- HelpMeLogin is not a bank and holds no accounts. This site cannot see a balance, take a payment or reset a password.
- A closed shop does not close a credit account. Balances stay owed and reportable, and interest does not stop because the retailer did.
- Dormant brands attract lookalike domains. Type d.comenity.net/ac/forever21/public/home rather than picking a result out of a search page.
- Nobody legitimate collects a card number by email over a bankruptcy. Anything referencing store closures and asking you to confirm details deserves a phone call to the number on your statement instead.
The Forever 21 credit card login is d.comenity.net/ac/forever21/public/home, and the programme is open. Every US store closed after F21 OpCo, LLC filed in March 2025, yet the cardholder agreement on Comenity's own legal host was printed in September 2026 and names Comenity Capital Bank as issuer. Two products still run: the Forever 21 Credit Card and the Forever 21 Visa Credit Card. Store card service is 1-866-512-6286.

What you need
11 itemsHow it works
Work out which of the two cards you hold
The store card and the Forever 21 Visa Credit Card are separate products with separate Comenity brand paths and separate phone lines. Both appear in the September 2026 agreement, so both are live.
Use the path that matches your card
Store card holders start at d.comenity.net/ac/forever21/public/home. The Visa sits under a different path, d.comenity.net/ac/forever21visa/public/registration. Signing in at the wrong one returns account not found, which reads exactly like a cancelled card and is nothing of the sort.
Ring the line for your product
1-866-512-6286 covers the store card and 1-866-412-5563 covers the Visa, with TDD/TTY on 1-888-819-1918. An operator on the wrong line cannot see your account.
Post payments to Columbus
The address is Comenity Capital Bank, PO Box 183003, Columbus, OH 43218-3003. The same box serves correspondence, and the bank itself is chartered in Salt Lake City.
Keep the agreement to hand
c.comenity.net/legaldocs/forever21/legal-documents/cca carried a September 2026 print date when it was opened on 8 September 2026. That is the document that governs, and its freshness is the plainest evidence that the programme did not die with the shops.
If something goes wrong
The shops all closed, so I assume the card is cancelled
- Cause
- The programme and the retailer are separate
- Fix
- F21 OpCo, LLC filed in March 2025, and the card agreement was printed in September 2026. Balances remain owed and reportable, and the account still has a sign-in.
Comenity says account not found
- Cause
- Two brand paths exist
- Fix
- The store card lives under forever21 and the Visa under forever21visa. Try the other one before concluding anything about the account.
Comenity Bank has no record of me
- Cause
- This programme belongs to Comenity Capital Bank
- Fix
- Those are separately chartered banks under Bread Financial. The agreement names Comenity Capital Bank of Salt Lake City, Utah.
The number I have rings the wrong department
- Cause
- Each product has its own line
- Fix
- 1-866-512-6286 is the store card and 1-866-412-5563 is the Visa. TDD/TTY is 1-888-819-1918.
I want to see the bankruptcy paperwork myself
- Cause
- Court records sit with the claims agent
- Fix
- The docket is published at veritaglobal.net/forever21. Nothing in it changes who services the card.
Where do I post a cheque now that there is no shop?
- Cause
- Payments never went to the shop
- Fix
- They go to Comenity Capital Bank, PO Box 183003, Columbus, OH 43218-3003, exactly as they did before.
What’s fixed, and what actually varies
The bank and the paperwork are settled. What varies is which product you hold.
Fixed
- Comenity Capital Bank issues both Forever 21 cards
- The agreement covering them was printed in September 2026
- PO Box 183003, Columbus, OH 43218-3003 takes payments and correspondence
- TDD/TTY runs on 1-888-819-1918
Varies
- Whether your card is the store card or the Forever 21 Visa Credit Card
- Which of the two Comenity brand paths recognises you
- Which service number can see your balance
A Visa logo on the front settles it. Without one you are on the store card, and the forever21 path is yours.
How compares
Four store cards whose retailers have had very different decades.
| Chain | What the card says | Who actually holds it | Where the login is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Forever 21 | Forever 21 Credit Card or Forever 21 Visa Credit Card | Comenity Capital Bank, unchanged through the bankruptcy | d.comenity.net/ac/forever21/public/home |
| Brooks Brothers | Brooks Brothers World Mastercard | First Electronic Bank, with Imprint running the programme | account.imprint.co/brooksbrothers |
| Academy Sports | myAcademy Rewards since 20 March 2026 | Comenity Capital Bank, unchanged | d.comenity.net/ac/academy/public/home |
| Harbor Freight | Harbor Freight Credit Card | Synchrony Bank since 2020 | harborfreight.syf.com |
A retailer's fortunes and a card programme's ownership move independently. One of these four changed issuer, and it was not the bankrupt one.
Corporate distress at the shop is a poor predictor of what happens to the card, which is why the only reliable answer comes from the current cardholder agreement rather than from the news.
The shops shut. The account did not.
Two things happened to this brand, and almost every page about it collapses them into one. F21 OpCo, LLC filed for bankruptcy in March 2025 and announced the closure of every US store, with the docket published by the claims agent at veritaglobal.net/forever21. That is the retailer. The credit card programme is a separate arrangement with a bank, and it survived.
The evidence is unusually clean. The bank hosts the cardholder agreement for this programme at c.comenity.net/legaldocs/forever21/legal-documents/cca, and the copy read on 8 September 2026 carried a September 2026 print date. Agreements for dead programmes do not get reprinted. That document names Comenity Capital Bank as issuer and covers two live products, the Forever 21 Credit Card and the Forever 21 Visa Credit Card.
Note which bank. The issuer here is Comenity Capital Bank of Salt Lake City, Utah, while Comenity Bank is a separate institution in Wilmington, Delaware, and both belong to Bread Financial. Guides swap them constantly. Somebody searching the wrong one finds a real bank that has never heard of them, which is the most convincing way possible to be told the wrong thing.
The practical trap on this card is the pair of brand paths. The bank files the store card as forever21 and the Visa as forever21visa, with separate phone numbers behind each. A cardholder who signs in at the wrong one is told the account was not found, and given that the shops really have gone, that message reads as confirmation rather than as a routing error. It is a routing error.
What this page will not tell you is what to do about a balance, because that is between you and the issuer. What it will say is that the balance does not evaporate with the stores, that payments still go to Comenity Capital Bank at PO Box 183003, Columbus, OH 43218-3003, and that the two service lines are 1-866-512-6286 for the store card and 1-866-412-5563 for the Visa.
Questions people ask
Is the Forever 21 credit card still active?
The programme is. A cardholder agreement printed in September 2026 covers both Forever 21 cards, and both sign-in paths resolve.
Who issues the Forever 21 credit card?
The issuer is Comenity Capital Bank of Salt Lake City, Utah. That is a different chartered bank from Comenity Bank, although both sit under Bread Financial.
Where is the Forever 21 credit card login?
d.comenity.net/ac/forever21/public/home for the store card. The Visa uses the forever21visa path, including d.comenity.net/ac/forever21visa/public/registration.
What happened to the stores?
F21 OpCo, LLC filed in March 2025 and announced the closure of all US stores. The docket is at veritaglobal.net/forever21.
Do I still owe the balance?
Balances on this programme remain owed and reportable. The bank, not the retailer, holds the account, and the bankruptcy did not move it.
What are the phone numbers?
1-866-512-6286 for the store card, 1-866-412-5563 for the Visa, and 1-888-819-1918 for TDD/TTY.
Where do payments go?
Comenity Capital Bank, PO Box 183003, Columbus, OH 43218-3003, which also takes written correspondence.
