Goodyear Credit Card Login — Citi Holds It, Not Goodyear

Before you sign in to a Goodyear Credit Card account
  • HelpMeLogin is not a bank and holds no accounts. This site cannot see a balance, take a payment or reset a password.
  • With no published service number, the phone is the weak point. Use the number embossed on your own card or printed on your statement, never one from a search advert.
  • Type the sign-in host rather than following a result. Retail card portals attract lookalike domains, and a counterfeit sign-in box behaves normally until it keeps what you typed.
  • A tyre shop cannot resolve a billing dispute. Raising one at a service counter feels productive and leaves the clock running on a deadline only the bank can act on.

The Goodyear credit card login is at citiretailservices.citibankonline.com under siteId=PLCN_GOODYEAR, because Citi Retail Services issues and services the Goodyear Credit Card. The tyre company sells it at Goodyear Auto Service and Just Tires counters and cannot see the account afterwards. No service number is published by either party, and both point cardholders at the number on the back of the card. The old offers bookmark now lands on marketing.

How it works

  1. Start from the bank, not the tyre shop

Citi lists the Goodyear Credit Card among its retail store cards at citi.com/credit-cards/retail-store-credit-cards, and the servicing host is citiretailservices.citibankonline.com. Whoever sold you the card has no view of the balance.

  2. Use the siteId that belongs to this programme

The parameter is siteId=PLCN_GOODYEAR. Dozens of retail programmes share that one host and are told apart only by that string, so a link copied from another brand's page will open somebody else's front door.

  3. Delete the auto service bookmark

goodyearautoservice.com/en_US/offers/credit-card.html now sends a 302 redirect to goodyear.com/en-us/offers/tire-credit-card, verified on 8 September 2026. That destination advertises the card. It does not sign you in.

  4. Take the phone number off your own card

No service line for this programme appears on goodyear.com or on citi.com, and both say to call the number on the back. That is the honest answer and also the safest, because an embossed number cannot be spoofed by a search result.

  5. Expect fuel charges on a tyre card

The card is accepted at Goodyear service centres and at more than 11,500 Exxon and Mobil stations, so a petrol line on the statement is normal rather than a sign the card has been used by somebody else.

If something goes wrong

My Goodyear bookmark opens an advert for the card

Cause
The old offers URL now redirects
Fix
goodyearautoservice.com/en_US/offers/credit-card.html sends a 302 to goodyear.com/en-us/offers/tire-credit-card. Replace it with the Citi Retail Services address carrying siteId=PLCN_GOODYEAR.

The shop says it cannot look up my account

Cause
Goodyear sells the card and Citi services it
Fix
Corporate and store lines have no view of the balance. Everything to do with statements, payments and disputes belongs with Citi Retail Services.

I cannot find a customer service number anywhere

Cause
Not published by either party
Fix
goodyear.com and citi.com both direct cardholders to the number on the back of the card. Use that, or the number printed on your statement.

There are fuel charges on my tyre card

Cause
The card is accepted well beyond the shop
Fix
The card works at Goodyear service centres and at more than 11,500 Exxon and Mobil stations. Check the dates and amounts before treating it as fraud.

The sign-in page will not load

Cause
Host behaviour, not account status
Fix
citiretailservices.citibankonline.com returned 503 on robots.txt on every attempt made on 8 September 2026, so the page could not be read here. The host is live and the bank links to it from citi.com.
Cause
The siteId differs by programme
Fix
Check that the address ends in siteId=PLCN_GOODYEAR. A shared host with the wrong parameter shows a real sign-in box for a card you do not hold.

What’s fixed, and what actually varies

One fact is firm, one is missing, and the rest depends on which page you arrive from.

Fixed

  • Citi Retail Services issues and services the Goodyear Credit Card
  • citiretailservices.citibankonline.com with siteId=PLCN_GOODYEAR is the sign-in
  • No consumer service number is published by either company

Varies

  • Whether an old goodyearautoservice.com link still redirects for you
  • Which number is embossed on your particular card
  • Whether your statement shows fuel, tyres or both

The statement names the bank. If it says Citi Retail Services, the sign-in above is yours, whichever counter sold you the card.

How compares

Four cards sold across a shop counter. Three different banks, and not one of them is the shop.

ChainWhat the card saysWho actually holds itWhere the login is

Rural KingRural King Rewards VisaUMB Bank, n.a., after Redstone Federal Credit Unioncardcenterdirect.com

One host can serve many programmes. The siteId in the address is what separates them, and it is easy to copy the wrong one.

Three of these four sit on a single sign-on host under different parameters, so an address that looks right can still belong to another retailer entirely.

Sold at a tyre counter, serviced by a bank you never met

The legacy post behind this page treated Goodyear as the place to ring. It is not, and the gap between where a card is sold and where it is held is the whole subject here. Citi Retail Services issues the Goodyear Credit Card, lists it publicly among its store cards, and runs the servicing on citiretailservices.citibankonline.com under siteId=PLCN_GOODYEAR. Nothing about that changed recently; the tyre company and the bank publicly renewed their long-term agreement rather than parting.

What did change is the address people had saved. goodyearautoservice.com/en_US/offers/credit-card.html now sends a 302 redirect to goodyear.com/en-us/offers/tire-credit-card, checked on 8 September 2026. The page that arrives sells the card. Someone arriving with a bill to pay reads the redirect as proof the account moved, when all that moved was a marketing page.

Then there is the number, or rather the absence of one. Neither company publishes a service line for this programme. Both say to call the number on the back of the card, and this page will not improve on that by borrowing a number from somewhere unverified, because a wrong number on a card page is worse than no number at all.

One oddity deserves an explanation, because it looks like fraud and is not. Acceptance runs beyond tyre fitting to more than 11,500 Exxon and Mobil stations, which is why a card bought for a set of tyres produces petrol lines on the statement.

A note on how this page was checked. The sign-on host returned 503 on its robots.txt on every attempt, so the sign-in screen itself could not be read on 8 September 2026. That is a fetch failure and nothing more. The host is live, Citi links to it from its own store card list, and the siteId above is the one the programme uses.

Questions people ask

Who issues the Goodyear credit card?

Citi Retail Services, part of Citibank, N.A. The bank lists the Goodyear Credit Card among its retail store cards.

Where is the Goodyear credit card login?

citiretailservices.citibankonline.com with siteId=PLCN_GOODYEAR. That parameter is what identifies this programme on a shared host.

What is the Goodyear credit card phone number?

Undisclosed. It is absent from goodyear.com and from citi.com, and both direct cardholders to the number on the back of the card.

Why does my old Goodyear link go to an advert?

goodyearautoservice.com/en_US/offers/credit-card.html 302-redirects to goodyear.com/en-us/offers/tire-credit-card, which is marketing rather than a sign-in.

Can the tyre shop help with my account?

No. Goodyear Auto Service and Just Tires sell the card, and the account itself sits with the bank.

Why are there fuel charges on my statement?

More than 11,500 Exxon and Mobil stations accept the card alongside Goodyear service centres, so fuel on a tyre card is expected.

Has the issuer changed?

No change was found. Goodyear and Citi Retail Services publicly renewed their long-term credit card agreement.

Why could this page not check the sign-in screen itself?

The host returned 503 on robots.txt on every attempt on 8 September 2026. That is a fetch failure rather than evidence about the page, which the bank still links from citi.com.
