- GPM Investments, Inc. publishes no telephone line for fas REWARDS. The only contact route on the site is a JotForm web form. Any fas REWARDS phone number you find elsewhere did not come from the operator.
- HelpMeLogin holds no points and runs no portal. This site cannot see a balance or restore fas BUCKS for anybody.
- A 90-day inactivity wipe is a gift to a phishing writer. The rule is real, so a warning that your balance is about to clear reads as plausible. Sign in and look.
- Points and fas BUCKS are not the same currency. Points accrue and cannot be spent. Nothing is redeemable at all below the 500-point line.
- The sign-in lives on fasrewards.myguestaccount.com. That is Paytronix, and it is expected. A hostname belonging to neither company is not.
fas REWARDS pays 10 points for every $1 spent in store and 5 points for every gallon of fuel. Rewards unlock at 500 points, and 500 points buy $1.00 in fas BUCKS. So a point is worth $0.002. In store that is 2 cents back on a dollar, or 2% back. At the pump it is a flat 1.0 cent a gallon, however much fuel costs that day.

What you need
11 itemsHow it works
Divide before you judge the earn rate
Ten points a dollar sounds generous. $1.00 over 500 points makes a point $0.002, so those ten points are two cents. The headline number and the value move in opposite directions.
Treat fuel and groceries as two different programmes
In store the return tracks spending. At the pump it does not. Five points a gallon is a cent a gallon at any price, so the percentage back falls as fuel gets dearer.
Reach 500 points before expecting anything
Nothing converts below the threshold. A balance sits as points, and only at 500 do they become $1.00 of fas BUCKS that can be spent.
Keep the account active inside 90 days
A 90-day inactivity wipe applies. Somebody who fills up twice a year and buys nothing in between can lose an entire balance without a single transaction going wrong.
Use the web form, because there is no line to call
No telephone number appears anywhere on the fas REWARDS site. A JotForm address is the whole of it, so write the account email and the store into the form.
If something goes wrong
I have points but cannot spend them
- Cause
- Nothing redeems below 500
- Fix
- These are separate currencies. Points accrue; fas BUCKS are spendable, and 500 points make $1.00 of them.
My balance emptied on its own
- Cause
- The 90-day inactivity wipe
- Fix
- Ninety days without activity clears the account. That is short by loyalty-scheme standards, and it catches drivers who fill up somewhere else for a season.
I filled up and earned almost nothing
- Cause
- Fuel pays per gallon, not per dollar
- Fix
- Five points a gallon is a cent a gallon. On a $3.00 gallon that is 0.33% back, against 2% for the same money spent inside the shop.
I cannot find a customer service number
- Cause
- There is not one
- Fix
- No telephone line is published by GPM Investments, Inc. for this programme. The JotForm web form on the site is the only route the operator offers.
The login page is on a hostname I do not recognise
- Cause
- Paytronix runs the portal
- Fix
- fasrewards.myguestaccount.com is the published sign-in, and myguestaccount.com is Paytronix's white-label guest portal. Pizza Ranch's Ranch Rewards sits on the same platform.
What’s fixed, and what actually varies
The earn side is published twice, once for the shop and once for the pump. What changes is which you mostly use.
Fixed
- 10 points per $1 in store on eligible items
- 5 points per gallon of fuel
- 500 points = $1.00 in fas BUCKS, and nothing redeems below 500
- A point is worth $0.002, so in-store spending returns 2%
- Fuel earns a flat 1.0 cent a gallon at any price
- A 90-day inactivity wipe applies to the balance
Varies
- Which items count as eligible, which the site decides
- The pump price, which decides what a cent a gallon is worth as a percentage
- How close a fill comes to the "Up to 20 gallons" cap
Read the points total and the fas BUCKS total as separate lines. A tally sits on one line and money on the other, and confusing them is how members conclude a balance has gone missing.
How compares
Two fuel programmes and one restaurant programme. Headline points per dollar ranks them wrongly; dividing ranks them rightly.
| Chain | In-store earn | What one point is worth | Fuel treatment |
|---|---|---|---|
| fas REWARDS | 10 points per $1 | 0.2 cents | 5 points a gallon, a flat 1.0 cent |
| FastBack Rewards | 10 points per $1 of merchandise | 0.1 cents | 10 points a gallon, a flat 1.0 cent |
| Ranch Rewards | 1 point per $1 | 5.0 cents | No fuel; food and beverage only |
Each figure is divided out of that programme's own published earn and redemption wording, read on 8 September 2026.
Two programmes here advertise the same ten points per dollar and pay twice as differently. Pizza Ranch advertises a tenth as many points and pays twenty-five times as much per point, or two and a half times on every dollar spent.
Ten points a dollar, two cents back, and nobody to ring
Both halves of the sum are published, which makes fas REWARDS one of the easier programmes on this hub to price. Members "Earn 10 fas REWARDS points for every $1 you spend in store on eligible items". Rewards unlock at 500 points, and 500 points become $1.00 in fas BUCKS. Divide: $1.00 over 500 points is $0.002 a point. Ten of those per dollar spent is two cents, so the shop side returns 2%.
The pump side works differently, and this is where readers get caught. Members "Earn 5 fas REWARDS points for every gallon of fuel you purchase". Five points at 0.2 cents is one cent a gallon. Not one cent per dollar of fuel. A cent per gallon, fixed, regardless of what the pump is charging. On a $3.00 gallon that works out at 0.33% back, roughly a sixth of the in-store rate, and it gets worse every time fuel gets more expensive. The site caps the fuel benefit at "Up to 20 gallons" too.
Then the second currency. These are not interchangeable words for one thing, whatever the account screen looks like at a glance. A point accumulates and cannot be spent. fas BUCKS are what a member redeems, and nothing converts below the 500-point line. Somebody sitting on 480 points has nothing.
A 90-day inactivity wipe sits over all of it. Three months of no transactions clears the balance, which is aggressive for a programme built around fuel stops a driver may take elsewhere for a season.
The last finding is an absence. GPM publishes no telephone number for fas REWARDS anywhere on the site. Support runs through a JotForm web form and nothing else. That matters twice. A member with a missing balance has no queue to join, and any phone number circulating for this programme came from somewhere other than the company behind it. The operator's address is published, at 8565 Magellan Pkwy, Suite 400, Richmond, VA 23227, so the silence on telephony looks like a choice.
Questions people ask
What is a fas REWARDS point worth?
$0.002, which is a fifth of a cent. 500 points buy $1.00 in fas BUCKS, and that division is the whole answer.
How much do I get back on fuel?
One cent a gallon, flat. At a $3.00 gallon that is 0.33% back, and the percentage falls as fuel prices rise.
What is the fas REWARDS phone number?
Undisclosed. GPM Investments, Inc. publishes none. The only contact route on the site is a JotForm web form.
What is the difference between points and fas BUCKS?
A point is a tally. fas BUCKS are the spendable currency points convert into at 500, and nothing is redeemable below that.
Do fas REWARDS points expire?
A 90-day inactivity wipe applies. Activity inside that window keeps the balance alive.
Why does the login page say myguestaccount.com?
Because Paytronix runs the portal. fasrewards.myguestaccount.com is the published address, and Ranch Rewards uses the same platform.
Is 10 points per dollar better than 1 point per dollar?
Not here. A fas REWARDS point is 0.2 cents and a Ranch Rewards point is 5 cents, so one of theirs beats twenty-five of these.
