Ulta Credit Card Login — The Comenity Brand Path Was Renamed

Before you sign in to an Ulta Beauty card account
  • HelpMeLogin is not a bank and holds no accounts. This site cannot see a balance, take a payment or reset a password.
  • A rename is not an issuer change. The bank, the account number and the credentials all stayed put when Ultamate Rewards became Ulta Beauty Rewards.
  • ulta.com/account/login is the shopping and loyalty sign-in. It shows points, never a card balance, and it cannot take a payment.
  • Comenity Bank and Comenity Capital Bank are two different chartered banks. This programme is with the Salt Lake City one, Comenity Capital Bank.

The Ulta credit card login is the Comenity brand path ultabeautyrewardscredit at d.comenity.net, and Ulta Beauty Rewards Credit Card accounts are issued by Comenity Capital Bank. The programme was renamed from Ultamate Rewards and the path moved with it; the old ultamaterewardscredit string still appears in Ulta's own page footer. Two numbers serve two products: 1-866-254-9971 for the store card and 1-866-257-9195 for the Mastercard.

Ulta Beauty — the credit card page that names the issuer →The retailer's own page, carrying the Comenity Capital Bank line. HelpMeLogin is independent and is not affiliated with Ulta Beauty, Comenity Capital Bank or Bread Financial.

How it works

  1. Decide which account you actually want

Points, order history and a beauty profile live on the retailer's site. A balance, a statement and a payment live on Comenity. These are two accounts with two passwords.

  2. Sign in on the current brand path

The address is d.comenity.net/ac/ultabeautyrewardscredit. Both products register there, so the store card and the Mastercard share one entry point.

  3. Retire any bookmark holding the old string

Paths built around ultamaterewardscredit belong to the previous programme name. The old string is still visible in Ulta's own page footer, which is why both forms keep circulating.

  4. Ring the number that matches your product

1-866-254-9971 covers the store card and 1-866-257-9195 covers the Mastercard, with 1-888-819-1918 for TTY and TDD. Calling the wrong one reaches a queue that cannot open your account.

  5. Take the posting address off your statement

No payment mailing address appears on ulta.com. Your statement carries the remittance details, and the service line will confirm them.

If something goes wrong

I signed in at ulta.com and can see points but no card balance

Cause
That is the shopping and loyalty account
Fix
The card lives entirely on Comenity. Go to d.comenity.net/ac/ultabeautyrewardscredit and register separately if you never have.

My bookmark points at a path with ultamaterewardscredit in it

Cause
That string belongs to the former programme name
Fix
Replace it with ultabeautyrewardscredit. Nothing about the account changed underneath, so the same credentials apply once you reach the right path.

My card still says Ultamate Rewards

Cause
The programme was renamed and the plastic follows later
Fix
No cut-over date is published, so both names are in circulation. The bank did not change and neither did the account number.

I rang and they could not find my account

Cause
Each product has its own line
Fix
1-866-254-9971 is the store card line and 1-866-257-9195 is the Mastercard line. Match the number to the network logo on your card.

Comenity Bank's site has no record of me

Cause
Two Bread Financial banks share the Comenity name
Fix
Ulta Beauty Rewards accounts sit with Comenity Capital Bank, the Salt Lake City charter. Reach it through the brand path rather than through a bank's own site.

I want to post a payment and there is no address

Cause
None is published on ulta.com
Fix
Read the remittance address from your statement. A directory address for a Comenity programme may belong to a different charter entirely.

What’s fixed, and what actually varies

One bank, one host, one account. The moving parts are the name on the plastic and the string in the URL.

Fixed

  • Comenity Capital Bank issues both Ulta Beauty products
  • d.comenity.net is the sign-in host
  • The account, the number and the credentials survived the rename
  • The retailer's own site never shows a card balance

Varies

  • Whether your card still reads Ultamate Rewards or Ulta Beauty Rewards
  • Whether a page shows you the old brand path or the current one
  • Which of the two service numbers matches the product in your hand

No cut-over date is published for the rename, so the plastic is not a reliable guide to which era your account began in. The brand path in the address bar is.

How compares

Four changes that get described with the same word. Only one of them killed anybody's credentials.

ChainWhat changedDid the sign-in details change?Where the login is now
Ulta BeautyProgramme rename, and the Comenity brand path moved with itNo. Same bank, same hostd.comenity.net, ultabeautyrewardscredit path
Academy SportsProgramme rename to myAcademy Rewards, launched 20 March 2026No. Same bankd.comenity.net, academy path
HUE MastercardBrand rename from the First Savings Credit CardNo. The bank says to sign in as usualfirstsavingscc.com
Kohl'sThe servicing portal moved to Capital OneYes. A Capital One sign-in is neededkohls.capitalone.com

Three renames and one portal move. The renames leave every credential intact; the portal move does not, even though the old bookmark still resolves.

Ask what moved before you ask what to type. A new name on the plastic and a new company holding the account are different events.

A rename, a moved path, and an account that never budged

Three kinds of change get flattened into one word on pages like this, and the difference decides whether your password still works.

What happened here is the mildest of the three. Ultamate Rewards became Ulta Beauty Rewards, and the Comenity brand path moved from ultamaterewardscredit to ultabeautyrewardscredit. No bank changed. Accounts are issued by Comenity Capital Bank, which the retailer states on its own credit card page, and the host is the same d.comenity.net it always was. Credentials survive a rename intact.

Compare that with a portal move, where the same bank shifts servicing to a new address and the old credentials stop working. Compare it again with an issuer change, where a different chartered bank takes the book and a new agreement arrives. Those three events look identical in a search result and feel completely different at the login screen.

Evidence that this particular rename is recent: the old string is still sitting in Ulta's own page footer. Both forms circulate, no cut-over date is published anywhere read on 8 September 2026, and a page written last year will send you to a path that no longer matches.

The more expensive confusion is a different one. ulta.com/account/login is the retailer's shopping and loyalty sign-in. It works. It shows points and order history. It shows nothing at all about a credit balance, and it cannot take a payment, because the card account is not held by the shop. Somebody with both accounts signs in successfully, sees no card, and concludes the card was closed. Nothing was closed; the balance is on Comenity, one host away.

The last piece is the telephone, and there are two of them because there are two products. The store card runs on 1-866-254-9971 and the Ulta Beauty Rewards Mastercard on 1-866-257-9195, with 1-888-819-1918 for TTY and TDD. No payment mailing address is published on ulta.com, so the statement is where that comes from.

Questions people ask

Who issues the Ulta Beauty credit card?

Comenity Capital Bank. The retailer states on its own credit card page that Ulta Beauty Rewards Credit Card accounts are issued by that bank.

Did the Ulta credit card change banks?

No. The programme was renamed from Ultamate Rewards, which moved the Comenity brand path but left the issuer alone.

Where is the Ulta credit card login?

At d.comenity.net/ac/ultabeautyrewardscredit. Both the store card and the Mastercard sign in there.

Why does my ulta.com login not show a balance?

That account is the shopping and loyalty one. Points and orders appear there; the card is held by Comenity and shows nothing on the retailer's site.

What is the Ulta credit card phone number?

1-866-254-9971 for the store card, 1-866-257-9195 for the Mastercard, and 1-888-819-1918 for TTY and TDD.

When did the rename happen?

No date is published in anything read on 8 September 2026. The old brand path still appears in the retailer's page footer.

Where do I post a payment?

No address is published on ulta.com. Take the remittance details from your statement instead.
