A KrogerFeedback not working report is usually one of two things, and the first is not a fault. The survey form is script-rendered, so with JavaScript blocked it prints a single line and stops, leaving no fields to fill. The second is the Entry ID. Guides publish 15, 18 and 26 digits, the company publishes no count at all, and the one real code anybody has printed runs to thirteen in six groups.

What you need
10 itemsHow to take the survey
Check scripting before you check the code
The form is assembled in the browser, so a blocker or a privacy setting leaves nothing to fill in. Where a single line about JavaScript appears, the survey never reached your Entry ID.
Type the address rather than searching for it
kroger.com/feedback carries through to the form, and krogerfeedback.com reaches the same place on Kroger's own redirect host. Search results for this survey mostly do not.
Enter the printed groups and stop counting
Three guides give three lengths and the company gives none. A code that comes up short is not evidence you have the wrong number, since the one real example published runs to thirteen digits.
Switch branch when the code is missing
Receipt layouts differ across two dozen banners, Ralphs and King Soopers and Harris Teeter among them. Take the no-Entry-ID option and give the store number with the date and time.
Put the card number in before the last screen
Fuel points credit to the card guides still call a Kroger Plus Card, rather than to a person, so a survey finished without one pays nothing. That is the commonest reason points never appear.
Check the calendar before deciding points were lost
Kroger's own terms retire them on the last day of the month after the month they were earned. Points earned on the 30th have a very short life.
If something goes wrong
The survey page is completely blank
- Cause
- Scripting is off, or a blocker is stopping the form loading
- Fix
- There is no fallback rendering. With scripts off it prints Javascript is required to load this page. and stops.
The Entry ID is rejected
- Cause
- Characters added or dropped to match a length from a guide
- Fix
- Re-enter it group by group. A code shorter than 15 digits is not wrong; the published real example runs to thirteen.
The receipt has no Entry ID on it
- Cause
- Receipt formats differ across the banners
- Fix
- Choose the no-Entry-ID route and give the store number with the date and time of the visit.
The fuel points never appeared
- Cause
- No card number was entered, or the credit is still pending
- Fix
- Points attach to a card, so a survey finished without one pays nothing. Crediting is reported from immediate to several days.
Points vanished before I reached a pump
- Cause
- Expiry falls on the last day of the month after the month earned
- Fix
- Nothing recovers them, and Kroger's own terms are explicit about the date.
It says the survey has already been taken
- Cause
- One entry per receipt, with guides putting the limit at one every seven days
- Fix
- A fresh trip produces a fresh receipt. Saving them up does not stack entries.
A page asked for my card number and a fee
- Cause
- Nothing published authorises a payment of any kind
- Fix
- Close it. The genuine survey asks about your visit and about the loyalty card the points credit to, and never for money.
What’s fixed, and what actually varies
The mechanical failures here are well understood. The reward failures are hard to diagnose because nothing about the reward is published.
Fixed
- The form renders nothing without JavaScript and says so in one line
- kroger.com/feedback and krogerfeedback.com both reach the same Qualtrics form
- A branch exists for receipts with no Entry ID printed
- Fuel points attach to a card rather than to a person
- Points expire on the last day of the month after they are earned
Varies
- The Entry ID length. Guides publish 15, 18 and 26 digits; the one real code has thirteen
- How long crediting takes, reported from immediate to several days
- Whether your banner prints an Entry ID on that receipt format
- The receipt window, given as seven days throughout the guides and on no Kroger page
Work outward from the screen. No fields at all means scripting. Fields but a refusal means the number or the branch. Points missing after a clean submission means the card, and after that nobody can tell you, because the reward has never been published.
How Kroger compares
Three retail surveys and three characteristic first failures.
| Chain | Commonest failure | Fallback if the code fails | What finishing pays |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kroger | A blank page with scripting off | Store number, date and time | 50 fuel points, guides only |
| Aldi | An address that will not complete HTTPS | None online | A place in a division draw |
| Walmart | The wrong figure taken off the receipt | None online | One entry, never a payout |
Receipt layouts and entry screens change without notice. The screen in front of you overrides this table.
Aldi and Kroger both run script-rendered forms that fail identically with scripting off. Only Kroger offers a second branch when the code is missing, and only Kroger leaves you unable to check whether the reward arrived, because no document says what it should have been.
Three failures in a row, and only the middle one is about your receipt
Failures here arrive in a fixed order, and working through them in that order saves a lot of retyping.
The first is not a failure at all. Read on 19 August 2026, kroger.com/feedback and krogerfeedback.com both carried through to one questionnaire titled Kroger Feedback—In Store or Pharmacy, served on Qualtrics and running under 84.51°, which is why 8451cx appears in the address. Switch scripting off and the whole page renders a single sentence: Javascript is required to load this page. No fields, no digit count, no reward figure and no rules link. A reader with a blocker running sees an empty page and concludes the survey is down, when it has simply never started.
The second failure is the Entry ID, and it is made worse by advice rather than by the receipt. One guide instructs readers to enter a 15-digit Entry ID in the six boxes provided. Another calls it 18 digits. A third refers to 26 while describing the same six boxes. The company states no length anywhere. The only real code anybody has published reads 024-102-21-81-9-30, which is six groups and thirteen digits, split three-three-two-two-one-two, and it sits in a comment underneath a headline claiming eighteen. Enter the groups as printed and ignore every total.
The third failure is the reward, and it cannot be diagnosed. Fuel points credit to a card rather than to a person, so a submission without a card number pays nothing, and Kroger's own terms retire points on the last day of the month after they are earned. Beyond those two facts there is nothing to check against, because the 50-point figure everybody quotes appears on no Kroger page at all.
Questions people ask
Why is the KrogerFeedback page blank?
The form is assembled by script in the browser and has no fallback. With scripting off it prints Javascript is required to load this page. and stops.
Why is my Entry ID rejected?
Usually because characters were added or dropped to match a digit count from a guide. Enter the groups exactly as printed on the receipt.
How many digits should it be?
The company does not say. Guides claim 15, 18 and 26, and the one real code published reads 024-102-21-81-9-30, thirteen digits in six groups.
My receipt has no Entry ID at all
Take the no-Entry-ID route and give the store number or telephone number with the date and time. Receipt formats differ across the banners.
Is krogerfeedback.com still a Kroger address?
Yes. It points at Kroger's own redirect host and carries through to the same form as kroger.com/feedback.
Where are my fuel points?
Points attach to a card, so check that a card number went in. Crediting is reported anywhere from immediate to several days.
My points disappeared. Can they be restored?
Nothing recovers them. Kroger's terms retire points on the last day of the month after the month they were earned.
It says I have already taken the survey
One entry per receipt is the rule the guides agree on, with a limit of one every seven days. A fresh trip produces a fresh receipt.
