www.lowes.com/survey The survey route the postal card replaces, and where the rules document is linked. HelpMeLogin runs no survey, accepts no entries and cannot enter anyone in a draw.

How to take the survey

  1. Know why a free lane has to exist

American sweepstakes law will not allow a purchase to be the only way into a prize draw. A promotion built on till receipts must open a route that costs nothing, and this card is it. Nothing about it involves Lowes.com/Survey.

  2. Cut the card to the size the rules give

Four inches by five, hand printed. That is smaller than an index card and larger than a business card, and the document specifies it rather than suggesting it.

  3. Print all eight details, because incomplete entries are disqualified

Complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP, age, daytime phone number and email address. Leaving one out is the commonest way to waste a stamp on any promotion of this kind.

  4. Give a street address rather than a box

The rules ask that your own address not be a PO Box, while the entry itself goes to one. That asymmetry catches people who assume a box is a box.

  5. Put it in an envelope and address it in full

The promotion name goes on the first line, followed by PO Box 0368, Falmouth, MA 02556-0368 USA. The card travels inside the envelope rather than through the post naked.

  6. Send one a month, not twelve at once

The limit is one entry per month per person or email address, and no entry is carried forward to another drawing period. Twelve cards in a single envelope buy one chance.

If something goes wrong

My receipt carried no survey invitation

Cause
Pro, commercial, curbside and pickup tickets often omit it
Fix
The postal card is unaffected by that and reaches the same monthly drawing.

I sent twelve cards to cover the year

Cause
One entry per month per person or email address, with no carry-forward
Fix
Only one counts. Post one card in each month you want to enter.

I left the phone number off

Cause
Incomplete entries are disqualified under the rules
Fix
All eight details are required. Write the next card out in full rather than following up.

I gave my PO Box as my address

Cause
The rules ask for a street address and say no PO Boxes please
Fix
Use a street address on the card. The box in the address line belongs to the administrator, not to you.

My card never arrived

Cause
The rules disclaim lost, late, stolen, mutilated and postage-due entries
Fix
Nothing traces it. Allow a week and put full postage on the envelope.

Somebody offered to post entries for me for a fee

Cause
No published clause permits an agent or a charge
Fix
Close it. Entry costs a stamp and a card, and no legitimate draw sells a place in itself.

What’s fixed, and what actually varies

The postal route is specified more tightly here than the online one, because it exists to satisfy a legal test.

Fixed

  • The rules open NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
  • A 4 x 5 inch card, hand printed, inside an envelope
  • Name, street address, city, state, ZIP, age, daytime phone number and email address
  • Posted to P.O. Box 0368, Falmouth, Massachusetts, under the promotion name
  • One entry per month per person or email address, whichever route is used
  • No entry is carried forward to any other drawing period
  • Cards must be postmarked and received by the dates in the drawing schedule

Varies

  • How long post takes to reach Massachusetts from where you live
  • Which monthly drawing period a given card lands in
  • Whether the next program year reuses the same box and promotion name

Each program year brings a fresh document with a fresh promotion name for the address line. Open the rules linked from the survey before writing anything, find the drawing schedule, and post in time for the month you mean to enter.

How Lowe's compares

Three retailers whose rules carry a genuine free lane, described three different ways.

ChainCard the rules ask forWhat must be hand printedStatus of the period
Lowe's4 x 5 inches, inside an envelopeName, address, ZIP, age, phone, emailOpen, one card per month
Walmart3½ x 5 to 4¼ x 6 inchesName, address, phone, date of birthOpen, closing 30 October
Aldi3 x 5 inches, inside an envelopeName, address, phone, birth dateThe documented period has closed

Addresses and card sizes are reissued with each promotion period. The live rules override this table.

Lowe's asks for the most information of the three and gives the smallest single prize, but it draws twelve times a year rather than four. Aldi's card is the one worth no stamp, because the period it belonged to has already been drawn.

The free lane, and the small print that makes it worth using properly

A postal entry route is a legal obligation rather than a courtesy. American sweepstakes law prevents a purchase from being the only way into a prize draw, so a promotion running off till receipts has to open a lane that costs nothing. That is why the phrase NO PURCHASE NECESSARY heads the document, and why an address appears in it at all.

Read on 25 August 2026, the rules are specific about what to send. Legibly hand print your complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP, age, daytime phone number and email address on a 4 x 5 inch card, insert it in an envelope, and mail it to the promotion name at PO Box 0368, Falmouth, MA 02556-0368 USA. The parenthetical in the middle of that sentence is worth pausing on: no PO Boxes please, meaning yours. The administrator, Cohen-Friedberg Associates LLC, keeps a box while asking you not to use one.

What the card buys is the same thing a finished survey buys: a single entry into that month's drawing, where five prizes of $500 are awarded by check on behalf of Lowe's Companies, Inc. of Mooresville, North Carolina. The limit is one entry per month per person or email address regardless of the method selected, so a card and a survey in the same month are worth one chance between them.

Two clauses decide whether the stamp was wasted. Entries that arrive incomplete, unreadable or unintelligible are disqualified, and no entry is carried forward to any other drawing period. A card that misses its month is not held over.

The practical version fits on one line. Print everything, post it early, and send one a month.

Questions people ask

Is there really a mail-in entry for the Lowe's survey?

Yes, set out in full in the official rules. A hand printed card posted to PO Box 0368 in Falmouth, Massachusetts enters the same monthly drawing as a completed survey.

What size does the card have to be?

Four inches by five, hand printed, and sent inside an envelope rather than as a bare postcard. The size is specified rather than suggested.

What has to be written on it?

Complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP, age, daytime phone number and email address. Incomplete entries are disqualified, so all of it matters.

Why does it say no PO Boxes when the entry goes to one?

The restriction applies to your own address rather than to the destination. Give a street address on the card.

How many cards can I send?

Just one a month, per person or email address, counted across every entry route. Sending a stack at once buys a single chance, since nothing is carried forward.

Is a posted entry worth less than a survey entry?

No. Both produce one entry into the same monthly drawing for the same five prizes of $500, paid by check.

What happens if my envelope goes astray?

Nothing recoverable. The rules disclaim responsibility for late, lost, stolen, mutilated and postage-due entries, which is standard and worth allowing time for.

Will the address be the same next year?

The promotion name on the first line changes with the program year, so copy the address from the live rules rather than an old envelope.
