Four sentences that beat every guide
Almost nothing is published about this survey, and what exists is worth more than the thousands of words written around it.
Read on 25 August 2026, the help article states that a validation code is valid for 14 days after completing the survey, that a person can receive one validation code every 30 days, that codes can only be redeemed at the restaurant visited, and that the survey offer cannot be combined with other offers. A second help article, about offers generally, adds that only one offer applies to an order in the app, on the website or in the restaurant, and that coupons can be saved for another visit rather than stacked.
Two of those settle real arguments. A widely copied guide gives the code 30 days from the receipt date, which is both the wrong length and the wrong starting point. Most guides also describe the limit as one survey per receipt, implying two visits in a week earn two rewards. By the company's own account, they earn one.
What the article leaves out is the figure everybody leads with. The 48-hour window is printed on receipts and repeated everywhere, and it appears nowhere in Burger King's published answer. No minimum age appears either, which makes the 18 that circulates a guide's number rather than the brand's.
The address itself has changed shape. Read on the same date, mybkexperience.com no longer serves the questionnaire directly. It forwards to a survey platform run by Momos, a guest-feedback software firm, under a page covering the United States and Canada together. That is a supplier change rather than anything sinister, but it does mean the address you type and the address you land on are no longer the same, which matters when the whole topic is crowded with imitations.
The brand sits under Restaurant Brands International in Miami, Florida. The franchisee decides whether a code prints at all.
