- HelpMeLogin runs no rewards portal and holds no points. Nothing here signs into an account, checks a balance or contacts Pizza Ranch for anybody.
- The 60-day expiry is a ready-made phishing script. Rewards really do die on a clock, so a message saying yours are about to go reads as plausible. Open the account yourself and look at it rather than tapping a link.
- Points have no chargeback. A redeemed $5.00 reward is gone in a way a card payment is not, and nobody reverses it for you.
- Sign in on ranchrewards.myguestaccount.com or through pizzaranch.com. Those are the published addresses. A hostname belonging to neither is worth closing.
- One published phone line exists: 1-855-321-3401. A number that arrives by text message is not it.
Ranch Rewards is the most generous programme in this group, and the least forgiving. Pizza Ranch gives "one point for each dollar spent on qualifying food and beverage purchases", then converts 100 points into a $5.00 reward automatically. Divide and a point is worth $0.05, so a dollar spent returns 5 cents, or 5% back. The catch is the clock: that reward expires 60 days from the day it was earned.

What you need
12 itemsHow it works
Convert the points into cents before comparing anything
Divide the reward by the points it costs. $5.00 over 100 points is $0.05, so each point is a nickel. That single figure is what makes this programme comparable to any other.
Expect the conversion to happen without you
At 100 points the balance turns into a $5.00 reward on its own. There is no save-up option, no larger tier to aim at, and no way to hold points back for something bigger.
Diarise 60 days from the day it converted
The wording is precise: rewards expire 60 days from the day the Ranch Rewards dollars are earned. That clock starts at conversion, whether or not anybody noticed the conversion happening.
Sign in on the Paytronix portal
The account lives at ranchrewards.myguestaccount.com. Landing on a hostname that is not Pizza Ranch's own is normal here, because myguestaccount.com is the white-label guest portal Paytronix runs.
If something goes wrong
My reward vanished and I never used it
- Cause
- The 60-day clock ran out
- Fix
- Rewards expire 60 days from the day they are earned. Because conversion is automatic, that clock can start on a day you were not paying attention to the account.
I wanted to save up for something bigger
- Cause
- You cannot
- Fix
- At 100 points the balance converts by itself into a $5.00 reward. No higher tier exists to bank towards, so the strategy that works elsewhere does nothing here.
ranchrewards.com sent me to a different website
- Cause
- A 302 redirect
- Fix
- The vanity domain forwards to pizzaranch.com/ranch-rewards. The old bookmark still works, and the destination is the company's own site.
The login page is on a hostname I do not recognise
- Cause
- Paytronix runs the portal
- Fix
- ranchrewards.myguestaccount.com is the published sign-in. myguestaccount.com is the Paytronix white-label guest portal, and the handover is expected.
My points are not showing after a visit
- Cause
- The purchase may not have been attached to the account
- Fix
- Points post against a registered account or card. Sign in, check the transaction list, then call 1-855-321-3401 inside the published hours if a visit is missing.
What’s fixed, and what actually varies
Both halves of the arithmetic are published, which is rarer than it should be. What moves is your own timing.
Fixed
- 1 point per $1 on qualifying food and beverage purchases
- 100 points convert to a $5.00 reward, automatically
- A point is worth $0.05, so spending returns 5% back
- Rewards expire 60 days from the day they are earned
- The programme runs on Paytronix at ranchrewards.myguestaccount.com
Varies
- Which purchases count as qualifying, which the programme page decides
- How long you take to reach 100 points, which sets when the clock starts
- Whether you notice the conversion before the 60 days run out
Sign in and read the reward's own date rather than counting from your last visit. The number that matters is the earn date of the reward, and it is shown in the account.
How compares
Three points programmes, three headline earn rates, and one of them is worth fifty times another. Points per dollar tells you nothing until you divide.
| Chain | Earn | Redeem | What a point is worth |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ranch Rewards | 1 point per $1 | 100 points = $5.00 | 5.0 cents, and 5% back |
| fas REWARDS | 10 points per $1 in store | 500 points = $1.00 | 0.2 cents, and 2% back |
| FastBack Rewards | 10 points per $1 of merchandise | 1000 points = $1.00 | 0.1 cents, and 1% back |
Every figure here is divided out of each programme's own published earn and redemption wording, checked on 8 September 2026.
Pizza Ranch advertises the fewest points and pays the most. Rank these by points per dollar and it comes last, when one of its points is worth fifty of FastBack's.
Five cents a point, and the clock that starts without asking
Two sentences on Pizza Ranch's own FAQ page carry the whole programme. The first: members earn "one point for each dollar spent on qualifying food and beverage purchases". The second: "When you accumulate 100 points it will automatically convert the 100 points to a $5.00 reward". Both halves published, which lets anybody do the division. $5.00 over 100 points is $0.05. A point is a nickel, a dollar spent returns 5 cents, and the programme pays 5% back.
That rate is unusually good. Most programmes on this hub land between 0.1 and 2 cents a point, and the fuel schemes pay a flat cent a gallon whatever fuel costs at the pump that week. A point here is worth fifty of FastBack Rewards' points, and a dollar spent returns five times as much.
So the earn rate is not the story. The expiry is. The wording, again first-party: rewards "will be available for use on your next visit and expire 60 days from the day that the Ranch Rewards dollars are earned". Read that carefully, because it is the reward that expires, not the points. Conversion happens automatically at 100 points. Nobody presses a button. The 60 days begin from that moment whether the member noticed the conversion or not.
Put the two mechanics together and a pattern falls out. Somebody who eats at Pizza Ranch every few weeks will cross 100 points, get a $5.00 reward minted for them, and have two months to spend it. Somebody who visits twice a year will cross the line at some point, never see the notification that a reward has been minted, and turn up months later to find the $5.00 expired quietly while nothing on the receipt mentioned it. The programme rewards frequency twice over: once in the earning and again in the deadline.
The plumbing is worth knowing too. ranchrewards.com still works and answers with a 302 redirect to pizzaranch.com/ranch-rewards. The account itself sits on Paytronix, at ranchrewards.myguestaccount.com, which is why signing in lands on a hostname with no Pizza Ranch branding in it. One phone line is published, 1-855-321-3401, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm CST.
Questions people ask
What is a Ranch Rewards point worth?
Five cents. 100 points convert to a $5.00 reward, which is $0.05 a point, and at 1 point per dollar that returns 5% of spending.
Do Ranch Rewards expire?
The reward does, 60 days from the day it is earned. That is the company's own wording, and it applies to the converted $5.00 rather than to the points.
Can I save points for a bigger reward?
No. Conversion at 100 points is automatic, so a balance cannot be held past that threshold.
Where do I sign in?
ranchrewards.myguestaccount.com/guest/accountlogin. Typing ranchrewards.com also works and redirects to the programme page on pizzaranch.com.
Why is the login page not on the Pizza Ranch website?
The programme runs on Paytronix, whose white-label guest portal is myguestaccount.com. Landing there is the correct path.
How do I register a card I was given in store?
Through the register page on the same Paytronix portal. Until it is attached to an account, a physical card is only as safe as the plastic.
What is the Ranch Rewards phone number?
1-855-321-3401, open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm CST. No other line is published.
Is 1 point per dollar worse than 10 points per dollar elsewhere?
Almost never. Divide first. A point here is 5 cents against 0.1 cents at FastBack Rewards and 0.2 cents at fas REWARDS.
