1. Sign in on the plain brand path

   Use d.comenity.net/ac/victoriassecret/public/sign-in. That single path covers the whole programme, whichever card arrived in the post and whatever name was on it when you applied.

2. Retire any PINK or Angel Card bookmark

   At least three brand paths have run for this retailer. A saved link pointing at victoriassecret-pinkangel or victoriassecret-vsvip can still load something real while showing you nothing of your account.

3. Read the bank name carefully

   This one is Comenity Bank of Wilmington, Delaware. Most Bread Financial store cards sit with Comenity Capital Bank of Salt Lake City instead, and the two are separately chartered institutions.

4. Pick the right service line

   1-800-695-9478 reaches the Victoria's Secret Credit Card queue. The Victoria's Secret Mastercard has its own on 1-844-271-2596, and TDD/TTY runs on 1-800-695-1788.

5. Post correspondence to Columbus

   Letters go to Comenity Bank, PO Box 182273, Columbus, OH 43218-2273. A bank chartered in Delaware handling post in Ohio looks like an error and is not.

PINK is a spend category now, not a card programme

The post this page replaces was written for people holding something called a PINK credit card. Plenty of readers still have one in a drawer. What has changed is the paperwork behind it.

Read the live cardholder agreement, printed September 2026 with a privacy policy revised 03/2026, and two products are named: the Victoria's Secret Credit Card and the Victoria's Secret Mastercard. No PINK-branded card appears anywhere in it. Bread Financial's earlier announcement, dated 29 March 2022, launched the Mastercard alongside the existing private label card and described rewards on Victoria's Secret and PINK purchases, which is the shape of things today. PINK is where you spend, not what you hold.

The issuer needs care. This programme sits with Comenity Bank of Wilmington, Delaware, and most other Bread Financial store cards sit with Comenity Capital Bank of Salt Lake City. Both are real, both are chartered, and only one of them can see your balance, so a search aimed at the wrong entity produces a plausible dead end rather than an obvious error.

Then there are the old addresses. Comenity has run at least three brand paths for this retailer over the years: the plain victoriassecret path, a victoriassecret-vsvip path, and a legacy victoriassecret-pinkangel payment portal. A bookmark saved from an Angel Card statement can still open something that looks entirely legitimate, carries Comenity's own styling, and knows nothing about your account. That is the quiet failure worth naming, because it does not read as an error at all.

One honest limit. The vsvip path sits behind bot protection and could not be read by automated retrieval on 8 September 2026, so nothing here claims to know what it currently serves. That is a reading failure. What counts as evidence is the September 2026 agreement, and it names two cards.
